Abstract
本发明涉及微生物菌剂技术领域,公开了一种降解维吉尼亚霉素的微生物菌剂。本发明的菌剂由解淀粉芽胞杆菌10%‑14%、多粘类芽孢杆菌20‑25%、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌15‑25%、短小芽孢杆菌15%~20%、鲁氏接合酵母10‑20%、米曲霉15%~25%组成。本发明通过解淀粉芽胞杆菌、多粘类芽孢杆菌、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、鲁氏接合酵母、米曲霉之间相互协同作用,通过微生物作用使抗生素分解为二氧化碳、水或其它无毒无害小分子的物质,可快速将养殖废水、固废中残留的维吉尼亚霉素降解,充分实现其无害化和资源化。

技术领域
本发明涉及微生物菌剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于降解维吉尼亚霉素的微生物菌剂及其应用。
背景技术
维吉尼亚霉素(virginiamycin)是一类多肽类抗生素,分子结构中含有内酯环,是从维吉尼亚链霉菌发酵产物中分离得到的。维吉尼亚霉素对革兰氏阳性菌具有抑制作用,其作用机理是抑制细菌的核糖体中蛋白质的合成。由于维吉尼亚霉素在动物肠道内不易被吸收,残留量小,毒性小,而且其结构非常稳定(在室温下保存3年其作用效果基本不会发生变化)使得经过饲料加工后活性仍十分稳定,因此,维吉尼亚霉素被誉为最有前景的抗生素之一。
但是由于维吉尼亚霉素代谢率低不能被动物机体完全吸收,大部分被排出体外。对生态环境带来损伤和压力,在土壤、水体以及动植物性食品中都检测到多肽类抗生素残留,对水、土壤资源以及人类健康构成很大的危害。
发明内容
基于以上问题,本发明提供一种用于降解维吉尼亚霉素的微生物菌剂及其应用,通过解淀粉芽胞杆菌、多粘类芽孢杆菌、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、鲁氏接合酵母、米曲霉之间相互协同作用,通过微生物作用使抗生素分解为二氧化碳、水或其它无毒无害小分子的物质,可快速将养殖废水、固废中残留的硫酸黏杆菌素降解,充分实现其无害化和资源化。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过解淀粉芽胞杆菌、多粘类芽孢杆菌、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、鲁氏接合酵母、米曲霉几种特异性菌种组合,有效活菌的含量高,特别是针对性强,该组菌种之间相互协同,通过分泌产生多种特异性的降解酶,这些酶类进一步通过直接或间接修饰及水解作用破坏维吉尼亚霉素的分子结构而导致降解,最终使维吉尼亚霉素分解为二氧化碳、水或其它无毒无害小分子的物质,从而快速将养殖废水、固废中残留的维吉尼亚霉素降解,充分实现其无害化和资源化。

一种用于降解维吉尼亚霉素的微生物菌剂,主要由解淀粉芽胞杆菌(Bacillusamyloliquefaciens)、多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌(Bacillus stearothermophilus)、短小芽孢杆菌(Bacilluspumilus)、鲁氏接合酵母(Zygosaccharomyces rouxii)、米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)组成。
在本实施例中,通过解淀粉芽胞杆菌、多粘类芽孢杆菌、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、鲁氏接合酵母、米曲霉之间相互协同作用,可以对养殖废水、固废中残留的硫酸黏杆菌素进行降解,通过微生物作用使抗生素分解为二氧化碳、水或其它无毒无害小分子的物质。

实施例2
一种用于降解维吉尼亚霉素的微生物菌剂的应用,该微生物菌剂各组分菌粉质量百分比为:解淀粉芽胞杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)14%、多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)21%、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌(Bacillus stearothermophilus)15%、短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)20%、鲁氏接合酵母(Zygosaccharomycesrouxii)15%、米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)15%组成。上述各组分菌种市场购置,活细胞数量大于2亿/克。将上述菌剂在降解维吉尼亚霉素的养殖废水按80g/m3投加,微曝气反应48h后,废水中的维吉尼亚霉素含量由5.7ppm降到0.033ppm。
实施例3
一种用于降解维吉尼亚霉素的微生物菌剂的应用,该微生物菌剂各组分菌粉质量百分比为:解淀粉芽胞杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)10%、多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)20%、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌(Bacillus stearothermophilus)25%、短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)20%、鲁氏接合酵母(Zygosaccharomycesrouxii)10%、米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)15%组成。上述各组分菌种市场购置,活细胞数量大于2亿/克。将上述菌剂与含有维吉尼亚霉素的固体猪场粪便按质量比100g/t混合均匀,常温发酵反应96h后,粪便的维吉尼亚霉素含量由5.7ppm降到0.107ppm。
