The preparation method comprises the following steps: the procedure of example 1 was repeated except that the conditions for the enzymatic hydrolysis of the first complex protease were adjusted to a temperature of 52℃and a pH of 8.0.

The skin care composition was the same as in example 1.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: the procedure of example 1 was repeated except that the conditions for the enzymatic hydrolysis of the first complex protease were adjusted to a temperature of 56℃and a pH of 8.5.
Example 9
The skin care composition prepared in the example 1 is mixed with konjac glucomannan and seaweed gel to prepare mask powder, wherein the weight ratio of the konjac glucomannan to the seaweed gel to the almond protein peptide is 3:3:10.
Example 10
The skin care composition prepared in the example 1 is mixed with konjac glucomannan and seaweed gel to prepare mask powder, wherein the weight ratio of the konjac glucomannan to the seaweed gel to the almond protein peptide is 2:5:10.
Example 11
The skin care composition prepared in the example 1 is mixed with konjac glucomannan and seaweed gel to prepare mask powder, wherein the weight ratio of the konjac glucomannan to the seaweed gel to the almond protein peptide is 5:1:10.
Comparative example 1
The procedure of example 1 was repeated except that the white almond oil was not added.
Comparative example 2
The procedure was as in example 1, except that the first complex protease was changed to alkaline protease.
Performance testing
Taking 2g of each of the products of example 1, examples 9-11 and comparative example 1, respectively, adding 10ml of warm water, stirring to form slurry, and standing.
Observing the result: after the slurry of each example is stood for 5min, the slurry of the example 1 is still in a uniform slurry state and has no layering; the slurries of examples 8-10 formed gels. The slurry of comparative example 1 exhibited some degree of delamination. This example demonstrates that the stability of the skin care composition formulation is improved by adding the small white almond oil.
And (II) taking the products of examples 1-8 and comparative example 2, adding water, stirring uniformly, and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant. The supernatant was checked for scavenging of hydroxyl radicals and the results are reported in Table 1.

From the above table, it can be seen that the skin care compositions of each example have a stronger oxidation resistance, and in particular, the skin care composition of example 1 has a significantly better scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals than comparative example 2.
(III) the following tests were carried out for examples 1 to 11 and comparative example 2:
60 volunteers with dry skin, poor elasticity, dark yellow skin tone, but no skin disease were selected. The 60 volunteers were randomly divided into 12 groups of 5 persons each. The 12 groups of volunteers corresponded to masks made using the products of examples 1 to 10, comparative example 1 and comparative example 3 with water, and applied the mask once every 3 days. The average value of the test results is recorded in Table 2. Scoring criteria: obvious effect is 10 minutes, better effect is 9-5 minutes, and the effect is generally 4-0 minutes.

Referring to table 1, it can be seen that the product according to the embodiment of the invention can effectively improve skin condition, improve skin elasticity and has obvious effect compared with the product according to the comparative example.

Claims (7)

1. The skin care composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of compound protein peptide and 5-8 parts of small white almond oil;
wherein the composite protein peptide comprises almond protein peptide and small molecule whey protein peptide, and the molecular weight of the composite protein peptide is not more than 1000Da;
also comprises 5-8 parts of almond protein powder;
and Borneolum Syntheticum;
in the composite protein peptide, the weight ratio of the almond protein peptide to the small molecule whey protein peptide is 8:1-3;
the preparation of the composite protein peptide comprises the following steps:
carrying out enzymolysis on the almond protein inclusion by using first composite protease to obtain almond protein peptide;
carrying out enzymolysis on whey protein by using a second compound protease to obtain a micromolecular whey protein peptide;
mixing the small molecule whey protein peptide and the almond protein peptide to obtain a compound protein peptide;
wherein the first complex protease consists of an alkaline protease and a neutral protease.
2. The skin care composition of claim 1, wherein the almond protein peptide is 55 parts, the small molecule whey protein peptide is 8 parts, and the small white almond oil is 6 parts.
3. A mask powder comprising the skin care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
4. The mask powder of claim 3, further comprising konjac gum and seaweed gum, wherein the weight ratio of the konjac gum, the seaweed gum and the almond protein peptide is 2-5:1-5:10.
5. A method of preparing a skin care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the preparation of a complex protein peptide comprising the steps of:
carrying out enzymolysis on the almond protein inclusion by using first composite protease to obtain almond protein peptide;
carrying out enzymolysis on whey protein by using a second compound protease to obtain a micromolecular whey protein peptide;
mixing the small molecule whey protein peptide and the almond protein peptide to obtain a compound protein peptide;
wherein the first complex protease is composed of an alkaline protease and a neutral protease, and the second complex protease includes a plurality of neutral proteases, papain and trypsin.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the enzymatic hydrolysis of the first complex protease is carried out at a temperature of 52-56 ℃ and a pH of 8.0-8.5.
7. The method of preparing a skin care composition according to claim 6, wherein said second complex protease consists of papain and trypsin.
