Abstract

本发明是一种高堆重活性炭制造技术,其工艺过程包括磨粉、混捏成型、炭化、活化、筛分包装,其中,炭化为二次炭化,混捏成型过程中配入煤沥青,活化与炭化时间及其它工艺条件都进行了调整。本发明与传统技术生产的活性炭相比,在四氯化碳吸附量>73%(Wt%)的情况下,堆比重达到510-530g/L,在强度方面也优于传统技术生产的活性炭。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤炭加工领域,是一种活性炭的生产方法,特别是一种高堆重活性炭的制造技术。
背景技术
活性炭是一种比表面积大,吸附性强的多孔性炭质材料,其吸附性能越强,内部孔隙率就越发达,堆重则越低,因此,堆重与吸附性能是活性炭生产中的一对矛盾,按现有活性炭的生产工艺,在四氯化碳吸附值>73%时,其堆重值一般在470-490g/L。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种四氯化炭吸附值大于73%时,堆比重在510g/L以上的高堆重活性炭制造技术。
高堆比重活性炭在使用时,可以在相同的空间内增加活性炭的加入量,从而提高吸附量。
本发明的目的按下述方案实现:高堆重活性炭制造技术,以原料精煤为原料,其工艺过程包括磨粉、混捏成型、炭化、活化、筛分包装,其中,混捏成型是配入10-30%(wt%)煤沥青,搅拌时间为20-50分钟,成型压力150-220kg/cm2,上述炭化过程分两步进行,一次炭化工艺条件为:炉头温度250-380℃,炉中温度150-250℃,炉尾温度小于100℃,在一次炭化料出口进行喷水处理,二次炭化工艺条件为:炉头温度550-650℃,炉中温度350-480℃,炉尾温度小于200℃,上述活化过程的工艺条件为:活化温度880-950℃,炉压60-100Pa,蒸汽量2.0-3.0T/h,卸料时间30-60分钟。
本发明与传统技术生产的活性炭指标对照如下表:

从上表可看出:本发明除堆重提高外,在强度方面也优于传统技术生产的活性炭。
具体实施方式
工艺过程为: 水  煤焦  煤沥青
                  ↓
原料精煤→磨粉→混捏成型→一次炭化→二次炭化→活化→筛分包装→成品
其中,原料选用太西无烟煤,破至6-16目,堆重大于740g/L,挥发份6.5-9.0%,灰份<3%,水份<4%,经过精洗后才可使用;混捏成型除加入煤焦油外,尚需加入10-30%(wt%)的煤沥青,成型的搅拌时间20-50分钟以上,成型压力150-220kg/cm2,采用两次炭化工艺,一次炭化出料口对炭化料喷水,使出炉热碳粒剧烈收缩,达到提高堆重的目的,一次炭化条件为:炉头温度250-380℃,炉中温度150-250℃,炉尾温度<100℃,二次炭化工艺条件为:炉头温度550-650℃,炉中温度350-480℃,炉尾温度<200℃,活化工艺条件为:活化温度880-950℃,炉压60-100Pa,蒸汽量:2.0-3.0T/h,卸料时间30-60分钟。用本发明的方法已生产出300吨合格产品,并试销至国外,受到好评。

1、高堆重活性炭制造技术,以原料精煤为原料。其工艺过程包括磨粉、混捏成型、炭化、活化、筛分包装,其特征在于上述混捏成型配入10-30%重量百分比的煤沥青,搅拌时间为20-50分钟,成型压力150-220kg/cm2,上述炭化过程分两步进行,一次炭化工艺条件为炉头温度250-380℃,炉中温度150-250℃,炉尾温度小于100℃,在一次炭化料出口进行喷水处理,二次炭化工艺条件为:炉头温度550-650℃,炉中温度350-480℃,炉尾温度小于200℃,上述活化过程的工艺条件为:活化温度880-950℃,炉压60-100Pa,蒸汽量2.0-3.0T/h,卸料时间30-60分钟。
