本发明的漱口水兼具去除牙齿表面外源性色素、抑菌和缓解牙本质敏感的优点;本发明的漱口水中的三聚磷酸五钠、焦磷酸四钠以及植酸钠,具有去除牙齿表面外源性色素的功效;西吡氯铵、厚朴树皮提取物、忍冬花提取物、五倍子提取物、野菊花提取物以及o‑伞花烃‑5‑醇具有优良的抑菌效果;氯化锶、甘草酸二钾以及丹皮酚具有缓解牙本质敏感的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及口腔清洁护理用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种漱口水及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,口腔问题越来越得到重视,口腔疾病是由口腔中的各种致病菌引起的常见多发病,直接影响人们的身体健康,长期以来,人们主要通过使用各种牙膏和漱口水来清洁口腔,防止口腔疾病的发生。漱口水是人们日常生活中不可缺少的口腔清洁卫生用品,其基本功能在于保持口腔清洁。近年来,由于消费者保健意识不断增强,对漱口水提出了更多的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种漱口水及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:

本实施例提供一种漱口水,包括:水溶性的第一相以及油溶性的第二相;
按重量份数计,所述第一相包括:0.005份的糖精钠;0.10份的木糖醇;0.005 份的阿斯巴甜;0.005份的三氯蔗糖;0.15份的单氟磷酸钠;0.05份的氟化钠; 0.10份的氯化锶;0.01份的甘草酸二钾;0.01份的三聚磷酸五钠;0.01份的焦磷酸四钠;0.01份的植酸钠;0.01份的凝血酸;0.01份的西吡氯铵;0.01份的厚朴树皮提取物;0.01份的忍冬花提取物;0.001份的五倍子提取物;0.001份的野菊花提取物;0.01份的透明质酸钠;0.01份的苯甲酸钠;15.00份的山梨(糖)醇以及74.853份的水;
按重量份数计,所述第二相包括:0.01份的丹皮酚;0.01份的o-伞花烃-5- 醇;0.01份的羟苯甲酯;4.00份的丙二醇;4.00份的甘油;1.00份的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油;0.50份的泊洛沙姆407以及0.10份的香精。
所述漱口水的制备步骤包括:
S1、将所述第一相的各原料于60℃下搅拌60min,即得所述第一相;
S2、将所述第二相的各原料搅拌60min,即得所述第二相;
S3、将步骤S1中所制得的第一相与步骤S2中所制得的第二相相混合并搅拌20min,即得漱口水半成品;
S4、将步骤S3中所制得的漱口水半成品经0.22μm的微孔滤膜过滤后,即得所述漱口水。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种漱口水,包括:水溶性的第一相以及油溶性的第二相;
按重量份数计,所述第一相包括:0.015份的糖精钠;0.55份的木糖醇;0.0285 份的阿斯巴甜;0.015份的三氯蔗糖;0.625份的单氟磷酸钠;0.185份的氟化钠;0.55份的氯化锶;0.055份的甘草酸二钾;0.505份的三聚磷酸五钠;0.505份的焦磷酸四钠;0.505份的植酸钠;0.255份的凝血酸;0.055份的西吡氯铵;0.255 份的厚朴树皮提取物;0.055份的忍冬花提取物;0.0055份的五倍子提取物;0.0055 份的野菊花提取物;0.055份的透明质酸钠;0.255份的苯甲酸钠;0.05份的色素; 17.50份的山梨(糖)醇;60.4305份的水;

S1、将所述第一相的各原料于65℃下搅拌35min,即得所述第一相;
S2、将所述第二相的各原料搅拌35min,即得所述第二相;
S3、将步骤S1中所制得的第一相与步骤S2中所制得的第二相相混合并搅拌15min,即得漱口水半成品;
S4、将步骤S3中所制得的漱口水半成品经0.22μm的微孔滤膜过滤后,即得所述漱口水。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种漱口水,包括:水溶性的第一相以及油溶性的第二相;
按重量份数计,所述第一相包括:0.025份的糖精钠;1.00份的木糖醇;0.052 份的阿斯巴甜;0.025份的三氯蔗糖;1.10份的单氟磷酸钠;0.32份的氟化钠; 1.00份的氯化锶;0.10份的甘草酸二钾;1.00份的三聚磷酸五钠;1.00份的焦磷酸四钠;1.00份的植酸钠;0.50份的凝血酸;0.10份的西吡氯铵;0.5份的厚朴树皮提取物;0.1份的忍冬花提取物;0.010份的五倍子提取物;0.010份的野菊花提取物;0.10份的透明质酸钠;0.50份的苯甲酸钠;0.10份的色素;20.00份的山梨(糖)醇;46.008份的水;
按重量份数计,所述第二相包括:0.50份的丹皮酚;0.05份的o-伞花烃-5- 醇;0.40份的羟苯甲酯;10.00份的丙二醇;10.00份的甘油;2.00份的PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油;2.00份的泊洛沙姆407;0.50份的香精。
所述漱口水的制备步骤包括:
S1、将所述第一相的各原料于70℃下搅拌10min,即得所述第一相;
S2、将所述第二相的各原料搅拌10min,即得所述第二相;
S3、将步骤S1中所制得的第一相与步骤S2中所制得的第二相相混合并搅拌10min,即得漱口水半成品;
S4、将步骤S3中所制得的漱口水半成品经0.22μm的微孔滤膜过滤后,即得所述漱口水。
检测实施例1
除渍功效评价
1、材料准备
1.1牛牙釉质块的制备
挑选若干颗无龋的牛恒切牙,刮除所有软组织残留物,切除牛牙根部后,将牛牙釉质部分切成5mm宽的若干段,并最终切割成5mm×5mm×2mm的立方体牙釉质块;将牙釉质块放入模具中,釉质面朝外,倒入自凝树脂使牙釉质块被完全包埋,待树脂完全凝固后即制得牙磨块。
水冷条件下,先在磨抛机上使用P240砂轮打磨牙磨块,使釉质面完全露出,且牙磨块表面水平,再用P600砂轮抛光,即得制备好的牙磨块,将制备好的牙磨块保存于去离子水中备用。
1.2色素源的制备
1.2.1红茶色素源:将2g红茶溶于100mL水中,煮沸、冷却备用;
1.2.2咖啡色素源:将2.7g黑咖啡溶于100mL水中,煮沸、冷却备用。
1.3密胺海绵的制备
以甲醛、多聚甲醛、三聚氰胺为主要原料制得三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,再将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与表面活性剂、稳泡剂、发泡剂、交联剂和助剂等经由高速搅拌机和螺杆挤出机组成的混合设备充分混合后得到发泡乳液,发泡乳液经微波发泡设备发泡,制得三聚氰胺泡沫塑料半成品,经切割和包装后,形成密胺海绵。
1.4实验样品的准备
1.4.1阴性对照组:不含除渍增白成分的漱口水样品;
1.4.2实验组:实施例中制得的去渍漱口水。
2、牛牙釉质块染色
将制备好的牛牙釉质块用去离子水洗净后分别浸泡在红茶色素源以及咖啡色素源中染色,或去离子水洗净并晾干后用香烟反复熏染。
3、体外实验前L*、a*、b*测定
染色完成后,用色差仪分别测量牛牙釉质块的L*、a*、b*值,三角测量三次,取平均值,即为牛牙釉质块染色完成后的L*、a*、b*值。
4、体外去渍实验
4.1漱口水浸泡法
将经红茶、咖啡、烟渍色素源染色后的牛牙釉质块各分成2组(8块/组),分别浸泡在“阴性对照组”漱口水和“实验组”漱口水中,12h后取出,去离子水洗净,晾干备用;
4.2密胺海绵+漱口水法
将密胺海绵(2cm×1cm×0.5cm)分别浸泡在10mL的“阴性对照组”和“实验组”漱口水样品中,待密胺海绵充分润湿后取出,在经染色处理后的牛牙釉质磨块上往复擦拭10次后,去离子水洗净,晾干备用。
5、体外实验后L*、a*、b*测定
用色差仪分别测量“4、体外去渍实验”后的牛牙釉质块的L*、a*、b*值,三角测量三次,取平均值,即为牛牙釉质块去渍实验完成后的L*、a*、b*值。
6、计算色差值
其中:△L=体外实验前L*值-体外实验后L*值;△a=体外实验前a*值-体外实验后a*值;△b=体外实验前b*值-体外实验后b*值;△E值越大,说明除渍效果越显著。
7、实验结果
7.1漱口水浸泡法去渍实验结果
表1为采用“漱口水浸泡法”,对经染色处理后的牛牙釉质磨块上,红茶渍、咖啡渍以及烟渍去除效果的比较。结果显示,实验组漱口水的去渍效果优于阴性对照组,P值<0.05。说明相比较不含除渍增白成分的漱口水样品,实验组漱口水对于牛牙釉质表面的外源性色素(茶渍、咖啡渍、烟渍),具有显著的去除效果。

7.2密胺海绵+漱口水法去渍实验结果
表2为采用“密胺海绵+漱口水法”,对经染色处理后的牛牙釉质磨块上,红茶渍、咖啡渍以及烟渍去除效果的比较。结果显示,“实验组+密胺海绵”漱口水的去渍效果优于“阴性对照组+密胺海绵”,P值<0.05。说明相比较不含除渍增白成分的漱口水样品,实验组漱口水对于牛牙釉质表面的外源性色素(茶渍、咖啡渍、烟渍),具有显著的去除效果。

同时,比较表1及表2中的数据可知,“实验组+密胺海绵”的去渍效果,要优于单纯使用实验组漱口水的去渍效果,说明将密胺海绵与实验组漱口水配合使用时,可以起到更优的去除牙釉质表面外源性色素(红茶渍、咖啡渍、烟渍) 的目的。
检测实施例2
抑菌功效评价
1、实验方法
参照QB/T2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》。
2、实验结果
漱口水样品的抑菌效果如表3所示。结果显示,对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌、变异链球菌、牙龈普林单胞菌等六种致病菌,在本试验条件下,漱口水原液分别作用2分钟和20分钟,对以上六种致病菌的平均抑菌率均>99%,说明产品具有较强的抑菌作用。

检测实施例3
抗敏功效评价
1、实验样品的准备
1.1阴性对照组:不含缓解牙本质敏感成分的漱口水样品;
1.2实验组:实施例中制得的去渍漱口水。
2、实验方法
选取牙本质过敏症的患者共60人,分为2组,每组30人。采用双盲对照实验,A组为实验组,检测牙位82处;B组为阴性对照组,检测牙位76处。试验前四周及试验过程中,同时向患者提供并要求患者使用非脱敏牙膏,每日早晚刷牙3分钟,使用漱口水含漱1分钟。受试者于试验前、使用漱口水后第1、2、4、 6、8周进行Yeaple电子压力敏感探针敏感指数检测,记录压力指数,评价各组牙本质敏感状况。
3、实验结果
Yeaple探针测试即分析A组和B组yeaple值大小差异,结果见表4。按显著性水平0.05,在第1、2、4周,A组和B组的yeaple值比较,P>0.05,两组间无显著性差异。在第6、8周,A组和B组yeaple值比较,P<0.05,两组间有显著性差异。说明与不含缓解牙本质敏感成分的阴性对照组漱口水相比,在使用 A组(实验组)漱口水6周后,对缓解牙本质敏感具有显著的改善作用。

综上所述,本发明的漱口水兼具去除牙齿表面外源性色素、抑菌和缓解牙本质敏感的优点;本发明的漱口水中的三聚磷酸五钠、焦磷酸四钠以及植酸钠,具有去除牙齿表面外源性色素的功效;西吡氯铵、厚朴树皮提取物、忍冬花提取物、五倍子提取物、野菊花提取物以及o-伞花烃-5-醇具有优良的抑菌效果;氯化锶、甘草酸二钾以及丹皮酚具有缓解牙本质敏感的效果。
以上所述仅为本发明较佳的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的实施方式及保护范围,对于本领域技术人员而言,应当能够意识到凡运用本发明说明书内容所作出的等同替换和显而易见的变化所得到的方案,均应当包含在本发明的保护范围内。
