Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, and provides a display device and an air conditioner internal hanging machine. The display device comprises a display box, a display panel and a display module, wherein the display module is fixedly arranged on the display panel, an elastic buckle, a supporting piece and a limiting rib are arranged in the display box, the display panel is arranged between the supporting piece and the limiting rib, and the elastic buckle is arranged between the display panel and the display box in an interference fit mode so as to push the display panel to move towards the opening end of the display box. The longitudinal section of the limiting rib is in a right-angle triangular shape.
The elastic buckle comprises a first horizontal section, a second horizontal section and a bending section, the first horizontal section and the second horizontal section are parallel to the bottom surface of the display box, one end of the first horizontal section is connected with the inner wall of the display box, one end of the bending section is connected with the other end of the first horizontal section, and the other end of the bending section is connected with the end of the second horizontal section.
The bottom of the display box is also convexly provided with a guide post, and the display board is provided with a positioning hole matched with the guide post.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display box 10, a display panel 20, and a display module 30. The display panel 20 is a PCB, the display module 30 is used for displaying information such as temperature or humidity symbols and operation modes, and the display module 30 is fixedly mounted on the display panel 20 by a buckle. The display box 10 in the embodiment of the invention is provided with an elastic buckle 11, a supporting piece 12 and a limiting rib 13, wherein the elastic buckle 11, the supporting piece 12 and the limiting rib 13 are all positioned inside the display box 10. The display panel 20 is clamped between the support 12 and the limiting rib 13, and the elastic buckle 11 is arranged between the display panel 20 and the display box 10 in an interference manner to push the display panel 20 to move towards the opening end of the display box 10, so that the display module 30 is abutted to the front panel 40.
Specifically, the support member 12 may be disposed at the bottom of the display box 10 or at the side wall of the display box 10, as long as the vertical distance between the top of the support member 12 and the bottom of the stopper rib 13 is greater than the thickness of the display panel 20. Therefore, after being pressed, the elastic buckle 11 with a certain plastic deformation can push the display panel 20 to move between the support member 12 and the limiting rib 13, so that the position is adjusted, the display panel is kept attached to the front panel 40, and the display effect is improved.
Wherein, a plurality of elasticity buckles 11 and a plurality of spacing muscle 13 one-to-one and adjacent setting, elasticity buckle 11 is located the inside wall or the bottom of display box respectively with spacing muscle 13. The non-right-angled corner of the right-angled triangle is curved, and the inclined surface of the right-angled triangle of the stopper rib 13 serves to guide the display panel 10 so that it slides between the stopper rib 13 and the support member 12. In contrast, the transverse cross section refers to a shape taken in parallel to the cross section of the bottom surface of the display box 10, and the longitudinal cross section refers to a shape taken in perpendicular to the cross section of the bottom surface of the display box 10. The supporting member 12 may be a short column disposed on the side wall or the bottom of the display box 10, or a plate disposed on the side wall or the bottom of the display box 10.
Wherein, elasticity buckle 11 includes first horizontal segment, second horizontal segment and bending segment, and first horizontal segment and second horizontal segment are all parallel with the bottom surface that shows box 10, and the interval between the bottom surface of first horizontal segment and display box 10 is less than the interval between the bottom surface of second horizontal segment and display box 10. The bending section is arranged at a certain angle with the bottom surface of the display box 10. One end of the first horizontal segment is connected with the inner side wall of the display box 10, one end of the bending segment is connected with the other end of the first horizontal segment, and the other end of the bending segment is connected with the end of the second horizontal segment. When the display panel 20 is pressed on the upper surface of the second horizontal segment, the elastic buckle 11 is forced to generate an elastic force to push the display panel 20 to move outwards, so that the display module 30 fixedly mounted on the display panel 20 is attached to the front panel 40. When the display panel 20 is abutted against the bottom of the limiting rib 13, the elastic buckle 11 is in a minimum compression state; when the display panel 20 interferes with the support 12, the elastic catch 11 is in a maximum compression state. Regardless of which state the resilient catch 11 is in, it remains compressed, i.e. in interference.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, in order to prevent the display panel 20 from moving back and forth in the display box 10, a guide post 14 is protruded at the bottom of the display box 10, and a positioning hole 21 matched with the guide post 14 is provided on the display panel 20. The guide posts 14 are inserted into the positioning holes 21, the diameter of the positioning holes 21 is slightly larger than the diameter of the guide posts 14, and the guide posts 14 can effectively limit the lateral displacement of the display panel 20 in the horizontal plane and restrict the up-down movement direction of the display panel 20. Besides, a protrusion may be disposed on the display panel 20, a slot may be disposed at the bottom of the display box 10, and the protrusion and the slot cooperate to realize positioning.
Specifically, the guide posts 14 include two, and the two guide posts 14 are diagonally disposed in the display box 10. Correspondingly, there are two positioning holes 21. Of course, there may be only one guiding column 14, and it is preferable that the guiding column 14 is disposed in the middle of the display box 10; when the number of the guide posts 14 is three, four, etc., it is preferable that the plurality of guide posts 14 are distributed in a dispersed manner, and are distributed in a polygonal manner, so that the limiting effect is good.
In addition, the display device in the embodiment of the invention further includes a front panel 40, the display module 30 is mounted on the back of the front panel 40, and the elastic buckle 11 abuts against the display panel 20 to make the display module 30 adhere to the front panel 20.
The embodiment of the invention also provides the air conditioner on-hook machine, which uses the display device, so that the display surface of the display module 30 is ensured to be attached to the front panel 40, the display definition of the display module is improved, and the user experience is improved. Of course, the display device provided in the embodiment of the present invention may also be used in a window air conditioner, an electric cooker, or other household electrical appliances, and thus, the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.

The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the elastic buckle comprises a first horizontal section, a second horizontal section and a bent section, the first horizontal section and the second horizontal section are parallel to the bottom surface of the display box, one end of the first horizontal section is connected with the inner wall of the display box, one end of the bent section is connected with the other end of the first horizontal section, and the other end of the bent section is connected with the end of the second horizontal section.
6. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the display box is further protruded with a guide post, and the display panel is provided with a positioning hole for matching with the guide post.
7. The display device according to claim 6, wherein the guide posts include two, and two of the guide posts are diagonally disposed within the display box.
