In step two, the commodity information in all the order information is integrated, wherein the commodity information includes the category information of the required commodity and the quantity information of the required commodity, wherein the traded commodity is composed of at least one part (as shown in fig. 2), therefore, in the overall planning table, (fig. 3) it has a plurality of product information identifications, and the traded commodity is obtained by assembling the plurality of product information identifications, specifically, according to the fact that, on the trading platform, when a buyer purchases a certain commodity, it can select the part except the main body, therefore, it can be obtained that the traded commodity has other accessory parts except the main body, and the parts can be freely matched according to the requirements of different buyers, therefore, if the parts are fully accommodated in the stock warehouse, the commodity accumulation in the stock warehouse can be caused, some parts with low demand volume can be lost, so that accumulation is generated, the storage quantity and the cost are seriously influenced, therefore, other parts attached to the main commodity are all provided with product information marks, and the total demand volume of the parts can be counted according to the quantity of the parts required in the demand order.
In the third step, the counted quantity of the parts required by the warehouse is matched with the quantity of the parts corresponding to the warehouse in the overall planning table of the warehouse-in goods, and if the quantity of the parts required by the demand order is less than or equal to the total quantity of the parts in the warehouse-in information, normal warehouse-out of the goods can be met, so that the warehouse is processed.
In the fourth step, corresponding part materials are found in the stock according to the part demand in the order information, so that the commodities purchased in the order information are taken out of the stock.
In the fifth step, the order information also includes the quantity of the purchased parts, the quantity information corresponding to the parts in the stock is also recorded in the overall planning table, the quantity of the parts in the batch is recorded when the parts are delivered from the stock every time the parts are delivered from the stock, that is, the required quantity of a certain part by a buyer in a corresponding transaction system, and simultaneously, in a preset period, counting the warehouse-out quantity of all the parts, counting the warehouse-out proportion of each part compared with the total warehouse quantity when the preset period is over, drawing a proportion statistical table, when various parts are put into the bin in the following process, the proportion of the number of the parts with larger demand can be expanded according to the proportion statistical table, the proportion of the number of the parts with smaller demand can be reduced, therefore, the cleaning of the inventory is achieved, the situation of inventory accumulation is reduced, and the situation that the commodity is lost and the inventory capacity is influenced is avoided.
It should be noted that, the product information identifier of each part attached to the main body may be determined according to the appearance, function, shape, color, texture, size, model, etc. of the attached part, specifically, in the overall planning table, the above mentioned various conditions may be classified one by one, so as to facilitate the subsequent drawing of the proportional statistical table, thereby facilitating the subsequent warehousing processing, managing and controlling the parts with smaller demand, reducing the occupation of the parts on the stock capacity, and effectively controlling the stock capacity, and while reducing the cost loss, effectively preventing the product from being lost.
It should be understood that, in this embodiment, in order to conveniently know the warehouse-out proportion of each part in the period, preferably, the preset period is set to a quarter, which means that in the quarter, the total quantity of the part demands on the e-commerce transaction platform is warehoused in the overall planning table, meanwhile, in the overall planning table, a proportion statistical table is drawn according to the quantity of the part demands in the quarter, in the warehouse-in process in the next quarter, the quantity of the parts with larger demands is expanded according to the proportion statistical table, and the quantity of the parts with smaller demands is reduced as much as possible, so that the accumulation and the sale delay of the parts in the target warehouse are reduced.
