Optionally, in one embodiment, before predicting the replenishment amount of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on the historical business flow data, acquiring a time interval from the last dispatch of the equipment consumables; when the time interval is larger than the average value of the historical time intervals, verifying the service flow data; and when the verification is passed, predicting the supplement amount of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on the historical business flow data. When the time interval is larger than the average value of the historical time interval, the business flow data is verified, the reliability of the data is ensured, the condition that the merchant consumables are inconsistent with the actual merchant transaction amount is avoided, and consumable use waste is easily caused.

The application scenario of the processing method of the equipment consumables is as follows, the equipment is a cash register, and an equipment operation and maintenance platform on the server receives the business flow data of the target commercial tenant synchronized with the transaction platform; determining the transaction quantity of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data, and determining the unit quantity of consumables of each business transaction processed by the cash register; predicting the actual consumption of the consumables of the cash register of the target merchant according to the number of the cash registers, the transaction number and the unit quantity of the consumables; when the allowance of the consumable items is determined to be smaller than the preset value according to the actual consumption, the replenishment quantity of the consumable items of the cash register needed by the target merchant is predicted based on the historical business flow data; generating a consumable item distribution work order and instructing to process the consumable item distribution work order according to the supplement amount of the consumables of the cash register; generating the dispatching progress of the consumable item dispatching work order, and generating a work order progress follow-up instruction when the completion feedback of the dispatching progress is not received when the preset time is reached; and acquiring the current processing progress of the consumable product distribution work order according to the work order progress follow-up instruction, and prompting the distribution terminal to process the consumable product distribution work order so as to supplement the merchant consumables in time.
According to the processing method of the equipment consumables, the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant is predicted according to the equipment quantity and the business flow data of the target merchant by synchronizing the business flow data of the target merchant in real time, the current allowance is determined according to the actual consumption, and when the current allowance is smaller than the preset value, the work order for distributing the consumables is automatically triggered and generated, so that the automatic distribution of the equipment consumables is realized, the consumables are supplemented in time, and the distribution efficiency of the equipment consumables is greatly improved.

And the work order processing module 508 is used for generating a consumable item distribution work order and instructing to process the consumable item distribution work order according to the supplement amount of the equipment consumables.
The processing apparatus of above-mentioned equipment consumptive material, real-time synchronization target merchant's business water flow data, according to target merchant's equipment quantity and business water flow data, the actual consumption of the equipment consumptive material of prediction target merchant, avoid artifical the confirmed inaccurate defect of data that exists, and confirm current surplus according to actual consumption, when current surplus is less than the default, automatic trigger generates the consumptive material and dispatches the work order, the automatic dispatch of equipment consumptive material has been realized, the consumptive material has in time been supplemented, very big improvement the efficiency that equipment consumptive material was dispatched.
In another embodiment, a processing apparatus for an equipment consumable is provided, which comprises, in addition to the receiving module 502, the first predicting module 504, the second predicting module 506, and the work order processing module 508: the device comprises a first determining module, a classifying module, a verifying module, a second determining module and a progress processing module, wherein:
and the first determining module is used for determining the transaction quantity of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data and determining the consumable unit quantity of each business transaction processed by the equipment.
The first prediction module is further used for predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity, the transaction quantity and the consumable unit quantity.
And the classification module is used for determining the transaction type of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data.
The first determining module is further used for determining the transaction quantity corresponding to each transaction type according to the transaction types and determining the consumable unit quantity of each transaction type processed by the equipment.
The verification module is used for obtaining a time interval from the last time of distribution of the equipment consumables; and when the time interval is larger than the average value of the historical time intervals, verifying the service flow data.
The second determining module is used for determining the periodic parameters of the business transaction of the target merchant based on the historical business flow data;
determining a target periodic parameter currently corresponding to a target merchant;
determining target historical service flow data corresponding to the target periodic parameters from the historical service flow data;
the second prediction module is also used for predicting the supplement amount of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant according to the target historical business pipelining data.
The progress processing module is used for generating the dispatching progress of the consumable item dispatching work order;
when the completion feedback of the dispatching progress is not received after the preset time length is reached, a work order progress follow-up instruction is generated;
the work order processing module is also used for acquiring the current processing progress of the consumable product dispatch work order according to the work order progress follow-up instruction and prompting the dispatch terminal to process the consumable product dispatch work order.
The modules in the processing device of the equipment consumables can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of processing equipment consumables.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
receiving synchronous service flow data of a target merchant;
predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity and the business flow data of the target merchant;
when the allowance of the consumable items is determined to be smaller than a preset value according to the actual consumption, the replenishment quantity of the equipment consumable items required by the target merchant is predicted based on the historical business flow data;
and generating a consumable product dispatch work order and indicating to process the consumable product dispatch work order according to the supplement amount of the equipment consumables.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
determining the transaction quantity of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data, and determining the unit quantity of consumables processed by equipment for each business transaction;
and predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity, the transaction quantity and the consumable unit quantity.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
determining the transaction type of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data;
and determining the transaction quantity corresponding to each transaction type according to the transaction types, and determining the unit quantity of the consumable materials processed by the equipment for each transaction type.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring a time interval from last time of equipment consumable distribution;
when the time interval is larger than the average value of the historical time intervals, verifying the service flow data;
and when the verification is passed, executing a step of predicting the supplement amount of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on the historical business flow data.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
determining periodic parameters of business transactions of a target merchant based on historical business flow data;
determining a target periodic parameter currently corresponding to a target merchant;
determining target historical service flow data corresponding to the target periodic parameters from the historical service flow data;
and predicting the replenishment quantity of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant according to the target historical business pipelining data.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
generating the dispatching progress of the dispatching work order of the consumable items;
when the completion feedback of the dispatching progress is not received after the preset time length is reached, a work order progress follow-up instruction is generated;
and acquiring the current processing progress of the consumable product dispatch work order according to the work order progress follow-up instruction, and prompting the dispatch terminal to process the consumable product dispatch work order.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
receiving synchronous service flow data of a target merchant;
predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity and the business flow data of the target merchant;
when the allowance of the consumable items is determined to be smaller than a preset value according to the actual consumption, the replenishment quantity of the equipment consumable items required by the target merchant is predicted based on the historical business flow data;
and generating a consumable product dispatch work order and indicating to process the consumable product dispatch work order according to the supplement amount of the equipment consumables.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
determining the transaction quantity of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data, and determining the unit quantity of consumables processed by equipment for each business transaction;
and predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity, the transaction quantity and the consumable unit quantity.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
determining the transaction type of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data;
and determining the transaction quantity corresponding to each transaction type according to the transaction types, and determining the unit quantity of the consumable materials processed by the equipment for each transaction type.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
acquiring a time interval from last time of equipment consumable distribution;
when the time interval is larger than the average value of the historical time intervals, verifying the service flow data;
and when the verification is passed, executing a step of predicting the supplement amount of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on the historical business flow data.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
generating the dispatching progress of the dispatching work order of the consumable items;
when the completion feedback of the dispatching progress is not received after the preset time length is reached, a work order progress follow-up instruction is generated;
and acquiring the current processing progress of the consumable product dispatch work order according to the work order progress follow-up instruction, and prompting the dispatch terminal to process the consumable product dispatch work order.
In one embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
receiving synchronous service flow data of a target merchant;
predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity and the business flow data of the target merchant;
when the allowance of the consumable items is determined to be smaller than a preset value according to the actual consumption, the replenishment quantity of the equipment consumable items required by the target merchant is predicted based on the historical business flow data;
and generating a consumable product dispatch work order and indicating to process the consumable product dispatch work order according to the supplement amount of the equipment consumables.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
determining the transaction quantity of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data, and determining the unit quantity of consumables processed by equipment for each business transaction;
and predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity, the transaction quantity and the consumable unit quantity.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
determining the transaction type of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data;
and determining the transaction quantity corresponding to each transaction type according to the transaction types, and determining the unit quantity of the consumable materials processed by the equipment for each transaction type.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
acquiring a time interval from last time of equipment consumable distribution;
when the time interval is larger than the average value of the historical time intervals, verifying the service flow data;

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the pipeline data in the method for implementing the embodiments described above may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include pipeline data of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing based data processing logic devices, etc., without limitation.

Claims (15)

1. A method of processing equipment consumables, the method comprising:
receiving synchronous service flow data of a target merchant;
predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity of the target merchant and the business flow data;
predicting the replenishment quantity of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on historical business flow data when the allowance of the consumables is determined to be smaller than the preset value according to the actual consumption;
and generating a consumable product dispatch work order and instructing to process the consumable product dispatch work order according to the supplement amount of the equipment consumables.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity of the target merchant and the business flow data comprises:
determining the transaction quantity of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data, and determining the unit quantity of consumables of each business transaction processed by equipment;
and predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity, the transaction quantity and the unit quantity of the consumables.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the transaction amount of the business transactions of the target merchant and determining the consumable unit amount of each business transaction processed by the device according to the business pipeline data comprises:
determining the transaction type of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data;
and determining the transaction quantity corresponding to each transaction type according to the transaction types, and determining the unit quantity of the consumable materials processed by the equipment for each transaction type.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to predicting the replenishment amount of equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on historical business pipeline data, the method further comprises:
acquiring a time interval from last time of equipment consumable distribution;
when the time interval is larger than the average value of the historical time intervals, verifying the service flow data;
when the verification is passed, the step of predicting the supplement amount of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on the historical business flow data is executed.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 or 4, wherein predicting the replenishment amount of equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on historical business pipeline data comprises:
determining periodic parameters of business transactions of the target merchant based on the historical business flow data;
determining a target periodic parameter currently corresponding to the target merchant;
determining target historical service flow data corresponding to the target periodic parameters from the historical service flow data;
and predicting the supplement amount of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant according to the target historical business pipelining data.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating the dispatching progress of the consumable product dispatching work order;
when the completion feedback of the dispatching progress is not received after the preset time length is reached, a work order progress follow-up instruction is generated;
and acquiring the current processing progress of the consumable product dispatch work order according to the work order progress follow-up instruction, and prompting the dispatch terminal to process the consumable product dispatch work order.
7. An apparatus for processing equipment consumables, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the synchronous service flow data of the target merchant;
the first prediction module is used for predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity of the target merchant and the business flow data;
the second prediction module is used for predicting the replenishment quantity of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant based on historical business flow data when the consumable balance is determined to be smaller than the preset value according to the actual consumption;
and the work order processing module is used for generating a consumable product distribution work order and indicating the consumable product distribution work order to be processed according to the supplement amount of the equipment consumables.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining the transaction quantity of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data and determining the consumable unit quantity of each business transaction processed by the equipment;
the first prediction module is further used for predicting the actual consumption of the equipment consumables of the target merchant according to the equipment quantity, the transaction quantity and the consumable unit quantity.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the classification module is used for determining the transaction type of the business transaction of the target merchant according to the business flow data;
the first determining module is further used for determining the transaction quantity corresponding to each transaction type according to the transaction types and determining the consumable unit quantity of each transaction type processed by the equipment.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the verification module is used for obtaining a time interval from the last time of distribution of the equipment consumables; and when the time interval is larger than the average value of the historical time intervals, verifying the service flow data.
11. The apparatus of any one of claims 7 or 9, further comprising:
the second determining module is used for determining the periodic parameters of the business transaction of the target merchant based on the historical business flow data;
determining a target periodic parameter currently corresponding to the target merchant;
determining target historical service flow data corresponding to the target periodic parameters from the historical service flow data;
and the second prediction module is also used for predicting the supplement amount of the equipment consumables required by the target merchant according to the target historical business pipelining data.
12. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the progress processing module is used for generating the distribution progress of the consumable item distribution worksheet;
when the completion feedback of the dispatching progress is not received after the preset time length is reached, a work order progress follow-up instruction is generated;
and the work order processing module is also used for acquiring the current processing progress of the consumable product dispatch work order according to the work order progress follow-up instruction and prompting the dispatch terminal to process the consumable product dispatch work order.
13. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
