The embodiment of the application provides a medical dressing containing high-molecular water-absorbent resin, which comprises a moisture absorption layer, an adhesive layer and a medicine placing layer, wherein the moisture absorption layer is used for being attached to skin, the adhesive layer is used for adhering adhesive cloth, and the medicine placing layer is positioned between the moisture absorption layer and the adhesive layer; the water absorbing layer comprises high molecular water absorbing resin and vaseline, the medicine releasing layer comprises an antibacterial agent, recombinant human epidermal growth factor and sodium hyaluronate, and the bonding layer is polyurethane. Wherein the hygroscopic layer can be closely attached to the wound of the wounded, thereby absorbing the moisture, blood, tissue fluid and the like at the wound, further avoiding providing a proper growth environment for the growth of bacteria and viruses because of the residual moisture, blood, tissue fluid and the like, further avoiding the wound from being polluted by infectious microbes, wherein the high molecular water-absorbing resin in the water-absorbing layer can react with water to be dissociated so as to form hydrogel molecules with wider space intervals, the medicine in the medicine-placing layer can more easily permeate into the wound of the wounded under the permeation action of the hydrogel molecules, thereby playing the roles of sterilization, inflammation diminishing and repair on the wound of the wounded, further improving the healing efficiency of the wound of the wounded while avoiding the wound infection of the wounded, thereby playing a better repairing role on the wound of the patient, and the adhesive layer can firmly fix the whole dressing and the adhesive cloth, therefore, the whole dressing can be stably fixed on the bonding layer to ensure that the dressing is completely attached to the wound of a wounded person, the dressing can be matched with ringer's solution or normal saline, after the dressing is attached to the wound, the microcirculation is formed by utilizing the osmotic pressure difference between human body seepage and the ringer's solution or the normal saline, and the purpose of cleaning the wound is achieved.
A high molecular water-absorbing resin, SAP for short, is a typical functional high molecular material, SAP for short. It can absorb hundreds of times, even thousands of times its own weight of water and has a strong water-retaining capacity, so it is also called super absorbent or high water-retaining agent. In terms of chemical structure, the super absorbent resin is a low-crosslinking degree or partially-crystallized high molecular polymer with a plurality of hydrophilic groups, and can immediately and rapidly generate electrolysis after reacting with water, so as to dissociate into ions with positive electricity and negative electricity, the dissociated positive ions and negative ions have stronger affinity with water, have strong hydrophilicity and water retention property, can rapidly absorb water which is hundreds times or even thousands times heavier than the self weight, and after absorbing water, the gaps among the ions are increased, and a stable hydrogel structure is formed, so that beneficial ingredients in the drug release layer can penetrate through the hydrogel layer to directly act on the wound position of a wounded person, thereby avoiding wound infection and immediately repairing the wound, and the water absorption capacity of the high molecular water absorbent resin is 10cm2The liquid absorption can reach more than 130 g.
The antibacterial agent is a medicament for preventing and treating plant diseases caused by various pathogenic microorganisms. An agent which kills or inhibits the growth of pathogenic microorganisms without interfering with the normal growth of plants. Fungicides can be classified according to mode of action, source of raw material and chemical composition. Internationally, they are generally referred to as agents for controlling various types of pathogenic microorganisms. The antibacterial agent mainly comprises an inorganic antibacterial agent, an organic antibacterial agent, a natural antibacterial agent and the like, wherein the inorganic antibacterial agent mainly has the characteristics of good temperature resistance, wide antibacterial spectrum, long effective bacteriostasis time, low toxic and side effects, no drug resistance, high reliability and the like, but the inorganic antibacterial agent has higher manufacturing cost and poorer effects on fungi, mould and the like; the organic antibacterial agent mainly has the advantages of high sterilization speed, strong sterilization capability, convenient processing, good color stability and the like, but has poor heat resistance, is easy to precipitate in a solvent environment and the like; the natural antibacterial agent mainly has the characteristic of high antibacterial efficiency, but the natural antibacterial agent has the disadvantages of low yield, difficult processing, poor heat resistance and short service life; because a single antibacterial agent always has some defects to cause incomplete functions of the antibacterial agent, the multiple antibacterial agents are preferably combined for use, so that the defects of the various antibacterial agents are made up, and the antibacterial effect of the finally prepared medicine release layer is further improved; polyurethane (PU), the full name of which is polyurethane, is a high molecular compound. This product was produced in 1937 by Otto Bayer et al. Polyurethanes fall into the two main categories of polyester and polyether. They can be made into polyurethane plastics (mainly foamed plastics), polyurethane fibers (Chinese called spandex), polyurethane rubber and elastomers, and are common materials for making adhesives.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the weight ratio of the polymeric water-absorbent resin to the vaseline is 1: (3-4). The high molecular water-absorbing resin and the vaseline in the weight proportion range can not cause the unstable structure of the whole moisture-absorbing layer and be easy to dissociate because of the overhigh content of the high molecular water-absorbing resin and the overlow content of the vaseline, and can not cause the poor moisture-absorbing effect of the whole moisture-absorbing layer because of the overlow content of the high molecular water-absorbing resin and the overhigh content of the vaseline.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the polymeric water absorbent resin includes acrylamide, ammonium cetyl dimethyl allyl chloride, ammonium persulfate, and N, N-methylene bisacrylamide. Acrylamide of the formula C3H5NO, molecular weight 71.08, is colorless transparent flaky crystal, odorless, and toxic. Dissolving in water and ethanol, and slightly dissolving in benzene and toluene. The resin is easy to sublime and polymerize, so that the polymer water-absorbing resin is easy to generate a polymerization reaction, and the polymer water-absorbing resin is selected as a main raw material for preparing the polymer water-absorbing resin; the hexadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride is mainly synthesized by chloropropene and N, N-dimethyl hexadecylamine (CTA), and the monomer has strong hydrophobic effect and can separate a small amount of moisture in the air so as to avoid the airThe water in the water tank reacts with the high molecular water-absorbing resin immediately; ammonium persulfate, also known as ammonium peroxodisulfate, is an ammonium salt of formula (NH)4)2S2O8The molecular weight is 228.201, the catalyst has strong oxidizing property and corrosiveness, and can create proper reaction conditions for the crosslinking of acrylamide and hexadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride through the strong oxidizing property; n, N-methylene bisacrylamide as white powdery crystals. The crosslinking agent has no smell and extremely low hygroscopicity, and is mainly used as a crosslinking agent to promote the crosslinking reaction of acrylamide and hexadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the weight ratio of the acrylamide, the cetyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride, the ammonium persulfate, and the N, N-methylene bisacrylamide is (95-99): 0.4-0.6: (0.2-0.3): 0.2-0.3. The proportion interval can ensure that the size of the gaps of the prepared high-molecular water-absorbent resin is proper, the water absorption efficiency of the prepared high-molecular water-absorbent resin is not reduced because the gaps of the prepared high-molecular water-absorbent resin are too large, and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin and vaseline are not easy to mix uniformly because the gaps of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin are too small.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the polymeric water absorbent resin has a degree of hydrolysis of 84 to 90%. When the hydrolysis of the salt reaches the balance, the ratio of the number of molecules of the hydrolyzed salt to the total number of molecules of the salt dissolved in the solution is called the hydrolysis degree of the salt, and the hydrolysis degree interval can ensure the normal crosslinking of hexadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide, and meanwhile, the instability of the structure of the prepared moisture absorption layer caused by the overhigh hydrolysis degree can be avoided, and the instability of the structure of the prepared high polymer water absorption resin caused by the overlow hydrolysis degree can be avoided.
In some embodiments of the invention, the antimicrobial agent comprises silver ion, AB2O4One or more of silver-carrying silicate, silver-carrying phosphate and sodium diacetate. The sterilization principle of the antibacterial agent is that the silver ions are mainly infiltrated into bacteria by utilizing the ion state of the antibacterial agent, so that the antibacterial agent is combined with protein in the bacteria to lose activity, and finally the bacteria are broken and die; AB2O4Is a composite antibodyMicrobial agents, known as spinels, are capable of destroying the biological structure of bacteria, molds and fungi, thereby inactivating them; the silver-carrying silicate and the silver-carrying phosphate are silver-carrying nano antibacterial materials, and the preparation principle mainly comprises that the microporous structure of a nano carrier material is utilized, a specific cation exchange method is adopted to exchange anions into micropores of a nano carrier, and then the silver-carrying silicate and the silver-carrying phosphate are prepared by adopting the process technologies of low-temperature dehydration, high-temperature stabilization and the like of silver ions in the micropores, so that the sterilization effect is achieved; the molecular formula of the sodium diacetate is C4H7NaO4It is also called sodium diacetate and sodium diacetate, is a novel food and feed mildew preventive, sour agent and modifier with stable properties and low price, and has good inhibition effect on mould, fungus and the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the thickness of the drug-releasing layer is 2-3mm, the thickness of the moisture-absorbing layer is 1-2mm, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 1-2 mm. The thickness interval of the drug release layer can ensure that the beneficial components contained in the drug release layer are sufficient, and meanwhile, the drug release layer cannot be extruded to the moisture absorption layer or the bonding layer due to the excessively thick thickness of the drug release layer; the thickness interval of the moisture absorption layer can ensure that the moisture absorption layer can effectively absorb blood, moisture, tissue fluid and the like at the wound and can not permeate into the medicine placing layer, and when the thickness of the moisture absorption layer is too high, beneficial components in the medicine placing layer can hardly permeate into the wound of the wound through the moisture absorption layer; when the thickness of the adhesive layer is too high or too thin, the adhesiveness between the adhesive layer and the patch is deteriorated.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also provides a preparation method of the medical dressing containing the high-molecular water-absorbent resin, which comprises the steps of mixing the recombinant human epidermal growth factor, the antibacterial agent and the sodium hyaluronate, and then sequentially heating, cooling and drying to obtain a drug release layer; heating and softening vaseline, mixing with high molecular water-absorbent resin to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture to a molten state, and vacuum compressing to obtain a moisture absorption layer; and sequentially compressing the adhesive layer, the medicine placing layer and the moisture absorption layer in vacuum to obtain the medical dressing containing the high-molecular water-absorbent resin. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing the recombinant human epidermal growth factor and the antibacterial agent with sodium hyaluronate to enable the recombinant human epidermal growth factor and the antibacterial agent to be uniformly dispersed in the sodium hyaluronate, so that the medicine layer can be uniformly put in the medicine putting process, and then heating, cooling and drying to convert the sodium hyaluronate into sodium hyaluronate gel, so that the antibacterial agent and the recombinant human epidermal growth factor can be conveniently infiltrated into a wound of a human body; the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, convenient to popularize and convenient for large-scale batch production.
In some embodiments of the invention, the heating temperature is 50-60 ℃, the cooling temperature is 5-10 ℃, the drying temperature is 30-40 ℃, and the drying time is 2-3 h. The heated temperature interval can enable the recombinant human epidermal growth factor and the antibacterial agent to be fully mixed with the sodium hyaluronate, and then the recombinant human epidermal growth factor and the antibacterial agent can be fully dispersed in the sodium hyaluronate, so that the medicine layer can be uniformly put with medicine, and the cooled temperature interval, the dried temperature and the time interval can enable the sodium hyaluronate to be fully converted into a gel state, so that the antibacterial agent and the recombinant human epidermal growth factor are dispersed in the sodium hyaluronate gel.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the temperature of the vacuum compression is 0-5 ℃, and the time of the vacuum compression is 15-20 min. This vacuum compression's temperature interval and time interval can make the stable combination of putting medicine layer, hygroscopic layer and adhesive linkage be in the same place, avoid taking place to loosen between the layer of difference and take off.
