The detachable means is for example a screw connection. The filtered foreign substances are accumulated on the oil filter 34 b. The oil filter 34b is of a Y-type or a cone type, for example. The oil filter 34b needs to be replaced periodically to avoid impurities from plugging the oil filter 34 b. Further, in order to facilitate replacement of the oil filter 34b, a valve may be provided at each of positions upstream and downstream of the installation position of the oil filter 34b on the oil circulation pipe 31 b.
The oil level sensor 40b is provided on the sub-tank 20b for detecting the oil level in the sub-tank 20 b.
The control unit 50b is in communication with the engine 1b, the oil circulation pump 33b, and the oil level sensor 40b, respectively, and is configured to acquire a real-time rotation speed and a real-time fuel consumption of the engine 1b and an oil level of the secondary fuel tank 20b, and control the operation of the circulation pump 33b based on the real-time rotation speed, the real-time fuel consumption, and the oil level.
The process of the control unit 50b controlling the operation of the oil circulation pump based on the real-time rotation speed, the real-time fuel consumption amount, and the oil level is:
first, a real-time fuel consumption Z is calculated based on a real-time rotation speed x and a real-time fuel consumption y,
z is m x + n y, wherein m and n are constants,
then, the oil replenishment time is calculated from the oil consumption amount Z and the oil level.
Finally, the oil circulation pump 33b is controlled to operate according to the oil replenishment time, so that the oil tank 10b of the engine is replenished and the engine oil is cleaned and filtered.
The process of oil supply and clean filtration of engine oil from the engine oil tank 10b in the engine oil supply system 100b is as follows:
the oil circulating pump 33b pumps the engine oil in the engine oil tank 10b through the engine oil outlet 11b, the engine oil flows through the oil circulating pipe 31b, the engine oil is filtered by the oil filter 34b on the oil circulating pipe 31b, impurities mixed in the engine oil are left by the oil filter 34b, clean engine oil enters the secondary oil tank 20b from the secondary oil tank oil inlet 21b, and the engine oil in the secondary oil tank 20b sequentially passes through the secondary oil tank oil outlet 22b and the oil balance pipe 32b and then flows into the engine oil tank 10b from the engine oil inlet 12 b.

Fig. 5 is a schematic configuration diagram of an engine oil supply system having a filter function in embodiment 5 of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides an engine oil supply system 100c having a filtering function, including an engine oil tank 10c, a secondary oil tank 20c, a flow filtering unit 30c, an oil level sensor 40c, and a control unit 50 c.
The engine oil tank 10c is used for supplying engine oil to the engine 1c, and has an engine oil outlet 11c, an engine oil inlet 12c, and an engine oil filler 13. The engine oil outlet 11c is arranged at the bottom of the engine oil tank 10c, the engine oil inlet 12c is arranged at the upper part of the engine oil tank 10c, and the engine oil filling port 13 is arranged at the lower part of the engine oil tank 10 c. The engine oil outlet 11c and the engine oil filler 13 are disposed adjacent to each other.
The secondary oil tank 20c is used for replenishing the engine oil into the engine oil tank 10c, and includes a secondary oil tank outlet 22c, a secondary oil tank filler opening 23c, a secondary oil tank drain opening 24c, and a secondary oil tank vent opening 25.
The sub-tank filler opening 23c is provided in the top of the sub-tank 20c and is used for supplying oil from the outside into the sub-tank 20 c. A secondary-tank drain port 24c is provided at the bottom of the secondary tank 20c for draining the oil in the secondary tank 20 c. A plug screw is provided on the secondary tank drain port 24c to control the opening and closing of the secondary tank drain port 24 c. A secondary tank vent 25 is provided at the top of the secondary tank 20b for communicating the inside of the secondary tank 20b with the outside air.
The flow filter unit 30c serves to make the oil in the engine oil tank 10c flow and filter the oil from the engine oil tank 10c during the flow. The flow filtering unit 30c includes an oil circulation pipe 31c, an oil balance pipe 32c, an oil circulation pump 33c, and an oil filter 34 c.
The secondary-tank outlet port 22c is provided at a lower portion of the secondary tank 20c, and is connected to and communicated with the engine filler port 13 through an oil balance pipe 32 c. The secondary-tank outlet port 22c is substantially the same height as the engine filler port 13.
The engine oil outlet 11c is connected and communicated with the engine oil inlet 12c through an oil circulation pipe 31 c. An oil circulation pump 33c is provided on the oil circulation pipe 31c for pumping the engine oil out of the engine oil outlet 11c of the engine oil tank 10c and returning to the engine oil tank 10c from the engine oil inlet 12 c.
An oil filter 34 is detachably provided on the oil circulation pipe 31c upstream of the oil circulation pump 33b for filtering the engine oil from the engine oil tank 10 c. The detachable means is for example a screw connection. The filtered foreign substances are accumulated on the oil filter 34 c. The oil filter 34c is of a Y-type or a cone type, for example. The filter 34c needs to be replaced periodically to avoid impurities from plugging the oil filter 34 c. Further, in order to facilitate replacement of the oil filter 34c, a valve may be provided at each of positions upstream and downstream of the installation position of the oil filter 34c on the oil circulation pipe 31 c.
A fuel level sensor 40c is provided on the sub-tank 20c for detecting the level of the oil (fuel level) in the sub-tank 20 c.
The control unit 50c is in communication with the engine 1c, the oil circulation pump 33c, and the oil level sensor 40c, respectively, and is configured to acquire a real-time rotation speed and a real-time fuel consumption of the engine 1c and an oil level of the secondary fuel tank 20c, and control the operation of the circulation pump 33c based on the real-time rotation speed, the real-time fuel consumption, and the oil level.
The process of the control unit 50c controlling the operation of the oil circulation pump based on the real-time rotation speed, the real-time fuel consumption amount, and the oil level is:
first, a real-time fuel consumption Z is calculated based on a real-time rotation speed x and a real-time fuel consumption y,
z is m x + n y, wherein m and n are constants,
then, the oil replenishment and oil cleaning filtration time is calculated from the oil consumption Z and the oil level.
Finally, the oil circulation pump 33c is controlled to operate according to the oil replenishing and oil cleaning and filtering time, so that the oil replenishing and oil cleaning and filtering of the engine oil tank 10c are performed.
The above embodiments are preferred examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
For example, although the liquid level sensor is provided in each of embodiment 4 and embodiment 5, the liquid level sensor may not be provided in actual use.

Claims (10)

1. An engine oil supply system with a filtering function for supplying oil to an engine, comprising:
an engine oil sump for providing engine oil to the engine;
the auxiliary oil tank is used for supplementing engine oil into the engine oil tank;
and the flow filtering unit is used for enabling the oil in the engine oil tank to flow and filtering the oil from the engine oil tank in the flowing process.
2. The engine oil supply system with a filter function according to claim 1, wherein:
wherein the flow filtering unit at least comprises an oil circulation pipe, an oil balance pipe, an oil circulation pump and an oil filter,
the oil tank of the engine is communicated with the auxiliary oil tank through the oil circulating pipe and the oil balancing pipe, the oil circulating pump is arranged on the oil circulating pipe and used for providing the flowing power,
the oil filter is disposed upstream of the oil circulation pump for filtering engine oil from the engine oil tank.
3. The engine oil supply system with a filter function according to claim 2, characterized in that:
wherein the engine oil tank has an engine oil outlet and an engine oil inlet,
the auxiliary oil tank is at least provided with an auxiliary oil tank oil outlet and an auxiliary oil tank oil inlet,
the engine oil outlet is communicated with the oil inlet of the oil tank through the oil balance pipe,
and the oil inlet of the engine is communicated with the oil outlet of the auxiliary oil tank through the oil circulation pipe.
4. The engine oil supply system with a filter function according to claim 3, characterized in that:
wherein the flow filtering unit also comprises an overflow oil tank and an overflow connecting pipe,
the overflow oil tank is arranged between the engine oil tank and the auxiliary oil tank, is used for regulating and controlling the oil level of the engine oil in the engine oil tank, is provided with an overflow oil inlet and an overflow oil outlet,
the overflow oil inlet is communicated with the engine oil outlet through the oil balance pipe,
the overflow oil outlet is communicated with the oil tank oil inlet through the overflow connecting pipe, and the position of the overflow oil outlet is not higher than the highest allowable oil level in the engine oil tank,
the oil filter is arranged on the oil balance pipe or in the overflow oil tank.
5. The engine oil supply system with a filter function according to claim 4, wherein:
wherein the oil level in the auxiliary oil tank is lower than the overflow oil outlet.
6. The engine oil supply system with a filter function according to claim 2, characterized in that:
wherein the engine oil tank has an engine oil outlet and an engine oil inlet,
the auxiliary oil tank is at least provided with an auxiliary oil tank oil inlet and an auxiliary oil tank oil outlet,
the oil outlet of the engine is communicated with the oil inlet of the oil tank through the oil circulating pipe,
the oil inlet of the engine is communicated with the oil outlet of the auxiliary oil tank through the oil balance pipe,
the oil filter is disposed on the oil circulation pipe.
7. The engine oil supply system with a filter function according to claim 1, wherein:
wherein the flow filtering unit comprises an oil circulation pipe, an oil balance pipe, an oil circulation pump and an oil filter,
the engine oil tank and the auxiliary oil tank are communicated through the oil balance pipe,
the engine oil tank is provided with an engine oil outlet arranged at the bottom and an engine oil inlet arranged at the upper part, the engine oil outlet is communicated with the engine oil inlet through the oil circulating pipe,
the oil circulation pump and the oil filter are both provided on the oil circulation pipe, and the oil filter is provided upstream of the oil circulation pump.
8. The engine oil supply system with the filtering function according to claim 2 or 7, further comprising:
and the control unit is respectively in communication connection with the engine and the oil circulating pump and is used for acquiring the real-time rotating speed and the real-time fuel consumption of the engine and controlling the operation of the oil circulating pump according to the real-time rotating speed and the real-time fuel consumption.
9. The engine oil supply system with a filter function according to claim 8, wherein:
wherein the auxiliary oil tank is also provided with a liquid level sensor which is used for detecting the oil level in the auxiliary oil tank,
the control unit is also in communication connection with the auxiliary oil tank, and is used for acquiring the oil level from the liquid level sensor and controlling the operation of the oil circulating pump based on the real-time rotating speed, the real-time fuel consumption and the oil level.
10. The engine oil supply system with a filter function according to claim 9, wherein:
wherein the process of the control unit controlling the operation of the oil circulation pump based on the real-time rotation speed, the real-time fuel consumption, and the oil level is:
