The weaving process of the high elastic crumpled fabric as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: dividing warp yarns and weft yarns into an upper layer and a lower layer respectively, adopting pure cotton yarns and spandex core-spun yarns, arranging the pure cotton yarns and the spandex core-spun yarns into a pure cotton yarn group and a spandex core-spun yarn group according to a rule respectively, and circularly arranging the pure cotton yarn group and the spandex core-spun yarn group, wherein the number of the spandex core-spun yarns of the spandex core-spun yarn group arranged at the edge of the cloth is not twice the number of the spandex core-spun yarns at the edge; the upper and lower plain cloths of the fabric adopt plied yarns; the weft density of the upper and lower plain cloths is twice of the sum of the upper layer weft yarns and the lower layer weft yarns;
respectively interweaving upper-layer warp yarns and upper-layer weft yarns, and lower-layer warp yarns and lower-layer weft yarns into an upper-layer elastic layer and a lower-layer elastic layer, wherein the lower-layer warp yarns and the upper-layer weft yarns are alternately interwoven at intervals to form a plurality of connecting points;
the selvedge is woven into a double selvedge and a double twisted selvedge, wherein the outer side of the outer selvedge and the outer side of the inner selvedge are respectively provided with the twisted selvedge.

The weaving process of the high elastic corrugated fabric as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that: the upper layer warp and the lower layer warp are 122-198 according to the pure cotton yarn group and the spandex core-spun yarn group: 4-8 of arrangement proportion; the upper weft yarn and the lower weft yarn are 80-119% according to the pure cotton yarn group and the spandex core-spun yarn group: 2-4 in arrangement ratio.
7. The weaving process of claim 5, wherein: the warp yarns adopt 32/2C pure cotton yarns and 32S/2C-wrapped 40D spandex core-spun yarns; the weft yarns adopt 21S/C pure cotton yarns and 32S/2C-wrapped 40D spandex core-spun yarns.

The weaving process of claim 5, wherein: the outer cloth edge and the inner cloth edge of the double cloth edges are respectively woven by 45 warps; the inner selvedge is 2/2 weft heavy flat weaves, at least 15 warp yarns on the outer side of the outer selvedge are 1/1 plain weaves, and the rest are 2/2 weft heavy flat weaves.

The weaving process of claim 5, wherein: after the fabric is woven, 60 yards of plaiting are carried out, the front and the back of the plaiting are flattened to solidify spandex core-spun yarns, and the cloth is in a loose state through cloth inspection within 24 hours after the fabric is off the machine.
10. The weaving process of claim 5, wherein: the number of the plaiting is 40 plaiting, and every 8 small plaiting is 15cm multiplied by 2 plain cloth; after 5 times of circulation, the fabric is laid by a 15cm multiplied by 2 plain cloth.
