Description

Production method of low-temperature heating non-combustion herbaceous product
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco products. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing a low-temperature heating non-combustible herbaceous product.
[ background of the invention ]
In recent years, with the acceleration of global smoking control movement, the sales of traditional cigarettes slip down in some countries, and the tobacco industry enters a new period of seeking revolution and breakthrough, so that the research and development of novel tobacco products such as electronic cigarettes, buccal cigarettes, smokeless tobacco products, heating non-burning tobacco products and the like are promoted and accelerated. The functional reconstituted tobacco with the smoke effect is formed by loading a large amount of atomizing agent and releasing the atomizing agent through high-temperature heating during use. The heating non-combustion cigarette is one of the important components of the novel tobacco product, and the smoking section material of the heating non-combustion cigarette mainly comprises three types, namely a particle type (or block type), a traditional tobacco shred type and a thin sheet type, wherein the thin sheet is one of the materials of the current main smoking section.
The production method of the thin slice mainly comprises three methods, namely a rolling method, a thick slurry method and a paper-making method, and through sensory evaluation of the processes, the smoke generating section manufactured by the thick slurry method and the rolling method is better than the smoke generating section manufactured by the paper-making method. The water content of the thick liquid method is 70-90%, after the thick liquid is discharged, distributed and dried, the water content is 8-12%, and the drying effect can be achieved only by consuming higher energy in the production process, so that the production efficiency is lower, and the equipment investment is higher; the rolling method has the advantages of simple equipment, low energy consumption and low cost. However, the conventional rolling method for producing the sheet is not ideal in effect when applied to low-temperature cigarettes, and has the defects of poor sheet quality, low tensile strength, weak release degree and durability of tobacco flavor, heavy miscellaneous gas and the like.
In the prior art, two problems which need to be solved urgently mainly exist when a roller pressing method is used for preparing a heating non-combustible product, firstly, when the heating non-combustible product is prepared, the used atomizing agent has high viscosity, so that the atomizing agent cannot be quickly absorbed by materials, and the proportion is increased on the original basis, so that the atomizing effect is still not obviously improved, the atomizing agent cannot be completely absorbed by the materials, the smoke release amount of the heating non-combustible product is low, and the smoking experience of consumers cannot be met; secondly, the heated non-combustible product manufactured by the rolling method has poor quality and low tensile strength of the sheet, and meanwhile, the aroma substances are not uniformly or incompletely released due to low heating temperature and poor heat conduction performance of the heated non-combustible product, so that the sensory quality and the utilization rate of the cigarette are influenced.

The present invention will be described in more detail below.
The invention relates to a production method of a low-temperature heating non-combustible herbaceous product.
The production method comprises the following steps;
A. preparation of a Wood pulp fiber mixture
Adding a defibration agent into the wood pulp fiber to achieve a defibration number of 65-90 SR, and then mixing the defibration agent with the wood pulp fiber according to a weight ratio of 1: 6-10, adding a defibrator, and uniformly mixing to obtain a wood pulp fiber mixture containing the defibrator;
according to the invention, the wood pulp fibers are softwood pulp fibers or hardwood pulp fibers; the softwood pulp fibers are pine, poplar, willow or cypress wood pulp fibers; the hardwood pulp fibers are eucalyptus, poplar or birch pulp fibers. The wood pulp fibers used in the present invention are all products currently marketed, such as pine wood pulp fibers sold under the trade name virgin wood pulp fibers by Daliangyun trading Co., Ltd, and eucalyptus wood pulp fibers sold under the trade name high quality long fiber environmental protection high whiteness pulp fibers by Henan Huining trading Co., Ltd.
In the present invention, the purpose of adding hydrolysis fibers to wood pulp fibers is to dilute the fiber content and increase the splicing rate.
In the present invention, the degree of defibration is understood to be the drainage properties of the pulp fibre suspension. If the defibration degree of the wood pulp fibers is lower than 65SR, the wood pulp fibers are not uniformly dispersed, and the sheets are obviously white spots; if the defibration degree of the wood pulp fiber is higher than 90SR, the tensile strength of the finished product sheet does not meet the requirements of the subsequent process; therefore, the defibration rate of the wood pulp fiber is reasonable to be 65-90 SR, preferably 72-86 SR;
in the present invention, the main function of the defibrator in the preparation of the wood pulp fiber mixture is to promote the separation of the fiber mass into individual fibers.
The defibrator used in the present invention is C12-C18Aliphatic cationic primary amine salts, secondary amine salts, tertiary amine salts, quaternary amine salt surfactants, phosphoric acid or complex enzyme.
According to the invention, the primary amine salt, secondary amine salt, tertiary amine salt and quaternary amine salt surfactant defibering agent has the basic action mechanism that the surfactant loses the hydrogen bonds in the fibers, thereby achieving the purpose of defibering.
The primary amine salt surfactant used in the present invention is sodium lauryl sulfate, lauryl dimethyl amine oxide or sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, which are all products sold in the current market, such as sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate sold under the trade name of AES surfactant by shandong hong dao mai gmbh;
the secondary amine salt surfactant used in the present invention is sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate or secondary amine hydrochloride, which are currently commercially available products, such as sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate sold under the trade name AOS powder by zheng shichen trade co;
the tertiary amine salt surfactant used in the present invention is dodecyl tertiary amine salt, dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine hydrochloride, phosphate ester tertiary amine salt or tertiary amine salt type cationic starch, which are currently commercially available products, such as tertiary amine salt type cationic starch sold under the trade name of tertiary amine salt type cationic starch for dispersion by Shandong-Hua-Dastarch Advantage company;
the quaternary ammonium salt surfactant used in the present invention is trisiloxane quaternary ammonium salt, bismuthate quaternary ammonium salt or sulfate-quaternary ammonium salt amphoteric Gemini surfactant, which are all products currently sold in the market, for example trisiloxane quaternary ammonium salt sold under the trade name of high-purity trisiloxane quaternary ammonium salt by Anhui, simple chemical technology, Inc.
According to the invention, the basic action mechanism of the complex enzyme defibrator is to decompose the fiber clusters in the fiber board, wherein the externally tangent beta-glucanase mainly decomposes the fiber connecting bonds in the fiber clusters; the effect of the endo-beta-glucanase is mainly to hydrolyze soluble cellulose; the beta-glucosidase mainly hydrolyzes the bound non-reducing beta-D-glucose bonds at the terminal to decompose the fiber.
The complex enzyme used in the invention is prepared from exo-beta-glucanase, endo-beta-glucanase and beta-glucosidase according to the weight ratio of 1-3: 2-7: 0.5 to 4.0 of a cellulolytic enzyme; the enzyme activity of the exo-beta-glucanase is 11000-15700U/mg; the enzyme activity of the endo-beta-glucanase is 9030-12500U/mg; the enzyme activity of the beta-glucosidase is 9000-13500U/mg.
In the present invention, when the amounts of endo- β -glucanase and β -glucosidase are within the above ranges, if the amount of exo- β -glucanase is less than 1, the decomposition of fiber mass is not uniform; if the dosage of the exo-beta-glucanase is higher than 3, the enzymatic decomposition by-products influence the product quality; therefore, the dosage of the exo-beta-glucanase is 1-3;
when the dosage of the exo-beta-glucanase and the beta-glucosidase is in the range, if the dosage of the endo-beta-glucanase is less than 2, the defibration degree is low, and the fibers are not dispersed uniformly; if the dosage of the endo-beta-glucanase is higher than 7, the enzymatic decomposition by-products influence the product quality; therefore, the dosage of the endo-beta-glucanase is proper to be 2-7;
when the dosage of the exo-beta-glucanase and the endo-beta-glucanase is in the range, if the dosage of the beta-glucosidase is lower than 0.5, the content of the water-soluble fiber is high, and the subsequent production of the product is influenced; if the dosage of the beta-glucosidase is higher than 4.0, the enzymatic decomposition by-products affect the product quality; therefore, the amount of beta-glucosidase to be used is preferably 0.5 to 4.0;
the exo-beta-glucanase, endo-beta-glucanase and beta-glucosidase used in the present invention are all products currently marketed, for example exo-beta-glucanase sold under the trade name of midsummer liquid food grade exo-beta-glucanase, which has been developed by the biotechnology of midsummer (beijing) to a limited extent; endo-beta-glucanases sold under the trade name endo-beta-1, 4-glucanases from Shanghai, Inc. Biotech Limited; beta-glucosidase sold under the trade name food grade beta-glucosidase by Sievaian Biotechnology, Inc.
The basic action mechanism of the invention using the phosphoric acid defibrator is to improve the acidity of the material and promote the hydrolysis of the fiber, and the concentration of the used phosphoric acid is usually 85 to 90 percent by weight.
B. Preparation of herbal Material mixtures
According to the weight ratio of the herbal materials to the adhesive of 100: 5-20, uniformly mixing the herbal material with an adhesive to obtain the herbal material mixture;
according to the present invention, the essential role of the herbaceous material in producing a low temperature heat non-combustible herbaceous product is to serve as a base for the sheet material and to provide a product flavor.
The herbal material used in the present invention is one or more herbal materials selected from mint, oolong tea, stem tea, black tea, green tea, which are currently marketed products.
According to the invention, the adhesive has the basic function of improving the mechanical property of the sheet in the production of the low-temperature heating non-combustion herbaceous product.
The adhesive used in the present invention is one or more adhesives selected from sodium alginate, carboxymethyl cellulose, pectin, guar gum, sodium polyacrylate or cellulose acetate, all of which are currently marketed products such as guar gum sold under the trade name high viscosity guar Guaran-6 by Beijing guar technologies, Inc.
The granularity of the herbaceous materials and the adhesive is 40-300 meshes. If the particle size of the materials is less than 40 meshes, the dispersibility of the materials is poor; if the granularity of the materials is more than 300 meshes, the mechanical property of the product is low; therefore, their particle size is preferably 40 to 300 mesh.
According to the invention, the weight ratio of the herbal material to the adhesive is 100: 5 to 20. If this weight ratio is greater than 100: 5, the materials cannot be peeled off from the roller shaft, and the taste of the product is poor; if this weight ratio is less than 100: 20, the physical index of the sheet is poor; therefore, the weight ratio of the herbal material to the adhesive is 100: 5 to 20 is preferable.
C. Preparation of a mixture of spice-containing herbs
B, mixing the herbal material mixture obtained in the step B, the essence and the spice and the smoke agent according to a weight ratio of 1: 0.05-0.2: 0.1-0.7, and uniformly mixing to obtain a spice-containing herbal material mixture;
the essence used in the present invention is a natural essence or a synthetic essence. Such as peppermint, rose, lavender or bergamot oils, which are currently marketed products, such as the natural bergamot essential oil sold under the name bergamot essential oil by ge-an-sheng-da perfume oil co. Such as lemon essence, menthol, jasmine essence or freesia essence, which are currently marketed products, such as synthetic menthol sold under the trade name menthol cooling agent by the company Jian Junma perfumery.
The smoke agent used in the invention is glycerin or propylene glycol, which are products sold in the market at present;
the weight ratio of the herbal material mixture, the essence and the spice to the smoke agent is 1: 0.05-0.2: 0.1 to 0.7. When the amount of the herbal material mixture and the smoking agent is within the range, if the amount of the essence and the spice is less than 0.05, the fragrance characteristic is not obvious; if the dosage of the essence and the spice is higher than 0.2, the fragrance harmony is poor; therefore, the amount of the essence is 0.05-0.2; when the amount of the herbal material mixture and the essence and the spice is in the range, if the amount of the smoke agent is less than 0.1, the smoke characteristic is not obvious; if the using amount of the smoke agent is more than 0.7, the taste is greasy, the product is easy to regain moisture, and the product quality is reduced; therefore, the amount of the smoke agent is 0.1-0.7;
D. preparation of
And D, mixing the spice-containing herbal material mixture obtained in the step C with the wood pulp fiber mixture obtained in the step A according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.01-0.5, stirring and mixing uniformly, and rolling, drying and shredding the obtained mixed material to obtain the low-temperature heating non-combustion herbaceous product.
The weight ratio of the mixture of spices-containing herbaceous material to the mixture of wood pulp fibers was 1: 0.01 to 0.5. If this weight ratio is greater than 1: 0.01, the mechanical property of the slice is poor, which is not beneficial to the later production; if this weight ratio is less than 1: 0.5, the thin slice is easy to generate white flowers and has poor uniformity; thus, this weight ratio is 1: 0.01 to 0.5 is preferable.
According to the invention, the obtained mixed material is rolled into a sheet shape by using a roller press device under the conditions of 0.07-0.25 mm and 300 kg of pressure, then dried in a moisture evaporator device at 100 ℃ until the water content is below 5% by weight, and then shredded by using a sheet shredding device, so as to obtain the heating nonflammable herbal product.
The roll press, the water evaporator and the sheet slitting equipment used in the present invention are commercially available products, for example, a roll press sold under the trade name of three-roll pair roll press by zheng zhou hua hong mechanical equipment limited, a water evaporator sold under the trade name of tunnel type dewatering dryer by Shandong Jiawei mechanical equipment limited, and a sheet slitting equipment sold under the trade name of high precision slitting machine by Jinkang mechanical equipment limited.
The water content of the mixed material is controlled below 5 percent because the mixing uniformity of the material is improved. The water content of the mixed material is detected according to the preparation and moisture determination standard method of YC/T31-1996 tobacco and tobacco product samples.
[ advantageous effects ]
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the optimized preparation method of the non-combustible roll-pressed heating herbaceous product reduces the addition amount of the adhesive in the roll-pressed sheet in a mode of adding wood pulp fibers, thereby reducing the miscellaneous gas of the roll-pressed sheet and improving the tensile strength of the sheet. In addition, the fiber is added by the method, the fiber is uniformly dispersed and does not agglomerate, and the prepared slice has no obvious white spots and uniform texture.
According to the preparation method of the non-combustible rolled herbal product by heating, provided by the invention, the adding amount and the adding mode of various materials (fiber adding amount, water, adhesive, herbal raw materials, essence, spice and the like) in the sheet are changed, so that the rolled sheet is endowed with better smoking experience and smoke effect, the miscellaneous gas in the sheet is reduced, the mouthfeel is improved, the comprehensive sensory quality of the rolled sheet is effectively improved, and the use value of the sheet is improved. On the other hand, the preparation method of the non-combustible herbaceous product heated by the rolling method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple required process flow, small equipment floor area compared with that of a thick pulp method and a paper making method, low energy consumption and low production cost.
