According to the information system production preparation method provided by the disclosure, the production scale and the production task of the information system to be produced can be determined; obtaining a plurality of configured virtual production work groups based on production scale and production tasks, wherein the production functions of the virtual production work groups are different; setting a business training task according to a business post in the virtual production working group, and obtaining a business preparation result corresponding to the business training task; setting a technical configuration task according to technical posts in the virtual production working group, and carrying out technical configuration on an information system to be produced according to the technical configuration task to obtain a technical preparation result; generating a drilling scheme by using a service preparation result and a technical preparation result; and performing production drilling on the information system to be produced according to the drilling scheme to obtain a drilling result. According to the method and the device, standardized production preparation is carried out, the production risk of the information system is effectively controlled, and the operation and maintenance cost after the information system is put into operation can be reduced.
Although the operations are depicted in a particular order, this should not be understood as requiring that such operations be performed in the particular order shown or in sequential order. Under certain circumstances, multitasking and parallel processing may be advantageous.
It should be understood that the various steps recited in the method embodiments of the present disclosure may be performed in a different order, and/or performed in parallel. Moreover, method embodiments may include additional steps and/or omit performing the illustrated steps. The scope of the present disclosure is not limited in this respect.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an information system production preparation apparatus, which has a structure as shown in fig. 6, and may include: an organization preparation module 01, a business preparation module 02, a technology preparation module 03, and a commissioning exercise module 04.
And the organization preparation module 01 is used for determining the production scale and the production task of the information system to be produced. And obtaining a plurality of configured virtual production work groups based on the production scale and the production tasks, wherein the production functions of the virtual production work groups are different.
And the service preparation module 02 is used for setting a service training task according to the service post in the virtual production working group and obtaining a service preparation result corresponding to the service training task.
And the technical preparation module 03 is configured to set a technical configuration task according to a technical post in the virtual production workgroup, perform technical configuration on the information system to be produced according to the technical configuration task, and obtain a technical preparation result.
And the commissioning drilling module 04 is used for generating a drilling scheme by using the service preparation result and the technical preparation result. And performing production drilling on the information system to be produced according to the drilling scheme to obtain a drilling result.
Optionally, the organization preparation module 01 may include a virtual commissioning working group creation unit, a mapping relationship construction unit, and a role configuration unit.
And the virtual production work group creation unit is used for creating a plurality of virtual production work groups according to the production scale and the production tasks.
And the mapping relation construction unit is used for constructing the mapping relation between each person in the bank department person list and each virtual production working group according to the bank department person list.
And the role configuration unit is used for carrying out role definition and role authority configuration on the personnel in each virtual commissioning working group to obtain the configured virtual commissioning working group.
Optionally, the business preparation module 02 may include a business training execution result obtaining unit, an institution updating unit, a target transaction operation obtaining unit, and a business preparation result generating unit.
And the business training execution result obtaining unit is used for obtaining the business training execution result corresponding to the business training task.
And the system updating unit is used for performing system updating on the first business system base according to the business training execution result to obtain a second business system base.
And the target transaction operation obtaining unit is used for obtaining the target transaction operation of the user under the second business system library.
And the business preparation result generating unit is used for generating a business preparation result according to the target transaction operation, wherein the business preparation result comprises a production test business case.
Optionally, the technical configuration task includes a security operation and maintenance authority configuration task, a monitoring configuration task, an operation scheduling configuration task, a backup policy configuration task, and a network access relationship configuration task.
Optionally, the commissioning drilling module 04 may be specifically configured to determine a drilling range and a drilling subtask according to the service preparation result and the technical preparation result; and generating a drilling scheme based on the drilling range and the drilling subtasks.
Optionally, the exercise range includes: business drill scope, technical drill scope, and institutional scope.
Optionally, the commissioning performing module 04 may be further configured to, before performing commissioning performing on the information system to be commissioned according to the performing scheme and obtaining the performing result, migrate the data of the currently running information system to the information system to be commissioned according to the preset data migration policy, and obtain the data migration result.
Optionally, the commissioning module 04 may be specifically configured to perform commissioning for the information system to be commissioned according to the commissioning scheme by using the production test business case, so as to obtain a commissioning result.
Optionally, based on the apparatus shown in fig. 6, as shown in fig. 7, the information system production preparation apparatus may further include a progress overview module 05.
And the progress overview module 05 is used for respectively obtaining the execution completion information of each step in the organization preparation stage, the business preparation stage, the technology preparation stage and the production exercise stage. And generating a production preparation progress report and displaying the production preparation progress report according to the execution completion information.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.

The information system production preparation device comprises a processor and a memory, the organization preparation module 01, the business preparation module 02, the technology preparation module 03, the production exercise module 04 and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and standardized production preparation is carried out by adjusting kernel parameters, so that the production risk of the information system is effectively controlled, and the operation and maintenance cost after the information system is produced can be reduced.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a program is stored, the program implementing the information system production preparation method when executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the program executes the information system production preparation method during running.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device 1000, where the electronic device 1000 includes at least one processor 1001, and at least one memory 1002 and a bus 1003 connected to the processor 1001; the processor 1001 and the memory 1002 complete communication with each other through the bus 1003; the processor 1001 is used for calling the program instructions in the memory 1002 to execute the above-mentioned information system production preparation method. The electronic device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present disclosure also provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program of initializing an information system commissioning preparation method step when executed on an electronic device.

Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (10)

1. An information system production preparation method, comprising:
a tissue preparation stage: determining the production scale and the production task of the information system to be produced; obtaining a plurality of configured virtual production groups based on the production scale and the production tasks, wherein the production functions of the virtual production groups are different;
a service preparation stage: setting a business training task according to the business posts in the virtual production working group, and obtaining a business preparation result corresponding to the business training task;
a technical preparation stage: setting a technical configuration task according to technical posts in the virtual production working group, and carrying out technical configuration on the information system to be produced according to the technical configuration task to obtain a technical preparation result;
a production and practice stage: generating a drilling scheme by using the service preparation result and the technical preparation result; and performing production drilling on the information system to be produced according to the drilling scheme to obtain a drilling result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the configured plurality of virtual commissioning groups based on the commissioning size and the commissioning task comprises:
creating a plurality of virtual production work groups according to the production scale and the production tasks;
according to the bank department personnel list, constructing a mapping relation between each personnel in the bank department personnel list and each virtual production working group;
and carrying out role definition and role authority configuration on the personnel in each virtual production work group to obtain the configured virtual production work group.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining business preparation results corresponding to the business training tasks comprises:
obtaining a business training execution result corresponding to the business training task;
according to the service training execution result, performing system updating on the first service system library to obtain a second service system library;
obtaining target transaction operation of the user under the second business system library;
and generating a business preparation result according to the target transaction operation, wherein the business preparation result comprises a production test business case.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the technical configuration tasks comprise a security operation and maintenance authority configuration task, a monitoring configuration task, a job scheduling configuration task, a backup policy configuration task and a network access relationship configuration task.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a drilling plan using the business preparation results and the technical preparation results comprises:
determining a drilling range and a drilling subtask according to the service preparation result and the technical preparation result;
and generating a drilling scheme based on the drilling range and the drilling subtasks.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the range of drills comprises: business drill scope, technical drill scope, and institutional scope.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein before performing the work-in-production exercise on the information system to be worked in production according to the exercise scheme to obtain exercise results, the method further comprises:
and migrating the data of the currently running information system to the information system to be put into production according to a preset data migration strategy to obtain a data migration result.
8. The method of claim 3, wherein performing a production drill on the information system to be produced according to the drilling scheme to obtain a drilling result comprises:
and according to the drilling scheme, using the production test business case to perform production drilling on the information system to be produced, and obtaining a drilling result.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
respectively obtaining the execution completion information of each step in the organization preparation stage, the business preparation stage, the technology preparation stage and the production exercise stage;
and generating a production preparation progress report and displaying the production preparation progress report according to the execution completion information.
10. An information system production preparation device, characterized by comprising: an organization preparation module, a business preparation module, a technology preparation module and the production exercise module,
the organization preparation module is used for determining the production scale and the production task of the information system to be produced; obtaining a plurality of configured virtual production groups based on the production scale and the production tasks, wherein the production functions of the virtual production groups are different;
the service preparation module is used for setting a service training task according to the service post in the virtual production group and obtaining a service preparation result corresponding to the service training task;
the technical preparation module is used for setting a technical configuration task according to technical posts in the virtual production group, and carrying out technical configuration on the information system to be produced according to the technical configuration task to obtain a technical preparation result;
the commissioning drilling module is used for generating a drilling scheme by utilizing the service preparation result and the technical preparation result; and performing production drilling on the information system to be produced according to the drilling scheme to obtain a drilling result.
