Detailed Description
In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, specific embodiments are described in detail below by way of the illustrations of fig. 1-10.
A durable sole with a supporting function comprises an outsole 1 and a midsole 2 connected with the outsole 1; after the outsole 1 is connected with the midsole 2, an accommodating cavity is formed in the arch area; the durable sole also comprises a supporting mechanism 3 arranged in the accommodating cavity; the supporting mechanism 3 comprises a carbon rod 31 and two carbon plates 32, wherein the carbon rod 31 is arranged along the length direction of the outsole 1, and the two carbon plates 32 are respectively connected to two ends of the carbon rod 31 and are used for bearing the carbon rod 31; the carbon plate 32 extends in the width direction of the outsole 1; the carbon plate 32 has a first mounting groove 321 in which the carbon rod 31 is mounted. In the practical implementation process, the supporting mechanism 3 is arranged in the accommodating cavity to provide supporting force for the arch, so that the running is facilitated, and fatigue is relieved in the long-time walking process; specifically, the carbon rod 31 and the carbon plate 32 have good hardness, and are not easy to deform after long-term use; when people move, the gravity of human body is conducted to the outsole 1 through the midsole 2, the midsole 2 and the outsole 1 deform, and the force acting on the arch can be dispersed to the two ends of the carbon rod 31 by the supporting mechanism 3 at the arch, so that the supporting mechanism 3 can effectively support the arch, and when people walk for a long time, the shoes cannot cause injury to the feet of the human body, and meanwhile, the fatigue feeling can be reduced.
Preferably, the first mounting groove 321 has an arc-shaped surface 3211 which is matched with the carbon rod 31; the chord length of the opening of the arc-shaped surface 3211 is smaller than the diameter of the circumferential surface of the carbon rod 31. In the actual implementation process, the arc-shaped surface 3211 is used for limiting the carbon rod 31, so that the carbon rod 31 is prevented from moving in the installation process, and the installation is facilitated; meanwhile, the chord length of the arc-shaped surface 3211 is smaller than the diameter of the circumferential surface of the carbon rod 31; in the manufacturing process, when the diameter of the carbon rod 31 is fixed, the arc is matched with the circumferential surface of the carbon rod 31, and the radian of the arc is relatively fixed; at this time, the chord length of the opening of the arc-shaped surface 3211 may be reduced, so that the depth of the first installation groove 321 may be reduced, and the thickness of the carbon plate 32 may be reduced, thereby saving materials.
Preferably, outsole 1 includes a lower bottom 11 and a mounting portion 12 attached to an upper surface of lower bottom 11; the mounting portion 12 includes a second mounting groove on the upper surface of the mounting portion 12 for mounting the midsole 2; the second mounting groove comprises a containing area for containing the midsole 2, a side wall 121 surrounding the containing area, and a limit edge 122 connected to the upper end of the side wall 121. In the practical implementation process, the outsole 1 and the midsole 2 are made of flexible materials and have elasticity; when the midsole 2 is installed, the midsole 2 can be extruded into the accommodating area, and when the midsole 2 enters the accommodating area, the side wall 121 and the limiting edge 122 limit the midsole 2, so that the midsole 2 is prevented from being separated unintentionally; meanwhile, glue can be smeared on the lower surface of the midsole 2 when the midsole 2 is installed, and further, the midsole 2 is firmly connected with the outsole 1.
Preferably, the accommodating cavity comprises a first accommodating groove on the upper surface of the lower bottom 11 and a second accommodating groove on the lower surface of the midsole 2; the carbon rod 31 includes an upper arc portion in the first accommodation groove and a lower arc portion in the second accommodation groove. In the practical implementation process, if the carbon rod 31 completely enters the lower bottom 11, the carbon rod 31 is positioned in other areas of the midsole 2 and the outsole 1 to support the midsole, so that the supporting effect of the carbon rod 31 is reduced or even lost, after the carbon rod 31 is installed, the midsole 1 and the midsole 2 cannot be completely attached, a gap is formed between the midsole 1 and the midsole 2, and the carbon plate 32 supports the gap, so that the supporting effect of the supporting mechanism 3 can be effectively improved.
Preferably, the durable sole further comprises a light-emitting mechanism, wherein the light-emitting mechanism comprises a power supply, a lamp belt, a vibration switch and a photosensitive plate which are sequentially connected. In the practical implementation process, the sole can emit light at night through the light-emitting mechanism, so that the safety of night movement of people can be effectively improved; specifically, the light sensing plate senses light in the daytime so that the circuit is in a normally open state, the sole does not emit light in the daytime, and the energy consumption of a power supply can be effectively reduced; when night, the light can not be sensed to the induction plate, and when people move simultaneously, the striking sole makes vibration switch closed, and circuit intercommunication this moment for the lamp area is luminous, and then improves the security that people moved at night.

In the practical implementation process, the carbon rod 31 can provide supporting force to protect the power supply, and meanwhile, the power supply can be charged through the charging interface.
Preferably, a gap is formed between the carbon rod 31 and the bottom surface of the first accommodating groove; the vibration switch is arranged in the gap.
Preferably, midsole 2 has an annular peripheral surface between the upper and lower surfaces; the annular peripheral surface is provided with a surrounding groove 22 for accommodating the lamp strip; the surrounding groove 22 is provided corresponding to the side wall 121; the sidewall 121 is made of a light-transmitting material. In practical implementation, the light is emitted through the light strip arranged in the surrounding groove 22, and the light can pass through the side wall 121, so that the beautiful appearance of the sole is improved, and the safety of people in night sports is improved.

Preferably, outsole 1 further comprises a plurality of second support columns 114 distributed in the forefoot region; midsole 2 has a second attachment aperture 23 that mates with second support column 114. In the practical implementation process, the sports science laboratory finds that the motion trail of the plantar pressure distribution and the plantar pressure center point shows a certain regularity in the running (or walking) process of the human foot, and the motion trail of the plantar pressure center point influences the running (or walking) efficiency and the foot stability. When a human body moves, the plantar pressure distribution and the movement track of the plantar pressure center point extend from the heel middle part to the sole direction and deviate to the big toe direction; specifically, the sole area is supported by the second support column 114, and the second support column 114, the carbon rod 31 and the first support column 112 are arranged along the movement track, so that the foot can be effectively supported, and the occurrence of the situation of spraining the foot is avoided.
