本申请一种通信方法以及通信装置，用于提升上行传输性能。终端设备确定传输探测参考信号SRS的第一时域资源；所述终端设备确定传输物理上行共享信道或物理上行控制信道的第二时域资源；当所述第一时域资源和所述第二时域资源存在冲突时，所述终端设备在所述第一时域资源的与所述第二时域资源冲突的符号上不发送所述SRS，所述终端设备在所述第一时域资源的与所述第二时域资源未冲突的符号上向网络设备发送所述SRS。
