In order to increase the degree of intelligence of the detergent dispensing device 10.
In one embodiment, the detergent dispensing device 10 further comprises a controller (not shown) communicatively connected to both the delivery pump 300 and the control 400. Therefore, the controller can automatically control the delivery pump 300 and the control element 400 to be started and closed according to the input control signal by inputting the control signal into the controller, and then the detergent putting device 10 can automatically put detergent in a fixed amount, so that the intelligent degree of the detergent putting device 10 is improved.
The controller can be a single chip microcomputer or a programmable logic controller and the like. The controller is in communication connection with both the delivery pump 300 and the control element 400, and can be connected in a data line, a bluetooth or wireless communication technology, and the like, and only the controller needs to receive an input control signal and communicate with the delivery pump 300 and the control element 400.
Further, the detergent dispensing device 10 further comprises a control key 1500 in communication with the controller, the control key 1500 being configured to set a single operation time of the delivery pump 300. Thus, the single operation time of the delivery pump 300 is set through the control key 1500 and the corresponding single operation time signal is input to the controller, so that the controller can control the operation time of the delivery pump 300 according to the single operation time signal, and further, the detergent putting device 10 can flexibly set the operation time of the delivery pump 300 according to the actual use requirement, thereby adjusting the putting amount of the single detergent and improving the applicability of the detergent putting device 10.
The control key 1500 may be a key or a knob. The control key 1500 is in communication connection with the controller, and may be connected by means of a data line, bluetooth, or wireless communication technology, and so on, only by enabling communication between the control key 1500 and the controller.
Optionally, the detergent dispensing device 10 further comprises a display element in communication with the controller for displaying the operating time of the delivery pump 300. In this way, the operation time of the delivery pump 300 is controlled by the display element, thereby facilitating the user to connect the detergent dispensing device 10 to dispense the detergent.
The display element may be a display screen or an indicator light. The display element may be disposed on an outer sidewall of the case 700 or a top wall of the case 700, etc. The display element is in communication connection with the controller, and can be connected in a data line mode, a Bluetooth mode or a wireless communication technology mode, and only the display element can be in communication connection with the controller.
Optionally, the outer sidewall of the case 700 further includes a second connection portion 1600. Thus, the second connecting portion 1600 is fixedly connected to the fixing bracket or the cleaning body 1200 in the environment, so as to improve the stability and safety of the detergent dispensing device 10.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, there is further provided a detergent dispensing method, including the steps of:
s100, the first liquid inlet end 210 is cut off from the water source. So, through cutting off first feed liquor end 210 and water source for the detergent can be solitary carry to the washing intracavity, and then avoid influencing the flow of the detergent of second feed liquor end 220 because of the water pressure of first feed liquor end 210 is unstable, thereby guarantee the stability that second feed liquor end 220 carried the detergent.
S200, starting the delivery pump 300, so that the detergent in the liquid storage bottle 100 can be delivered to the liquid outlet end 230. Thus, by utilizing the conveying function of the conveying pump 300, the detergent in the first accommodating cavity 110 sequentially passes through the liquid inlet 310, the conveying pump 300, the liquid outlet 320, the second liquid inlet end 220 and the liquid outlet end 230 and is conveyed into the cleaning cavity, and the detergent is put into the cleaning cavity.
And S300, when the time T elapses, the conveying pump 300 is closed, and the first liquid inlet end 210 is communicated with a water source. In this way, by controlling the operation time of the transfer pump 300, the amount of detergent to be supplied into the cleaning chamber can be controlled, and thus, the detergent can be supplied into the cleaning chamber in a fixed amount. Meanwhile, when the transfer pump 300 operates for T time or after the transfer pump 300 is turned off, the first liquid inlet end 210 is re-communicated with the water source, so that water can flow into the cleaning cavity through the first liquid inlet end 210 and the liquid outlet end 230 again, and the cleaning cavity can perform subsequent cleaning work.
As shown in fig. 8, S400, the delivery pump 300 enters a standby state and starts timing until a preset standby time is reached, and then starts. So, through control delivery pump 300 entering standby state for delivery pump 300 can not work in presetting the standby time, and then avoids repeatedly throwing in the detergent to the washing intracavity at same washing process, thereby guarantees to wait to wash the thing and can the sanitization (the washing of waiting to wash the thing includes washing spot and detergent) in the washing intracavity.
It should be noted that the preset standby time can be flexibly adjusted according to actual use requirements. Alternatively, the preset time may be 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 35 minutes, or the like.
It should be noted that, the restart after the preset standby time is reached means that the delivery pump 300 can receive the control signal and normally operate after the preset standby time is reached.
The detergent feeding method at least has the following advantages: (1) the in-process of puting in the detergent is through cutting off first feed liquor end 210 and water source for the detergent can be solitary carry to the washing intracavity, and then avoid influencing the flow of the detergent of second feed liquor end 220 because of the water pressure instability of first feed liquor end 210, thereby make the detergent put in the volume that device 10 can the accurate control detergent put in, and guarantee to wash the intracavity and treat that the washings can the sanitization. (2) The conveying pump 300 is controlled to enter a standby state, so that the conveying pump 300 cannot work within preset standby time, the detergent is repeatedly put into the cleaning cavity in the same cleaning process, and the objects to be cleaned in the cleaning cavity can be cleaned completely.
