Abstract
本发明公开了一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜及其制备方法,由以下原料制成:A相:硬脂酸1801、M68、硬脂酸甘油酯、16/18醇、硅油DC200、异构烷烃溶剂、棕榈酸异辛酯、葵基硅油和维生素E;B相:水、丙二醇、D‑泛醇、海藻提取液、尿囊素和卡波姆940;C相:三乙醇胺;D相:甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、薰衣草精油和茶树精油。本发明制备的指甲修复霜具有锁水保湿、补充胶原蛋白和其他指甲所需营养的作用,使得指甲得到修复和保护,让指甲变得有弹性,水润,平整有光泽,防止指甲劈裂、折断、变薄、变脆,让周围皮肤也得到滋养,同时促进营养的吸收,改善血液循环,促使指甲细胞更新换代,恢复活力。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体为一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
指甲由含硫丰富的蛋白质角质素构成,由皮肤衍生而来,和皮肤一样是由胚胎体表外胚层和侧板壁层及其体节生皮节的间充质在胚胎9周以后逐渐化形成的。指甲对手指有着盾牌作用,能保护末节指腹免受损伤,维护其稳定性。它可增强手指触觉的敏感性,协助手抓、挟、捏、挤等。如果指甲能够得到很好的保护,那么人的手指、皮肤都会更加滋润、健康。
指甲对人体的健康状况也有反应,饮食作息不规律,身体缺乏蛋白质及钙、硫、锌等元素,缺乏各种维生素等原因都会致使指甲容易发生脆裂、变得没有光泽、显得苍白甚至出现凹痕。
现有技术中,对于指甲损伤一般采用护甲油来修复,并通过调理身体,改善生活习惯等来解决指甲的症状,但是护甲油无法对已经损失的指甲很好的修复,修复效果不能使人满意,而改善生活习惯又是一种长期行为,短期内难见效果,为此,我们提出一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜及其制备方法,可以短期内解决这种问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜及其制备方法,以葵基硅油、甲基硅油、丙二醇、海藻提取液、尿囊素、茶树精油、薰衣草精油等为原料,制成一种具有锁水保湿、补充胶原蛋白和其他指甲所需营养的作用,使得指甲、皮肤得到修复和保护,让指甲变得有弹性,水润,平整有光泽,防止指甲劈裂、折断、变薄、变脆的指甲护理霜,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜,由以下原料制成:
A相:硬脂酸1801、M68、硬脂酸甘油酯、16/18醇、硅油DC200、异构烷烃溶剂、棕榈酸异辛酯、葵基硅油和维生素E;
B相:水、丙二醇、D-泛醇、海藻提取液、尿囊素和卡波姆940;
C相:三乙醇胺;
D相:甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、薰衣草精油和茶树精油。
进一步的,一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
A相:硬脂酸18012%-4%、M681%-3%、硬脂酸甘油酯0.5%-1.5%、 16/18醇0.8%-2.2%、硅油DC2001%-3%、异构烷烃溶剂3%-7%、棕榈酸异辛酯3%-7%、葵基硅油1%-3%和维生素E 0.2%-0.8%;
B相:水60%-80%、丙二醇3%-7%、D-泛醇0.3%-0.7%、海藻提取液1%-3%、尿囊素0.1%-0.3%和卡波姆9400.05%-0.15%;
C相:三乙醇胺0.05%-0.15%;
D相:甲基异噻唑啉酮0.04%-0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.2%-0.8%、薰衣草精油0.02%-0.08%和茶树精油0.10%-0.30%。

一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、清洁干净生产锅组和生产用具,消毒备用;
S2、将A相准确称量后依次加入油相锅中,搅拌加热至80-90℃;
S3、将B相除卡波姆940外称量好依次加入水相锅,搅拌加热至 80-90℃;
S4、将B相抽入乳化锅中,二级均质下加入卡波姆940再均质 2-4分钟,二级搅拌下抽入A相;
S5、在三级搅拌下并在三级均质下均质7分钟,保温20分钟,加入C相,三级下均质2分钟;
S6、降温40度以下加入D相,搅拌均匀为止;
S7、抽样送检,送检合格后出料。

维生素E可以帮助纠正某些指甲生长障碍和问题,包括黄指甲,并能够为指甲补充维生素,修复因营养素缺乏引起的症状;丙二醇可以增强指甲的保湿度和改善指甲表面紧密度来改善由真菌感染或银屑病甲导致的变色、变形的指甲外观;D-泛醇能够增强水合作用,提高指甲柔韧性,较少指甲断裂;海藻提取液海藻的提取液内,含有氨基酸、维生素和粘多糖等糖醛衍生物和藻精聚合物,对皮肤有良好的保湿、润滑和防皱的作用,添加到指甲修复霜内可以为受损的指甲补充营养;尿囊素能直接作用于角蛋白,增加和促进角质层水合能力,使其结合水的能力增加,减少水分损失,使皮肤变得光滑、润湿和柔韧,可缓解和治疗皮肤干燥症,滋润皮肤。尿囊素可促进皮肤细胞再生,加快伤口愈合,是皮肤创伤的良好愈合剂和抗溃疡药剂;三乙醇胺在化妆品(包括皮肤洗涤、眼胶、保湿、洗发剂等)中用作乳化剂、保湿剂、增湿剂、增稠剂、PH平衡剂,可以达到增稠和保湿的作用, 优化了化妆品的使用体验,降低了对皮肤的刺激;甲基异噻唑啉酮是一种高效杀菌剂,耐热之水性防腐剂,对于抑制微生物的生长有很好的作用,可以抑制细菌、真菌、霉菌及霉菌的生长,该产品可以直接加入个人护理用品、化妆品、涂料、纸浆等领域;苯氧乙醇是一种经常用于护肤产品的有机化合物,可由乙二醇及苯酚醚化而合成,常见于护肤霜和防晒霜。苯氧乙醇是一种无色微黏性液体,有芳香气味,微溶于水,易溶于乙醇和氢氧化钠,有抗菌功效,在化妆品、护肤品、疫苗及药品中通常发挥着防腐剂的功用;茶树精油,是茶树的提取物,含有大量的矿物质和不饱和脂肪酸,具有杀菌消炎、收敛毛孔等功效。适用于油性及粉刺皮肤,化脓伤口,灼伤、晒伤、香港脚及头屑等症状;薰衣草精油能给头发、指甲提供营养,补充缺失的营养成分,使指甲恢复光泽。

试验例1
对实施例1-3进行检测,其理化指标如下:
(1)性状
本品为粘稠度适宜,滑爽丰富,细腻均匀,涂展性良好的晶莹透明的护甲油。
(2)pH值检查
用润湿的pH试纸蘸取少量护甲油,pH为7。
(3)离心试验
将指甲修复霜封装于具塞试管中3000r/min离心30min,无分层现象。
(4)刺激性试验、过敏性实验
实验对象清洁手后,分别涂抹按实施例1、2、3制备的护甲油于指甲上,和没涂部位进行比较,没有发现存在刺激性和过敏反应。
(5)室温放置实验
将实施例1、2、3所制的指甲修复霜置于化妆品瓶中,温室静置考察2个月,用后感觉无变化,气味无改变。
试验例2
指甲修复霜使用效果试验
利用试用感觉来评价实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备出的指甲修复霜的功效。选取60名18-40岁年龄段的女性作为试验对象,随机等分成六组,分别用实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备出的指甲修复霜涂抹在指甲上。隔一天使用一次,试验时间为一个月。各项使用效果总分为5分:5分为最高分,表示很好,非常满意;4分为较好;3分为可以接受;3分以下为不好,不能接受,每次统计得分,以下为试验周期内的平均得分,得数取小数点后1位,结果见表1。

根据数据分析,本发明制备的指甲修复霜有很好的保湿性、滋养性和修复性,使用时感觉清爽舒适,用后受损的指甲得到修复,有保湿、滋养的效果。添加了茶树精油的实施例1-3使用效果超过不添加茶树精油的对比例1-3。
需要说明的时,搅拌和均质的分级都是现有技术,每个等级代表不同意思,在说明书中不在赘述。

A相:硬脂酸1801 3.5%、M68 1.5%、硬脂酸甘油酯1.2%、16/18醇1.2%、硅油DC2002.5%、异构烷烃溶剂4%、棕榈酸异辛酯6%、葵基硅油1.5%和维生素E 0.6%;
B相:水70.5%、丙二醇4%、D-泛醇0.6%、海藻提取液1.5%、尿囊素0.25%和卡波姆940 0.08%;
C相:三乙醇胺0.12%;
D相:甲基异噻唑啉酮0.06%、苯氧乙醇0.6%、薰衣草精油0.04%和茶树精油0.25%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
A相:硬脂酸1801 2.5%、M68 2.5%、硬脂酸甘油酯0.8%、16/18醇1.8%、硅油DC2001.5%、异构烷烃溶剂6%、棕榈酸异辛酯4%、葵基硅油2.5%和维生素E 0.4%;
B相:水68.04%、丙二醇6%、D-泛醇0.4%、海藻提取液2.5%、尿囊素0.15%和卡波姆940 0.12%;
C相:三乙醇胺0.08%;
D相:甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1%、苯氧乙醇0.4%、薰衣草精油0.06%和茶树精油0.15%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
A相:硬脂酸1801 3%、M68 2%、硬脂酸甘油酯1%、16/18醇1.5%、硅油DC200 2%、异构烷烃溶剂5%、棕榈酸异辛酯5%、葵基硅油2%和维生素E 0.5%;
B相:水71.27%、丙二醇5%、D-泛醇0.5%、海藻提取液2%、尿囊素0.2%和卡波姆9400.1%;
C相:三乙醇胺0.1%;
D相:甲基异噻唑啉酮0.08%、苯氧乙醇0.5%、薰衣草精油0.05%和茶树精油0.2%。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、清洁干净生产锅组和生产用具,消毒备用;
S2、将A相准确称量后依次加入油相锅中,搅拌加热至80-90℃;
S3、将B相除卡波姆940外称量好依次加入水相锅,搅拌加热至80-90℃;
S4、将B相抽入乳化锅中,二级均质下加入卡波姆940再均质2-4分钟,二级搅拌下抽入A相;
S5、在三级搅拌下并在三级均质下均质7分钟,保温20分钟,加入C相,三级下均质2分钟;
S6、降温40度以下加入D相,搅拌均匀为止;
S7、抽样送检,送检合格后出料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,搅拌加热至85℃,搅拌速度为:40-60r/min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,搅拌加热至85℃,搅拌速度为:60-80r/min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种含茶树精油的指甲修复霜的制备方法,其特征在于,S6中,降温至26-32℃加入D相,搅拌均匀为止,搅拌速度为:100-120r/min。
