according to the manual sorting time, a corresponding manual sorting video is obtained;
according to a preset sorting identification model, analyzing the manual sorting video to determine a sorting result;
and when the sorting result is that abnormal sorting behaviors exist, the target responsible party is the sorting personnel corresponding to the manual sorting video.
3. The merchandise information tracing method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an after-sale time threshold value of the commodity identifier;
and deleting commodity logistics information corresponding to the commodity identification in the commodity database when the user feedback information is not acquired within the after-sale time threshold.

obtaining the damage rate of the commodity;
determining a target damage rate according to commodity damage calculation rules, commodity logistics data and the data threshold;
and determining the payoff amount according to the commodity damage rate and the target damage rate based on payoff rules.
