Further, a drug permeation member 307 is detachably connected to the cartridge cover frame 304; the drug permeable member 307 may be gauze; alternatively, the drug permeation member 307 is detachably connected to the cap frame 304 by a hook and loop fastener, so that the drug permeation member 307 can be easily replaced.
Further, one side of the box cover 303 is hinged to the box body 302, and the other side is connected to the box body 302 through a buckle.
Preferably, the box body 302 and the box cover frame 304 are made of plastic materials, so that the medicine box is convenient to clean.
When the medicine box is used, the box cover 303 is opened, the pasty or fatty medicine is uniformly filled into the box body 302, and the box cover 303 is fastened, when the medicine in the medicine box is used up, the medicine box can be taken down, and the medicine can be continuously added into the medicine box; when the drug needs to be replaced, the remaining drug in the drug cassette is taken out, the inside of the drug cassette is cleaned, and the drug permeation member 307 is replaced.
This embodiment is convenient for acquire the medicine cake of suitable shape through setting up the medicine box, and the setting of the concrete structure of medicine box conveniently adds the medicine and conveniently washs the medicine box and changes dressings.
Example 5
In order to prevent uneven heating of the medicine in the medicine box, that is, to prevent the medicine on the side relatively close to the bottom of the medicine box from having a high temperature and the medicine on the side relatively far from the bottom of the medicine box from having a low temperature, the present embodiment adds a disturbance component on the basis of embodiment 4, as shown in fig. 10 and 11; the disturbance component is used for disturbing the medicine in the medicine box; the perturbing member comprises:
a plurality of driving rollers 601 arranged in parallel in the medicine box; all the driving rollers 601 are alternately distributed up and down, and both ends of the driving rollers 601 are rotatably mounted on the side walls of the box body 302;
the disturbance belts 602 are sequentially tensioned outside the transmission rollers 601, and two ends of each disturbance belt 602 extend out from two ends of the bottom of the box body 302;
disturbance teeth 603 distributed on one side of the disturbance band 602;
and the driving assembly is connected to the exposed end of the disturbance belt 603 and is used for driving the disturbance belt 603 to move left and right along the length direction of the disturbance belt 603.
Furthermore, the treatment area of the carrier 1 is made of a plastic material with certain hardness, and a sliding groove 604 is arranged on one side of the carrier relatively far away from the treatment substrate 2; the drive assembly includes: a toggle block 605 slidably engaged in the sliding groove 604 in a first direction; the first direction is perpendicular to the driving roller 601 and parallel to the treatment surface; two ends of the disturbance band 602 respectively and movably penetrate through the carrier 1 and are detachably connected with two ends of the poking block 605, specifically, a third channel for the disturbance band 602 to penetrate through is arranged at a corresponding position on the treatment base body 2, a fourth channel for the disturbance band 602 to penetrate through is arranged at a corresponding position on the carrier 1, the end portion of the disturbance band 602 sequentially and movably penetrates through the third channel and the fourth channel and then is detachably connected with the poking block 605, and fixing rings for fixing the end portion of the disturbance band 602 are respectively arranged at two ends of the poking block 605.
Further, in order to relatively reduce the friction force when the disturbance band 602 moves, a smooth rounded corner or a polished rod may be provided at the position where the disturbance band 602 turns, for example, at a position relatively close to the position where the disturbance band 602 protrudes outside the case body 302 in the medicine cartridge, for example, at the position where the disturbance band 602 protrudes from the carrier 1.
When the medicine box is used, a user can stir the poking block 605 to slide along the sliding groove 604 in a reciprocating mode, so that the disturbance belt 602 is driven to move in a reciprocating mode leftwards and rightwards, the disturbance teeth 603 located on the disturbance belt are driven to stir the medicines in the medicine box, the distribution positions of the medicines in the medicine box are changed, the temperature difference of the medicines is reduced, and the treatment effect is enhanced.
Example 6
