Description

Device for fixing drawers
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for fixing a drawer to a rail of a pull-out guide, comprising a drawer, a fastening device fixed to the rail and a receiving element held on the drawer, and the fastening device engages at least to some extent on the receiving element.
Background
DE 20 2008 011 114 U1 shows a pull-out guide for a drawer, wherein hooks are integrally formed or fastened to a rail of the pull-out guide. A spring element may be provided on the hook in order to arrange the drawer in a clamping manner between the rear hook and the front fastening means. However, this reduces the overlap between the hooks and the drawer.
The drawer has manufacturing tolerances in the longitudinal direction of the rail of the pull-out guide. In order to be able to use the pull-out guide for different drawers, the length of the fastening means, which is usually hook-shaped, is also limited in the longitudinal direction of the drawer, for example in order that the fastening means can be inserted into an opening in a rear panel made of wood material. If such tolerances result in the fastening device not overlapping the receiving element at the rear side of the drawer, the drawer is no longer secured against lifting.
Thus, EP 1 986 523 B1 proposes an adjustable bracket at the rear end of the running rail to secure the drawer. The adjustable bracket has multiple parts, making assembly and manufacture complex.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a device for fixing a drawer to a rail of a pull-out guide, which device provides tolerance compensation in a simple manner in the event of a change in length due to manufacturing.
This object is solved by a device having the features of claim 1.
In the device according to the invention, the receiving element is held movably on the drawer and pretensioned towards the fastening means, which at least partially engages on the receiving element. Thus, tolerance compensation can be performed in the longitudinal direction of the rail, so that a sufficient overlap of the fastening means on the receiving element is ensured. This ensures that the drawer is firmly fixed to the rail of the pull-out guide.
Preferably, the receiving element is arranged in an assembled position spaced apart from the rear panel and the chassis of the drawer and is moved to the drawer during assembly via the fastening means against the force of the spring or the resilient receiving element. In the assembled position, the fastening device can therefore be carried on the receiving element in a clamping manner, wherein the clamping force is optionally generated by an additional spring or by the elastically formed receiving element itself.
In a first variant, the receiving element is slidably guided on the holder. In this case, corresponding linear guide means may be formed on the holder and the receiving element, such as a web, a groove or other element guiding the displacement in the longitudinal direction of the rail. In a second variant, the receiving element may be pivotably, in particular rotatably, held on the bearing element instead of being displaced. In this case, the receiving element may be pivotally arranged about a vertical axis as well as about a horizontal axis.
Preferably, the receiving element is pretensioned towards the fastening means by an additional spring. The spring may then be arranged between the receiving element and the holder.
For optimal positioning of the drawer, a substantially wedge-shaped receptacle can be formed on the receiving element for centering the fastening device. The receiving portion may be open at an upper side and formed as an open channel-shaped receiving portion. On this receptacle, the side walls are preferably arranged on two opposite sides inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the rail, which center the fastening means on the receiving element. Centering can also be achieved by tilting the side walls on the receptacle itself relative to the vertical, so that the fastening means is inserted centrally between the side walls.
In a further design, the receiving element may comprise a sleeve in which the fastening means is at least partially inserted. Such a sleeve may be slidably mounted on the tubular holder, resulting in a particularly compact structure.
The holder or bearing element is preferably fixed to the side frame of the drawer. For this purpose, a support may be fixed in the side frame, which support is made of, for example, bent sheet metal and has means for guiding or holding the retainer element on a web protruding from the side frame. Alternatively, the retainer or bearing element may be secured to the base or rear panel of the drawer.
For ease of manufacture, the fastening means may be integrally formed with the track of the pull-out guide and may protrude at an angle in side view. Advantageously, the fastening means may be formed as hooks and then comprise a web protruding upwards from the rail and a web arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction. Alternatively, the fastening means may be fixed as an additional component, for example a cover fixed to the plug or the rail.
The device according to the invention for fixing a drawer to a rail of a pull-out guide is used in particular for furniture or household appliances to firmly fix the drawer to the rail.

Detailed Description
The piece of furniture 100 comprises a furniture body 101 on which one or more drawers 1 are movably mounted. For this purpose, pull-out guides are provided in each case, which are fastened to both side walls of the furniture body 101.
Each drawer 1 comprises a base 2 and two side frames 3, of which only the rear corner area of the drawer 1 is shown in fig. 1B without a rear panel, of which the rear panel is also not shown in the following fig. 2-16. The side frames 3 are of hollow design such that the means for attaching the rear panel are provided in the interior space. Furthermore, a support may be provided in the side frame 3, on which support means for fixing the drawer 1 to the rail 4 of the pull-out guide are arranged.
The rail 4 comprises fastening means, here in the form of hooks 5, which are formed integrally with the rail 4, but can also be manufactured as separate parts. The hook 5 comprises an upwardly projecting web 6 and a web 7 oriented in the longitudinal direction of the rail 4 and facing the drawer 1.
For fixing the drawer 1 to the rail 4, a receiving element 10 is provided, which receiving element 10 at least partially overlaps the horizontal web 7 of the hook 5.
In fig. 2A and 2B, the means for fixing the drawer 1 to the rail 4 are shown without the side frames 3. Fixed in the side frame 3 are supports 17, which supports 17 can be fixed to two angled sections 18 with openings in the side frame, for example by bolts through openings in the sections 18. The support 17 is made of bent sheet metal and comprises a web 16 protruding inwards from the side frame 3, the retainer 14 being fixed to said web 16. The holder 14 is used for displaceably mounting the receiving element 10, on which holder laterally protruding strips 15 are formed which engage in corresponding grooves on the holder 14. The receiving element 10 guided in this way is pretensioned towards the rear side by means of the spring 13.
If the drawer 1 is to be mounted on the hook 5, the drawer 1 is moved together with the receiving element 10 towards the hook 5 until the mounted position shown in fig. 3A and 3B is reached. The hooks 5 are engaged by the webs 7 on the receiving element 10 and the receiving element can be pressed variably into the holders 14 in the longitudinal direction of the rail 4, depending on the length of the drawer 1. Thus, one end of the spring 13 is supported on the holder 14 and the opposite end is supported on the receiving element 10 pretensioned towards the hook 5.
The receiving element 10 has a groove-shaped receptacle 11 on its upper side, which groove-shaped receptacle 11 comprises two side walls 12 tapering in a wedge-shaped manner. In this way, if the hook 5 is placed off-centered on the receptacle 11 of the receiving element 10, the hook 5 can be centered during assembly. The width of the groove-shaped receptacle 11 can also be smaller in order to be able to achieve a more precise centering of the hook 5 relative to the receiving element 10 during assembly. Also, it is possible to use only the receiving portion on one side of the drawer as a center and purposefully make the receiving portion on the other side of the drawer wider to obtain a fixed-loose bearing condition that can prevent the system from being deformed due to the width tolerance. The same applies to the centering of other exemplary embodiments. For easier access, the receptacle 11 may have a small bevel or chamfer on the rear side.
Further exemplary embodiments are described below, wherein like parts to those of the first exemplary embodiment are denoted by like reference numerals.
In fig. 4, a drawer 1 is shown, in which a modified receiving element 20 is held on a support 17 fixed in the side frame 3, said element 20 being non-slidably but rotatably mounted and gripped by the hook 5.
As shown in the detailed views of fig. 5A and 5B during assembly, bearing elements 27 are integrally formed on the support 17 at the inwardly projecting webs 16, the shaft 24 passing through said bearing elements 27. Rotatably mounted on the shaft 24 is a receiving element 20, which receiving element 20 has a channel-shaped receptacle 22, which receptacle 22 has two upwardly projecting webs 21, which webs 21 taper downwards in a wedge-shaped manner, so that the hook 5 is centered to some extent during assembly. The receiving element 20 thus protrudes together in the assembled position towards the rear side of the hook 5 by means of the web 21 and can then be pivoted about the shaft 24. In the region of the shaft 24, at least one spring 23 is provided, which spring 23 is formed in the exemplary embodiment as a leg spring and is supported by one leg 25 on the web 16 and by the opposite leg 26 on the receiving element 20. At least one spring 23 tightens the receiving element 20 towards the hook 5. The at least one spring 23 may also be secured to the web 16 by embossing.
When the drawer 1 is assembled, the receiving member 20 moves toward the hook 5, as shown in fig. 6A and 6B. The hook 5 engages with its web 7 on the receiving element 20 and pushes the receiving element 20 forward against the force of the spring 23, so that a certain tolerance compensation takes place. The drawer 1 is held in the rear region against lifting by hooks 5, the hooks 5 engaging on the receiving element 20.
In fig. 7, a modified exemplary embodiment is shown, wherein the drawer 1 comprises a resilient receiving element 30, said resilient receiving element 30 partially overlapping the hook 5 on the rail 4. The receiving element 30 is tensioned between the two pins 31 and 32 and rests against the hook 5 in the central region between the pins 31 and 32.
In fig. 8, the receiving element 30 is shown prior to assembly when the hooks 5 are spaced apart. The receiving element 30 is formed to be bent toward the rear side and wound around the pins 31 and 32 at opposite ends. In this respect, one pin 31 is fixedly arranged on the web 16 of the holder 17, while the second pin 32 is slidable on an elongated hole 33 in the web 16. A stop 34 is also provided on the web 16, said stop 34 being formed by an upwardly curved section on the web 16 and being positioned between the two pins 31 and 32.
If the drawer is now moved relative to the hook 5 in order to assemble the drawer, the hook 5 is brought into contact with the receiving element 30 by means of the upwardly projecting web 6 and the web 7 engages on the receiving element 30. For tolerance compensation, the receiving element 30 can now be bent, wherein the pin 32 is displaced along the elongated hole 33, as shown in fig. 9A and 9B. The hook 5 then engages on the receiving element 30 in the adjustment position and, in addition, also on the stop 34. The hooks 5 can also be firmly connected to the drawer 1 via this elastic receiving element 30, which elastic receiving element 30 is made of, for example, bent sheet metal and is elastic in the longitudinal direction of the rail 4 in order to prevent the drawer 1 from being lifted in the rear region.
In fig. 10, a fourth exemplary embodiment of a device for securing a drawer 1 to a hook 5 on a rail 4 is shown, wherein a receiving element 40 arranged on a web 16 of a support 17 is pivotable in order to be able to compensate for tolerances in the longitudinal direction of the rail 4.
As can be seen from fig. 11, the receiving element 40 has a holding section 41 fixed to the support 17. The holding section 41 is arranged at an angle to a web-shaped receiving element 40 which can be pivoted about a substantially vertical axis. A recess 42 is formed on the receiving element 40 for receiving the hook 5 and centering the hook 5.
Furthermore, a stop 43 is formed on the web 16 of the support 17, said stop 43 further comprising a recess 44 surrounded by inclined side walls to allow centering of the hook 5 during assembly.
For assembly, as shown in fig. 12A and 12B, the hook 5 is moved relative to the drawer 1, wherein the receiving element 40 can be pivoted by the hook 5 until the receiving element 40 rests against the stop 43. In this case, the hooks 5 cover the receiving element 40 with the web 7 and, optionally, also the stop 43. Tolerance compensation in the longitudinal direction of the rail 4 can also be achieved by such pivotable receiving elements 40.
In fig. 13, another exemplary embodiment of a modified receiving element 50 for securing a drawer 1 to a hook 5 is shown. The receiving element 50 is formed as a sleeve which is slidably mounted on a sleeve-shaped holder 51. The receiving element 50 may alternatively be arranged on the rear panel corner connector or directly on the sheet metal rear panel.
As can be seen from fig. 14A to 14C, the sleeve-shaped holder 51 is held on a web 52, which web 52 is fixed to the side frame 3, rear panel or chassis of the drawer. The web 52 forms a bottom on the sleeve-shaped holder 51 and also serves to support a spring 53 arranged between the web 52 and the receiving element 50. The receiving element 50 comprises an outwardly protruding projection 54 which engages an inwardly protruding projection 55 on the holder 51, so that the movement of the receiving element 50 is limited by the spring 53.
To mount the hook 5 on the receiving element 50, the hook 5 is moved relative to the receiving element 50 until the web 7 aligned parallel to the longitudinal direction of the track 4 engages the sleeve-shaped receiving element 50, as shown in fig. 15A. Then, the hook 5 is firmly held on the receiving element 50 and the drawer 1 is fixed against being lifted. If the drawer 1 is designed longer, the receiving element can be pressed into the holder 51, as shown in fig. 15B. Then, by pressing the receiving element 50 into the sleeve-shaped holder 51, the spring 53 is compressed, but the hook 5 is still firmly held in the receiving element 50 by the web 7.
Fig. 16 shows a modified embodiment with respect to fig. 13, in which the receiving element 50 is arranged on the holder 51 as described above, but the holder 51 is fixed to the base 2 of the drawer 1 instead of the side frame.
In fig. 17A and 17B, another exemplary embodiment is shown in which the receiving element 60 is slidably arranged on the holder 61. The holder 61 is fixed to the rear panel 9 of the drawer by screws 62. A receptacle for the receiving element 60 is arranged in the holder 61, in which receptacle a spring 63 is provided, which spring 63 pretensions the receiving element 60 towards the hook 5 towards the rear side. On the receiving element 60 there is an outwardly projecting projection 64 which abuts an inwardly projecting web 65 of the holder 61, so that the receiving element 60 does not fall out of the holder 61. In this case, the holder 61 in this exemplary embodiment may be dimensioned such that an extended function, such as, for example, at least one battery or a tilt-adjusting element for the illumination of the drawer 1, may be accommodated.
For assembly, the hook 5 is moved relative to the holder 61 and the receiving element 60 can then be pressed into the holder 61, as shown in fig. 18A-18B. The web 7 of the holder then engages a channel-shaped receptacle on the receiving element 60, wherein optionally the spring 63 is compressed in the holder 61, depending on the length of the drawer 1.
The above exemplary embodiments may also be combined in any desired manner. For example, the receiving element may be arranged both displaceably and pivotably to increase the distance of the movable bearing in the longitudinal direction of the track. In addition, other means for centering or aligning the hook 5 with respect to the receiving element may be provided, or as mentioned, centering may be performed on one side only.
