For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in some embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software, and may also be implemented by hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, the names of which units do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself.
The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems on a chip (SOCs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A method for dealing with goods returned by an e-commerce is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a goods return application initiated by a user client, and marking an object requiring goods return application on the user client;
analyzing the goods returning and changing application initiated by the user client, and identifying the goods returning and changing application initiated by the user client as the goods returning and changing application specifically;
receiving and acquiring returned goods sent to a logistics client or a merchant shop by the user client;
detecting whether returned goods sent to a logistics client or a merchant store by the user client meet the return goods requirement specified by the merchant store, and meanwhile, comparing whether the returned goods sent to the logistics client or the merchant store by the user client are consistent with order information of the commodity information purchased by the user client on the merchant store platform;
checking order information of the purchased commodity information of the user client at the merchant shop platform and a goods returning and changing application initiated by the user client;
and transacting goods returning service or goods changing service for the user client.
2. The method for handling return of electronic commerce according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining a return application from a user client and marking an object requiring the return application by the user client comprises:
analyzing whether a return application initiated by the user client exceeds a return time specified in advance by the merchant store platform;
and analyzing whether the goods purchased by the user client side meet the goods return regulation of the goods specified by the merchant shop platform in advance.
3. The method for handling return of electronic commerce according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining a return application from a user client and marking an object requiring the return application by the user client comprises:
reporting to an e-commerce management platform:
1) acquiring transaction information and subsequent after-sale processing information of all orders stored by the specified user client in a background cloud big database of the e-commerce management platform;
obtaining the ratio of successful order transaction to goods return within a preset time threshold of the user client;
2) and detecting the ratio of the successful amount of all order transactions completed by the user client from the successful registration to the quantity of returned goods in a background cloud big database of the e-commerce management platform.
4. The method for e-commerce to deal with a return of goods according to claim 1, wherein detecting whether the return goods sent by the user client to the logistics client or the merchant store meet a return requirement specified by the merchant store comprises:
detecting whether the article information of returned goods sent to a logistics client or a merchant store by the user client is consistent with the article information sent by the logistics client and/or the merchant store platform.

The method for E-commerce coping return goods according to claim 1, wherein comparing whether return goods sent by the user client to a logistics client or a merchant store is consistent with order information of the purchased goods information of the user client at the merchant store platform comprises:
whether the returned goods are washed, used, damaged or not.
6. The method for handling returned goods by e-commerce according to any one of claims 4 to 5, wherein the detected returned goods need to be stored in a warehouse, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
primary renovation;
detecting the returned goods after the primary refurbishment, storing the returned goods passing the detection into a turnover warehouse, and conveying the returned goods failing the detection to a secondary refurbishment place;
performing a second refurbishment of the returned goods that have failed the received first refurbishment;
re-detecting the returned goods after the secondary refurbishment;
and detecting that the returned goods are received and stored to the turnover warehouse.

the goods sorting and detecting module is used for receiving returned goods sent to the logistics client or the merchant shop through the user client, sorting the received returned goods and detecting whether the returned goods information is consistent with the goods information sent by the merchant shop/logistics client;
the order analysis module is used for confirming the goods returning and changing application of the user client;
the goods returning and changing processing module is used for carrying out goods changing processing on the user client side which needs goods changing service according to the requirements of the goods returning and changing application; and meanwhile, returning goods for the user client side needing goods returning service.

The e-commerce arrangement for handling returned goods according to claim 7, wherein the goods sorting and detecting module performs one or two refurbishment processes on the returned goods received and sent by the customer client, and finally stores the refurbished goods in the turnover warehouse.

one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the processors to implement a method of an e-commerce exchange for goods returns as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
