Detailed Description
The GRC decorative curtain wall panel made of low-quality recycled fine aggregate and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples:
the invention relates to a GRC decorative curtain wall board made of low-quality recycled fine aggregate, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 800 parts of low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement, 1400 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 10-40 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 2-4 parts of alkali-resistant glass fiber.
Adding 100-200 parts of water into the components in parts by mass, mixing and stirring to a uniform state, namely mixing and stirring 100-200 parts of water, 400-800 parts of low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement, 1000-1400 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 10-40 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducer and 2-4 parts of alkali-resistant glass fiber according to parts by mass, putting into a mold, carrying out vibration molding, and demolding after curing for 4-24 hours to obtain the GRC decorative curtain wall board.
Preferably, the GRC decorative curtain wall board comprises the following components in parts by weight: 650 parts of low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement 550-.
Adding 130-170 parts of water into the components with the optimal mass part ratio, mixing and stirring the mixture to a uniform state, namely mixing and stirring 130-170 parts of water, 550-650 parts of low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement, 1150-1300 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 20-30 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducer and 2.5-3 parts of alkali-resistant glass fiber according to the mass part ratio to a uniform state, putting the mixture into a mold, carrying out vibration molding, carrying out curing for 4-24h, and then demolding to obtain the GRC decorative curtain wall board.
It should be noted that the low alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement may be 32.5, 42.5, 52.5 and other types of cement.
The recycled fine aggregate is obtained by pretreating fine aggregate smaller than 2mm after crushing and screening construction demolition waste. That is, the construction demolition waste is crushed and screened to obtain fine aggregate smaller than 2mm, and then is pretreated to obtain the recycled fine aggregate.
The pretreatment is as follows: drying fine aggregate with the water content of less than 2mm to the water content of less than or equal to 0.5 percent, pouring the fine aggregate into water doped with 0.3 to 0.6 percent of sulfamate water reducer, soaking and stirring the fine aggregate for 3 to 10min, transferring the fine aggregate out of a transfer bin and the like, and standing and aging the fine aggregate for more than 1 day until the water content is stabilized within the range of 15 to 25 percent, preferably 18 percent.
The term "the water content of the fine aggregate having a water content of less than 2mm is dried to a water content of 0.5% or less" means that the water content of 0.5g or less per 100g of the fine aggregate having a water content of less than 2 mm. The water content in the "water content stabilized in the range of 15% to 25%" means that the water content per 100g of the recycled fine aggregate is in the range of 15g to 25 g. "Water doped with 0.3 to 0.6% of sulfamate-based water reducing agent" means that the sulfamate-based water reducing agent is contained in an amount of 0.3 to 0.6g per 100ml of water. By immersing the fine aggregate into the water mixed with the additive, the open pores in the aggregate are filled with water containing the high-concentration additive, so that the additive in the mixing water can not diffuse into the open pores of the aggregate but gradually diffuse into the mixing water due to concentration difference in the mixing process of the low-quality recycled aggregates, and the slump loss of concrete is reduced.
The volume density of the GRC decorative curtain wall board prepared by the method is 1700-2200 kg/m3(ii) a The compressive strength of the GRC decorative curtain wall board is 40-80MPa; the bending strength limit of the GRC decorative curtain wall plate is 8-14 MPa; the ultimate tensile strength is 3-7 MPa.
The GRC decorative curtain wall board is manufactured by utilizing the low-quality recycled fine aggregate through a certain pretreatment process, and a new direction is provided for the application of the low-quality recycled fine aggregate.
The GRC decorative curtain wall board mainly uses fine aggregate with the particle size of less than 2mm, and the water absorption rate fluctuates in a large range of about 10-25% according to the amount of clay brick scraps contained in the fine aggregate, so that the working performance of the GRC is greatly influenced. In addition, in the hardening process of the GRC, moisture absorbed into pores of the aggregate during mixing can seep back to the interface of the slurry and the aggregate, so that the compressive strength and the tensile strength of the GRC are influenced. However, after the fine aggregate with the particle size of less than 2mm is pretreated, the water absorption change caused by the quality fluctuation of the fine aggregate can be avoided, the workability of the GRC is ensured, and meanwhile, because the sulfamate water reducing agent is adsorbed in the pores of the regenerated fine aggregate in advance, the concentration difference of water in the pores of the aggregate and the GRC slurry can be avoided, the back penetration of pore water is reduced, the increase of the water-cement ratio of the slurry-aggregate interface is improved, and the compressive strength and the tensile strength of the GRC are improved.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
