11. Running shoe sole system according to claim 10, characterized in that the length of the heel lift (8) amounts to 1/5 of the sole body length and the length of the ball lift (9) amounts to 2/5 of the sole body length.

Running shoe sole system according to claim 10, characterized in that the outsole (2) is further provided with gait guide pieces (6) at positions corresponding to the arch support, the gait guide pieces (6) comprise two pieces, the two pieces of gait guide pieces (6) are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the outsole (2), and the gait guide pieces (6) extend upwards and cover both sides of the arch support.
13. Running shoe sole system according to claim 12, characterized in that the midsole (1) is a TPU midsole or an EVA midsole, the outsole (2) is a rubber outsole and the flexible heel guard (3) is a TPU guard.
14. A running shoe comprising an upper and a running shoe sole system, wherein the running shoe sole system is a running shoe sole system according to any one of claims 1-13.
