Claims (8)

1. An e-commerce management data operation and maintenance management system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the system comprises a browsing frequency acquisition module, a customer service call request module and a commodity recommendation module, wherein the browsing frequency acquisition module is used for acquiring browsing frequency, and sending commodity recommendation information to a user account when the browsing frequency of the same commodity under the same user account reaches a first preset value and the commodity is not placed, and the commodity recommendation information comprises commodity detailed information, reason information not placed and customer service call request information;
the feedback information receiving module is used for sending the user reason feedback information to the customer service end when receiving the user reason feedback information;
the account information receiving module is used for receiving reason account information sent by the customer service end and sending the reason account information to the user account;
the communication request agreement module is used for sending the communication request agreement information to the customer service end when receiving the communication request agreement information so as to enable the customer service to communicate with the user; and
and the sticky product information pushing module is used for screening out the sticky users and the corresponding sticky products according to the ordering condition of the users, and automatically pushing the sticky product information to the user account of the sticky user when the sticky user does not purchase the corresponding sticky products for a period of time.
2. The e-commerce management data operation and maintenance management system according to claim 1, wherein the sticky product information pushing module comprises:
the order-placing times acquiring unit is used for acquiring the order-placing times of the same product by the same user;
a sticky user marking unit for marking the user as a sticky user and the product as a sticky product when the order-placing times reach a second preset value;
an interval time acquisition unit for acquiring the average interval time of the order placing times; and
and the sticky product information pushing unit automatically pushes the sticky product information to the user account of the sticky user when the sticky user does not purchase the corresponding sticky product during the average interval time.
3. The e-commerce management data operation and maintenance management system according to claim 1, further comprising a related product shelving module, wherein the related product shelving module comprises:
the related product determining unit is used for determining related products according to the ordering condition of the user;
the shelving request generating unit is used for generating a shelving request of the related product; and
and the automatic shelving unit is used for automatically shelving the correlation product after the request is passed.
4. The e-commerce management data operation and maintenance management system according to claim 3, wherein the association product determination unit comprises:
the order information determining subunit is used for analyzing the order placing condition of the user and determining all order information;
and the related product marking subunit marks the two products as related products when the frequency of the two products appearing in the same user order reaches a third preset value.
5. The e-commerce management data operation and maintenance management system according to claim 3, wherein the shelving request generation unit comprises:
the product information acquisition subunit is used for acquiring specific information of each product in the associated products;
a selling price acquiring subunit, configured to determine a selling price of the associated product; and
and the shelving request subunit is used for generating a related product shelving request, wherein the related product shelving request comprises specific information of each product and the selling price of the related product.
6. The e-commerce management data operation and maintenance management system according to claim 5, wherein the selling price acquiring subunit comprises:
the independent product price determining block is used for determining that the selling prices of two products in the related products are A and B respectively;
and the associated product price determining block determines the sale price C of the associated product to be (A + B) K, wherein K is the package discount coefficient.
7. The e-commerce management data operation and maintenance management system of claim 1, further comprising a user representation generation module, the user representation generation module comprising:
the questionnaire sending unit is used for sending questionnaires to the issued user accounts at intervals of preset time, and the questionnaires are not received before the user accounts receiving the questionnaires, wherein the content of the questionnaires comprises gender, age and occupation;
the questionnaire feedback information unit is used for receiving questionnaire feedback information sent by the user account; and
and the user portrait generating unit is used for obtaining the user portrait of each product according to the questionnaire feedback information and the order information so as to facilitate the sales of the products by the merchants according to the user portrait.
8. The e-commerce management data operation and maintenance management system of claim 7, wherein the user representation generation unit comprises:
the product order information subunit is used for acquiring all order information corresponding to each product;
a user account determining subunit, configured to determine a user account corresponding to the order information; and
and the feedback information integration subunit is used for calling questionnaire feedback information corresponding to each user account and integrating the questionnaire feedback information to obtain the user portrait of the product.
