Abstract
The invention discloses camellia seed blend oil suitable for old people and a preparation method thereof, wherein the blend oil comprises base oil and vitamin A; the base oil is prepared from components comprising: 41-45.7 parts of camellia seed oil, 15-18.8 parts of walnut oil, 15.3-20 parts of safflower seed oil and 20.2-24 parts of DHA algae oil; the addition amount of the vitamin A in the base oil is 7-8 mu g RE/g. Various physical and chemical indexes of the blend oil meet the relevant national standards, and the product has the flavor of camellia oleosa seed oil, wherein MUFA is 1: 2; the ratio of n-6 to n-3 is 4:1, so that the formula accords with the FAO/WTO recommendation requirement, the fatty acid composition is richer, and the formula is very suitable for the old to eat.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of preparation of blend oil, and particularly relates to camellia seed blend oil suitable for old people and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the age, the function of human body is degraded, and the balance among all life activities is lost, so that the absorption and utilization rate of various nutrients are affected. At present, most of products special for the old in the market are milk powder products, and the development of special camellia seed blend oil products for the old is significant.
According to FAO/WTO, the ratio of n-6 to n-3 fatty acid in the diet recommended to the old is not more than 4:1, cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein can be effectively reduced, blood vessels can be cleared, and in order to meet the nutritional requirements of the old, according to the characteristics of the old, the edible blend oil for the old has the effects of reducing blood sugar and regulating blood fat, and the ratio of monounsaturated fatty acid is properly increased in the special oil fatty acid ratio. The blending oil for the old comprises the following fatty acids in percentage by weight: MUFA, PUFA 1: 2; n-6: n-3 ═ 4: 1.
Vitamin A is an extremely important and extremely easy-to-lack fat-soluble vitamin necessary for human bodies, can maintain normal vision of the human bodies, and can cause xerophthalmia, nyctalopia and even blindness due to the lack of vitamin A; vitamin A also has the regulation function of correcting various pathological states, can promote terminal differentiation, inhibit proliferation and promote apoptosis, and plays a role in tumors in the tissue malignant transformation process.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the camellia seed blend oil suitable for the old and the preparation method thereof in order to relieve the adverse effect of the human body function degradation on the old, strengthen the dietary management and carry out targeted dietary intake and nutrient intake.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a camellia seed blend oil suitable for the elderly comprises base oil and vitamin A; the base oil is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 41-45.7 parts of camellia seed oil, 15-18.8 parts of walnut oil, 15.3-20 parts of safflower seed oil and 20.2-24 parts of DHA algae oil; the addition amount of the vitamin A in the base oil is 7-8 mu g RE/g.
The preparation method of the camellia seed blend oil suitable for the old comprises the following steps:
under the dark condition, uniformly mixing the camellia oleosa seed oil and the walnut oil at the temperature of 30-35 ℃, then adding the safflower seed oil, uniformly mixing again at the temperature of 35-40 ℃, then adding the DHA algae oil, uniformly mixing, finally adding the vitamin A, and ultrasonically mixing.
Preferably, the mode of uniformly mixing the camellia oleosa seed oil and the walnut oil at the temperature of 30-35 ℃ is as follows: stirring at the rotating speed of 70-80 r/min for 10-15 min at the temperature of 30-35 ℃.
Preferably, the mode of mixing uniformly again at 35-40 ℃ is as follows: stirring at 35-40 ℃ for 20-25 min at a rotating speed of 60-70 r/min.
Preferably, the DHA algal oil is added and then uniformly mixed in the following mode: stirring at a rotation speed of 80-100 r/min for 10-15 min at 40-50 ℃.
Preferably, the ultrasonic blending mode is as follows: performing ultrasonic treatment at 20-30 ℃ for 20-25 min.
Preferably, the camellia oleosa seed oil, walnut oil and safflower seed oil are prepared by the following steps:

The camellia seed oil is prepared by squeezing first-grade camellia seeds and is the special traditional edible plant oil in China. The content of saturated fatty acid in the camellia oleosa seed oil is 10.81 percent, the content of unsaturated fatty acid reaches 89.18 percent, wherein the content of monounsaturated fatty acid is 83.83 percent, the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid is 5.35 percent, and the camellia oleosa seed oil contains abundant unsaturated fatty acid, can reduce blood fat, improve blood viscosity and has good effect on the health of blood vessels, so the camellia oleosa seed oil is very beneficial to the old with hypertension arteriosclerosis; the camellia oleosa seed oil is also rich in VD and VK, vitamin D has the effects of regulating the stability and balance of calcium and phosphorus of a human body, and the calcium and the phosphorus are main components forming bones and teeth in the human body, so that the supplement of the vitamin D is necessary for the old; besides the function of promoting blood coagulation, the vitamin K can also improve the state of senile osteoporosis patients, thereby achieving the function of resisting osteoporosis.
The walnut oil is prepared by squeezing first-grade walnut kernels, the saturated fatty acid content of the walnut oil is 8.76%, and the unsaturated fatty acid content is 91.24%. Wherein, the content of monounsaturated fatty acid is 17.55 percent, the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid is 73.69 percent, wherein, the content of linoleic acid is 64.95 percent, and the content of alpha-linolenic acid is 8.75 percent; the linoleic acid and the linolenic acid are rich, so that the relative mobility of cell membranes can be effectively maintained, and the normal physiological function of cells can be ensured; esterifying cholesterol to reduce blood cholesterol and triglycerides; the blood viscosity is reduced, and the blood microcirculation is improved; improving brain cell activity, and improving memory and thinking ability. The walnut oil is especially suitable for the elderly to ingest.
The safflower seed oil is prepared by squeezing first-grade safflower seeds, the saturated fatty acid content of the safflower seed oil is 6.95 percent, the unsaturated fatty acid content is 90.17 percent, wherein the monounsaturated fatty acid is 7.26 percent, the polyunsaturated fatty acid is 82.91 percent, the linoleic acid content is up to 78.64 percent, and the main component of the safflower seed oil is linoleic acid which is the highest linoleic acid in the food oil, so the safflower seed oil has extremely high nutritional value and can play a role in preventing the deposition of serum cholesterol in the blood vessel wall of a human body and preventing and treating atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases. In addition, safflower seed oil also contains a large amount of medicinal components such as vitamin E, oryzanol, sterol and the like, so the safflower seed oil is known as new healthy oil and healthy nutritional oil.
The DHA algae oil is extracted by adopting marine microalgae, and DHA is mainly synthesized in aquatic species in a cold water area, particularly single-cell algae. DHA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid necessary for human bodies, and in the old age, DHA can provide sufficient nutrition for brain nerve cells, so that damaged brain nerve cells can grow new synapses, dendrites, axons and myelin sheaths, and the increase of the connection among the brain nerve cells is facilitated, thereby preventing senile dementia, delaying brain atrophy and improving hypomnesis. DHA can also play a positive role in controlling inflammation, regulating cardiovascular diseases, enhancing immunity of the organism and the like.
