Then, the yarn sequentially passes through the yarn distributing plate 14, the yarn threading plate 43, the position above the placing rod 461, the first partial twist reed 44 and the second partial twist reed 55, the yarn passes through the tension roller 56 and the sliding platform 542, finally, the yarn is wound on the winding roller 52, the wet cloth 462 is placed between the first horizontal plate 471 and the pressing plate 474, the pressing plate 474 and the first horizontal plate 471 are rotated to press the wet cloth 462, then, the position of the sliding sleeve 481 on the placing rod 461 is adjusted to realize the tensioning in the length direction of the wet cloth 462, after the adjustment is completed, the connecting plate is rotated downwards to enable the locking screw 482 to be in contact with the placing rod 461 to realize the fixation of the sliding sleeve 481 on the placing rod 461 and realize that the wet cloth 462 and the placing rod 461 form certain acting force on the yarn, the contact effect between the wet cloth 462 and the yarn is improved, then, the motor 483 is driven, and the winding roller 52 performs winding operation on a plurality of wound yarns.
