A preparation method of an imitated sesame white marble precast concrete product is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 465 parts of P. W42.5R white cement, 870 parts of black colored sand, 290 parts of sesame white crushed stone with the diameter of 3-5 mm, 150 parts of water and 5 parts of anti-crack fiber.
The making process of prefabricated sesame imitation marble concrete product includes the following steps: (1) firstly, pouring sand, sesame white macadam and anti-crack fibers into a stirring device, adding water for stirring, after the sand, the sesame white macadam and the anti-crack fibers are uniformly mixed, adding cement and a concrete surface compacting agent into the stirring device, adding the rest water for uniformly stirring, and enabling the fluidity of a mixture to meet the requirement of mold filling, wherein the stirring time is 180 s. (2) vacuumizing, draining and extruding and forming: pouring the mixed raw materials into a pre-adjusted mould, pumping free water out of the mixture by using special vacuumizing equipment, and carrying out extrusion forming on the raw materials by using the vacuumized pressure, wherein the specific extrusion forming parameters are as follows: the molding temperature is 25 ℃; the extrusion forming pressure intensity is 25 MPa; the pressing time was 120 s. (3) Steam curing: and (3) after demolding the press-molded sesame-imitated white marble precast concrete product, carrying out steam curing treatment, wherein the specific curing parameters are as follows: the steam curing temperature is 60 ℃; the steam curing humidity is 70%; steaming for 4 h. (4) surface shot blasting: performing surface shot blasting treatment on the steamed and cured sesame-imitation white marble precast concrete product to obtain a rough surface similar to the sesame white marble, wherein the specific shot blasting parameters are as follows: the diameter of the steel shot is as follows: 1 mm; the shot blasting speed is 50 m/s; the advancing speed of the shot blasting machine is 2 cm/s. (5) Cutting a finished product: and (3) cutting the finished product of the sesame-like white marble precast concrete product after the surface is subjected to shot blasting treatment by using a special cutting saw for the precast concrete stone-like product. Comparative example 2
The polymer concrete sesame-like white stone material of the chinese invention patent application with publication number CN112431085A was used as a comparative example, and the following treatments were performed:
(1) surface shot blasting
Performing surface shot blasting treatment on the polymer concrete sesame-like white stone to obtain a rough surface with a surface similar to that of examples 1-3, wherein specific shot blasting parameters are as follows:
the diameter of the steel shot is as follows: 1 mm;
the shot blasting speed is 50 m/s;
the advancing speed of the shot blasting machine is 2 cm/s.
(2) Cutting of finished products
And cutting the finished product of the polymer concrete sesame-imitated white stone with the surface subjected to the shot blasting treatment by using a special cutting saw for the precast concrete sesame-imitated product. The dicing saw was advanced at a speed of 3 cm/s.

With reference to the relevant detection methods and detection standards in GB/T28635-2012 concrete pavement bricks, the abrasion resistance, compressive strength, flexural strength and salt freezing resistance of the sesame-like white marble precast concrete products and the polymer concrete sesame-like white stone materials related to the embodiments 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2 of the present invention are detected, and the results are shown in the table above.
According to the detection results, the sesame-imitation marble precast concrete product has the same appearance as natural sesame marble, and all the detection results show that the prepared three sesame-imitation marble precast concrete products can meet the related requirements of the concrete pavement brick for paving municipal roads in terms of mechanical properties, and meanwhile, the concrete compacting agent is added to ensure that the concrete pavement brick has excellent salt freezing resistance. The comparative examples 1 to 2 also have better abrasion resistance and mechanical properties, but the salt freezing resistance is inferior to those of examples 1 to 3. The specification of the finished product of the sesame-imitated marble precast concrete product can be flexibly adjusted according to the design requirement, and the product can be popularized and used in the field of municipal road pavement as a substitute product of a natural sesame marble product.
However, the above description is only exemplary of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the replacement of the equivalent components or the equivalent changes and modifications made according to the protection scope of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The sesame-imitated marble precast concrete product is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 465-630 parts of white cement, 870-1050 parts of black colored sand, 290-370 parts of sesame white broken stone and 150-220 parts of water.
2. The sesame-imitated marble precast concrete product of claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise 8-19 parts of a concrete surface compacting agent and 5-7 parts of an anti-crack fiber.
3. The sesame-imitated white marble precast concrete product of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the sesame white macadam is 3-5 mm; the particle size of the black colored sand is 40-120 meshes.
4. The method for preparing the sesame-imitated marble precast concrete product as set forth in claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing and stirring raw materials: preparing the following raw materials by mass: 465-630 parts of white cement, 870-1050 parts of sand, 290-370 parts of sesame white macadam with the diameter of 3-5 mm, 150-220 parts of water, 8-19 parts of concrete surface compacting agent and 5-7 parts of anti-crack fiber; firstly, pouring sand, sesame white macadam and anti-crack fibers into a stirring device, adding part of water for stirring, adding cement and a concrete surface compacting agent into the stirring device after uniform mixing, adding the rest water, and uniformly stirring to ensure that the fluidity of a mixture can meet the requirement of mold filling;
(2) vacuumizing, draining and extruding for forming: pouring the mixed raw materials into a pre-adjusted mould, pumping free water out of the mixture by using vacuumized equipment, and carrying out extrusion forming on the raw materials by using the vacuumized pressure;
(3) steam curing: carrying out steam curing treatment after demoulding treatment on the press-formed sesame-imitated white marble precast concrete product;
(4) surface shot blasting: performing surface shot blasting treatment on the steamed and cured sesame-imitation white marble precast concrete product to obtain a rough surface similar to the sesame white marble;
(5) cutting a finished product: and (3) cutting the finished product of the sesame-like white marble precast concrete product after the surface is subjected to shot blasting treatment by using a special cutting saw for the precast concrete stone-like product.
5. The method for preparing the sesame-imitated marble precast concrete product according to claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the first water addition amount is 20-40% of the total water amount.
6. The method for preparing the sesame-imitated marble precast concrete product according to claim 4, wherein in the step (5), the cutting saw is moved at a speed of 3 cm/s.
