A concrete injection device for foundation pit wall reinforcement comprises a support frame plate, an inner edge support frame arranged on the support frame plate, and a support base arranged at the bottom end of the inner edge support frame; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,

The concrete injection device for foundation pit wall reinforcement according to claim 2, wherein the loading frame plate is of a convex plate structure, the injection gun head is arranged in a convex area of the loading frame plate, a positioning frame is arranged on the side edge of the convex area, the positioning frame is connected with the equipment support through a locking bolt, and elastic buffer rods are arranged on the positioning frame and two side areas of the loading frame plate.

The concrete injection device for foundation pit wall reinforcement according to claim 3, wherein the coating assembly comprises a coating frame, a positioning frame for positioning the coating frame, and a transmission frame for driving the coating frame, wherein the positioning frame is provided with a fixed disc, the coating frame is mounted at the axis of the fixed disc through a mounting shaft, the coating frame is provided with a linkage bolt, and the transmission frame is connected with the linkage bolt.

The concrete injection device for foundation pit wall reinforcement according to claim 4, wherein the transmission frame is mounted in an output section through a transmission disc, a transmission motor is arranged in the output section, a half-tooth helical gear is mounted at a driving end of the transmission motor, an outer edge insection is arranged on a disc surface of the transmission disc, the outer edge insection is meshed with the half-tooth helical gear, an auxiliary frame is further arranged in the output section, and the transmission frame is connected with the auxiliary frame through a return spring.

The concrete injection device for foundation pit wall reinforcement according to claim 5, wherein the coating frame comprises side edge frames respectively arranged at two sides, clamping frame plates arranged on the side edge frames, and a coating roller arranged between the clamping frame plates, the transmission frame is further provided with a middle extension frame, and the middle extension frame is provided with a scraper plate.

The concrete injection apparatus for foundation pit wall reinforcement according to claim 1, wherein the abutting assembly comprises a positioning base block mounted on the corresponding support frame plate or inner edge support frame, a support block mounted on the positioning base block, and an expanding frame disposed on the support block, wherein elastic support pieces are disposed on both sides of the expanding frame, the elastic support pieces are expanded outward, and support side plates are connected between the elastic support pieces.
