Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a display device 100 including: mounting bracket 1, display module 2 and pretensioning mechanism 3.
Wherein the mounting bracket 1 is provided with a connecting portion 11, as shown in fig. 1. The connection portion 11 is provided to be connected to the body 5 of the air conditioner.
The display component 2 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and is movably connected with the mounting bracket 1. The display assembly 2 includes a display panel 21.
The pre-tightening mechanism 3 is coupled to the mounting bracket 1 and the display module 2, and is configured to provide a pre-tightening force to the display panel 21 to approach the panel 4 of the air conditioner, so that the display panel 21 abuts against the panel 4, as shown in fig. 6.
The display device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a mounting bracket 1, a display assembly 2 and a pre-tightening mechanism 3. The mounting bracket 1 is a mounting carrier for the display module 2. The display assembly 2 comprises a display panel 21 which is used for matching with the panel 4 of the air conditioner to realize the display function of the air conditioner. The pre-tightening mechanism 3 is used for providing a pre-tightening force for the display panel 21, so that the display panel 21 can be tightly abutted against the panel 4 after assembly is completed, and the display panel 21 and the panel 4 are well matched.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 1 is provided with a connection portion 11, and the connection portion 11 can be connected to the body 5 of the air conditioner, so that the display module 2 can be indirectly fixed to the body 5 of the air conditioner through the mounting bracket 1, as shown in fig. 3, instead of being fixed to the panel 4 of the air conditioner. Thus, the display module 2 and the panel 4 are independent of each other without any connection relationship.
On the other hand, display module 2 is spacing on installing support 1 to can move relatively installing support 1, guaranteed that display module 2 can move about in certain extent in the assembling process, and then can support tight panel 4 and can not damaged under pretension mechanism 3's effect. Thus, after the air conditioner is assembled, the display panel 21 can be adaptively attached to and pre-tensioned with the panel 4 under the action of the pre-tensioning mechanism 3, as shown in fig. 6, light leakage between the display panel 21 and the panel 4 is ensured, good attachment between the display panel 21 and the panel 4 is realized, and the stability of the display panel 21 is ensured.
In this way, the panel 4 and the display panel 21 of the wall-hanging air conditioner 200 do not need to rely on a fixed connection structure with precise matching to ensure good matching of the display panel 21 and the panel 4, but the display panel 21 and the panel 4 can be ensured to be well matched through the pre-tightening mechanism 3 carried by the display device 100. Therefore, the display device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application has better universality, can be adapted to different panels 4, is beneficial to reducing the design cost and the production cost of manufacturers, and enables the panels 4 to be designed in a diversified manner.
In an exemplary embodiment, the pretensioning means 3 comprises at least one first resilient member 31, as shown in fig. 2. The first elastic member 31 is configured to provide a preload force to the display module 2.
Wherein the first elastic element 31 may be configured to provide a preload force to the middle region of the display module 2.
The pre-tightening mechanism 3 includes a first elastic member 31, and the first elastic member 31 can provide a pre-tightening force to the middle region of the display module 2 by using a return elastic force thereof. The middle area of the display component 2 is provided with pretightening force, so that the stress balance of the display component 2 is facilitated, and the stability and the smoothness of the display component 2 in the process of moving relative to the mounting bracket 1 are improved.
Illustratively, the number of the first elastic members 31 is plural, and as shown in fig. 2, the plural first elastic members 31 are arranged at intervals.
In one particular example, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface of the display assembly 2 facing the mounting bracket 1 is generally rectangular. The number of the first elastic pieces 31 is two, and the two first elastic pieces 31 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the display assembly 2 and provide pre-tightening force for the middle area of the display assembly 2.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first elastic member 31 has a free end 311 and a fixed end 312, as shown in fig. 2. One of the display module 2 and the mounting bracket 1 is connected to the fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31, and the other one abuts against the free end 311 of the first elastic member 31.
In this embodiment, the first elastic member 31 is fixed at one end and free at one end, and the elastic deformation function is realized by the swing of the free end 311. The fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31 is fixedly connected with the display module 2 or the mounting bracket 1, so that the position stability and the use reliability of the first elastic member 31 are ensured, and the first elastic member 31 can be effectively prevented from shifting, inclining and the like in the use process, thereby being beneficial to improving the use reliability of products.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display module 2 further includes a display box 22, the display box 22 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and movably connected with the mounting bracket 1, and the display panel 21 is fixed on the display box 22. One of the display box 22 and the mounting bracket 1 is connected to the fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31, and the other is abutted against the free end 311 of the first elastic member 31.
The display module 2 includes a display box 22 and a display panel 21. The display box 22 plays a role of fixing and protecting the display panel 21. During assembly, the display panel 21 is fixed to the display box 22 so that the display panel 21 and the display box 22 form one module. Then, the display box 22 is mounted on the mounting bracket 1, so that the display panel 21 is indirectly limited on the mounting bracket 1. Since the display box 22 is movably connected to the mounting bracket 1, the display panel 21 can move with the display box 22 relative to the mounting bracket 1.
Because the fixed end 312 of the first elastic element 31 is fixedly connected with the display box 22 (or the mounting bracket 1), and the free end 311 abuts against the mounting bracket 1 (or the display box 22), it is ensured that the first elastic element 31 can provide a pretightening force for the display box 22, and further indirectly provide a pretightening force for the display panel 21, and it is ensured that the display panel 21 can abut against the panel 4 under the action of the pretightening force.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first elastic member 31 is a spring sheet, as shown in fig. 2.
The first elastic piece 31 is in the form of a spring plate, so that the structure is simple and the processing and forming are convenient; the elastic deformation capability of the first elastic element 31 is improved, so that the elastic pretightening force which can be applied by the first elastic element 31 is improved, and the matching reliability of the display panel 21 and the panel 4 is further improved; and contributes to weight reduction of the display device 100.
In an exemplary embodiment, the resilient tab is provided with a fixed end 313, as shown in FIG. 2. This is favorable to further improving the elastic deformability of the elastic sheet, and then improving the pretightening force applied by the elastic sheet to the display assembly 2, further improving the matching reliability of the display panel 21 and the panel 4; and contributes to weight reduction of the display device 100.
In one specific example, the spring plate is rectangular, as shown in fig. 2. The fixed end 313 has a rectangular shape.
In an exemplary embodiment, one of the display module 2 and the mounting bracket 1 to which the fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31 is connected is provided with a relief groove 13 for relieving the free end 311 of the first elastic member 31, as shown in fig. 2.
The arrangement of the avoiding groove 13 can avoid the free end 311 of the first elastic piece 31, which is beneficial to increase the swing amplitude of the free end 311 of the first elastic piece 31, so as to improve the pretightening force that the first elastic piece 31 can provide for the display component 2, and further improve the matching reliability of the display panel 21 and the panel 4.
In an exemplary embodiment (not shown), two ends of the first elastic member 31 respectively abut against the display module 2 and the mounting bracket 1.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the first elastic member 31 are abutted to each other to match the display module 2 and the mounting bracket 1, which is beneficial to increasing the selection range of the first elastic member 31, for example, the first elastic member 31 can be a spring, a spring sheet, an elastic block, an elastic ball, etc., so as to be conveniently and reasonably selected according to the requirement.
In one specific example, the first elastic member 31 is a spring.
Further, the display assembly 2 further comprises a display box 22, the display box 22 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and movably connected with the mounting bracket 1, and the display panel 1 is fixed on the display box 22. Two ends of the first elastic member 31 respectively abut against the display box 22 and the mounting bracket 1.
Therefore, the first elastic element 31 can provide a pretightening force for the display box 22, so as to indirectly provide a pretightening force for the display panel 1, and ensure that the display panel 1 can be abutted against the panel under the pretightening force. In an exemplary embodiment, display assembly 2 includes a display box 22 and a display panel 21, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Wherein, the display box 22 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and movably connected with the mounting bracket 1. The display case 22 is provided with a first mounting recess 221 and a stopper hook 222, as shown in fig. 2. The first mounting recess 221 is adapted to the plate body of the display panel 21. The limit hooks 222 clamp the panel body of the display panel 21 in the first mounting cavity 221, as shown in fig. 6.
The display module 2 includes a display box 22 and a display panel 21. The display panel 21 includes a panel body and electronic components provided on the panel body to implement a display function. The display box 22 plays a role of fixing and protecting the display panel 21. During assembly, the display panel 21 is pressed toward the first mounting cavity 221 until the display panel 21 passes over the limit hook 222, and the display panel 21 is clamped in the first mounting cavity 221 by the limit hook 222, so that the display panel 21 and the display box 22 form a module. Then, the display box 22 is mounted on the mounting bracket 1, so that the display panel 21 is indirectly limited on the mounting bracket 1. Because the display box 22 is movably connected with the mounting bracket 1, the display panel 21 can move along with the display box 22 relative to the mounting bracket 1, and further abuts against the panel 4 under the action of the pre-tightening mechanism 3.
In an exemplary embodiment, the pretensioning mechanism 3 is specifically adapted to cooperate with a display box 22 of the display module 2, as shown in fig. 2, to provide pretensioning force to the display panel 21 close to the panel 4.
In a specific example (not shown in the figures), the pre-tightening mechanism 3 includes a first elastic member 31, the first elastic member 31 is a spring, a fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31 is fixedly connected to the display box 22, and the display box 22 is provided with an avoiding groove 13. And the free end 311 of the first elastic member 31 abuts against the mounting bracket 1.
Further, when the first elastic member 31 is fixedly connected to the display box 22, the first elastic member 31 and the display box 22 are of an integral structure.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 2, the pre-tightening mechanism 3 includes a first elastic member 31, the first elastic member 31 is a spring, a fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31 is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 1, and the mounting bracket 1 is provided with an avoiding groove 13. And the free end 311 of the first elastic member 31 abuts against the display box 22.
Further, when the first elastic member 31 is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 1, the first elastic member 31 and the mounting bracket 1 are of an integrated structure.
In another specific example (not shown in the figures), the first elastic member 31 is a spring, and two ends of the first elastic member 31 respectively abut against the mounting bracket 1 and the display box 22.
In one exemplary embodiment, the first mounting cavity 221 is a rectangular cavity. The number of the limiting hooks 222 is four, and as shown in fig. 2, the four limiting hooks 222 are symmetrically arranged on two long sides of the top of the first mounting cavity 221 to clamp and fix the display panel 21.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display box 22 is provided with a relief hole (not shown), and one end of the first elastic member 31 passes through the relief hole to abut against the display panel 21, as shown in fig. 6. In this embodiment, the first elastic member 31 directly abuts against the display panel 21, and can directly provide a pre-tightening force to the display panel 21.
The first elastic member 31 may be a spring sheet (as shown in fig. 6) having a free end 311 and a fixed end 312, or may be a spring.
In an exemplary embodiment, the bottom wall of first mounting cavity 221 is further provided with a support protrusion 224 for supporting display panel 21, as shown in fig. 2. The number of the supporting protrusions 224 is four, and as shown in fig. 2, four supporting protrusions 224 are provided at four corners of the first mounting recess 221. Thus, the display panel 21 is stably held between the four supporting projections 224 and the four stopper hooks 222. Moreover, the surface of display panel 21 facing the bottom wall of first mounting cavity 221 may also be provided with some electronic components, which is beneficial to optimizing the structural layout of display panel 21.
In an exemplary embodiment, the pretensioning means 3 comprises at least one second resilient element 32, as shown in fig. 2. The second elastic member 32 is configured to provide a preload force to the display module 2.
Wherein the second elastic element 32 may be arranged to provide a pretension force to the edge region of the display module 2.
In this embodiment, the pretensioning mechanism 3 includes a second elastic element 32, and the second elastic element 32 can provide pretension to the edge region of the display module 2 by using its return elastic force. The edge area of the display component 2 is provided with pretightening force, so that the display component 2 can be conveniently adjusted in position within a certain range according to different shapes of the panels 4, and further can be well matched with different panels 4.
For the scheme that the pre-tightening mechanism 3 comprises the first elastic piece 31 and the second elastic piece 32, the first elastic piece 31 is matched with the second elastic piece 32, so that sufficient pre-tightening force can be provided for the display assembly 2, the stability of the display assembly 2 is ensured, the display assembly 2 can be self-adaptively abutted against different panels 4, and the diversified design of the panels 4 is facilitated.
Of course, the pretensioning means 3 can also comprise only the first elastic element 31 or only the second elastic element 32.
In an exemplary embodiment, the two ends of the second elastic element 32 respectively abut against the display module 2 and the mounting bracket 1.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the second elastic member 32 are abutted to match the display module 2 and the mounting bracket 1, which is beneficial to increasing the selection range of the second elastic member 32, such as a spring, a spring sheet, an elastic block, an elastic ball, etc., and is convenient for reasonable selection according to the requirement.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display module 2 further includes a display box 22, the display box 22 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and movably connected with the mounting bracket 1, the display panel 21 is fixed on the display box 22, and two ends of the second elastic element 32 respectively abut against the display box 22 and the mounting bracket 1.
