Abstract

一种带双离合器的两档变速电桥驱动系统，其包括双离合器(DC)、行星齿轮组(PG)和差速器(D)，电机轴(Se)连接电机(E)的转子和双离合器(DC)的主动部分，双离合器(DC)的第一从动盘(C1)与第一输入轴(S1)连接、第二从动盘(C2)与第二输入轴(S2)连接，第一输入轴(S1)用于将扭矩传递给第一齿轮组，第二输入轴(S2)用于将扭矩传递给第二齿轮组，第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组均用于将扭矩传递给输出轴(So)，输出轴(So)与行星齿轮组(PG)的太阳轮连接，行星齿轮组(PG)的行星架与差速器(D)的壳体连接。根据带双离合器的两档变速电桥驱动系统，各部件结构简单且紧凑、系统可靠性高、NVH影响小且在换挡过程中可以没有动力中断。
