Abstract
The invention discloses a washing water feeding device, which comprises a liquid inlet pipeline, a detergent pump and a pneumatic balance chamber, wherein the liquid inlet pipeline is connected with the detergent pump; the detergent pump is arranged behind the water inlet of the liquid inlet pipeline along the flowing direction of the washing water; the air pressure balance chamber is arranged behind the liquid outlet of the detergent pump along the flowing direction of the washing water; when water is fed through the liquid inlet pipeline, the detergent pump pumps out the detergent and supplies the washing water to a cylinder of the clothes treatment equipment through the liquid inlet pipeline together with the fed water; when water inflow is finished, the air pressure balance chamber adjusts the liquid inlet pipeline to keep atmospheric pressure, and detergent stored in the detergent pump is prevented from being sucked backwards after the pressure of the liquid inlet pipeline is reduced. The washing water feeding device can balance the air pressure in the water inlet waterway through the air pressure balancing chamber, solves the problem that the washing agent is sucked back and flows out to the liquid inlet pipeline due to uneven air pressure, ensures the cleanness of the liquid inlet pipeline, avoids secondary pollution of clothes, and realizes accurate feeding of the washing agent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of clothes treatment, and particularly relates to a washing water feeding device and clothes treatment equipment thereof.
Background
Nowadays, a clothes treatment apparatus has become one of daily indispensable home appliances. Along with the requirements of users on intelligent and accurate putting of detergents and washing water, the automatic putting device is applied to the drum washing machine more and more widely. However, in the prior art, especially when the detergent supply device is disposed in the liquid inlet pipeline and is supplied to the washing drum together with the inlet water, the phenomenon of unbalanced air pressure in the flow channel occurs during the throwing process and after the throwing is stopped: when the water inlet device is closed and water inlet is stopped, the pressure in the washing water flow passage is instantaneously reduced, so that the detergent stored in the detergent supply device is sucked back, and the detergent is reserved in the flow passage; firstly, the accurate dosage of the detergent is influenced, and secondly, the residues cause secondary pollution to the washing of the clothes.
No corresponding solution has been proposed to the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a washing water feeding device, which comprises a liquid inlet pipeline, a detergent pump and a pressure balancing chamber; the detergent pump is arranged behind the water inlet of the liquid inlet pipeline along the flowing direction of the washing water; the air pressure balance chamber is arranged behind the liquid outlet of the detergent pump along the flowing direction of the washing water; when water is fed through the liquid inlet pipeline, the detergent pump pumps out the detergent and supplies the washing water to a cylinder of the clothes treatment equipment through the liquid inlet pipeline together with the fed water; when water inflow is finished, the air pressure balance chamber adjusts the liquid inlet pipeline to keep atmospheric pressure, and detergent stored in the detergent pump is prevented from being sucked backwards after the pressure of the liquid inlet pipeline is reduced. The washing water feeding device can balance the air pressure in the water inlet waterway through the air pressure balancing chamber, solves the problem that the washing agent is sucked back and flows out to the liquid inlet pipeline due to uneven air pressure, ensures the cleanness of the liquid inlet pipeline, avoids secondary pollution of clothes, and realizes accurate feeding of the washing agent.
Optionally, the air pressure balancing chamber comprises an atmospheric pressure communicating port, a liquid inlet pipeline communicating port and a floating ball; wherein, the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port is communicated with the liquid inlet pipeline; the atmospheric pressure communication port is an opening and is communicated with the external environment; the floater sets up in atmospheric pressure balance chamber and can move in atmospheric pressure balance chamber inside.
Optionally, the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port is provided with at least one rib, and the rib forms a baffle grid at the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port.
Optionally, a vent hole is formed at the position of the liquid inlet pipeline, corresponding to the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port of the air pressure balancing chamber, of the liquid inlet pipeline; the air pressure balance chamber is arranged on the liquid inlet pipeline corresponding to the vent hole and is communicated with the liquid inlet pipeline.
Optionally, the liquid inlet pipeline and the air pressure balance chamber are of an integrated structure, and the liquid inlet pipeline is communicated with the external environment pressure through the air pressure balance chamber.
Optionally, when washing water flows in the liquid inlet pipeline, the floating ball floats to be close to the atmospheric pressure communication port; when the liquid inlet pipeline stops water inlet, the floating ball falls under the action of pressure difference to be close to the liquid inlet pipeline communication opening, and the pressure in the liquid inlet pipeline is balanced under the action of atmospheric pressure.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a clothes treatment device, which uses the washing water feeding device to adjust the pressure balance in the feeding device through the pressure balance chamber.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product that embodies the invention to achieve all of the above-described benefits simultaneously.

the invention provides a washing water feeding device, which comprises a liquid inlet pipeline 5, a detergent pump 4 and an air pressure balance chamber 1, as shown in figure 1; wherein, the detergent pump 4 is arranged behind the water inlet of the liquid inlet pipeline 5 along the flowing direction of the washing water; the air pressure balance chamber 1 is arranged behind a liquid outlet of the detergent pump 4 along the flowing direction of the washing water; when water is fed through the liquid inlet pipeline, the detergent pump pumps out the detergent and supplies the washing water to a cylinder of the clothes treatment equipment through the liquid inlet pipeline together with the fed water; when water inflow is finished, the air pressure balance chamber adjusts the liquid inlet pipeline to keep atmospheric pressure, and detergent stored in the detergent pump is prevented from being sucked backwards after the pressure of the liquid inlet pipeline is reduced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the air pressure balance chamber 1 includes an atmospheric pressure communication port 101, an inlet liquid pipeline communication port 102, and a floating ball 2; wherein, the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port 102 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipeline 5; the atmospheric pressure communication port 101 is an opening and is communicated with the external environment; the float ball 2 is disposed in the air pressure balance chamber 1 and is movable in the air pressure balance chamber 1.
Preferably, the liquid inlet pipe communicating opening 102 is provided with at least one rib, and the rib forms a baffle grid at the liquid inlet pipe communicating opening.
Preferably, a vent hole is arranged at the position of the liquid inlet pipeline 5 corresponding to the liquid inlet pipeline communication port 102 of the air pressure balance chamber 1; the air pressure balance chamber 1 is arranged on the liquid inlet pipeline corresponding to the vent hole and communicated with the liquid inlet pipeline 5.
Preferably, the liquid inlet pipeline 5 and the air pressure balance chamber 1 are of an integral structure, and the liquid inlet pipeline 5 is communicated with the external environment pressure through the air pressure balance chamber 1.
Preferably, when the washing water flows in the liquid inlet pipeline 5, the floating ball 2 floats to be close to the atmospheric pressure communication port 101; when the liquid inlet pipeline 5 stops water inlet, the floating ball 2 falls under the action of pressure difference to be close to the liquid inlet pipeline communication port, and the pressure in the liquid inlet pipeline 5 is balanced under the action of atmospheric pressure.
Further, the invention also provides a clothes treatment device, which uses the washing water feeding device to adjust the pressure balance inside the feeding device through the air pressure balance chamber 1.
The washing water feeding device can balance the air pressure in the water inlet waterway through the air pressure balancing chamber, solves the problem that the washing agent is sucked back and flows out to the liquid inlet pipeline due to uneven air pressure, ensures the cleanness of the liquid inlet pipeline, avoids secondary pollution of clothes, and realizes accurate feeding of the washing agent.

Claims (7)
1. A clothes treating agent dispensing device is characterized in that:
comprises a liquid inlet pipeline, a detergent pump and a pneumatic pressure balancing chamber; wherein,
a water inlet of the liquid inlet pipeline is connected with the water inlet device, and a liquid outlet of the liquid inlet pipeline is communicated with the clothes treatment barrel;
the detergent pump is arranged behind the water inlet of the liquid inlet pipeline along the flowing direction of the washing water;
the air pressure balancing chamber is arranged behind the liquid outlet of the detergent pump along the flowing direction of the washing water;
when water is fed through the liquid inlet pipeline, the detergent pump pumps out detergent and supplies washing water into a drum of the clothes treatment equipment through the liquid inlet pipeline together with the fed water;
when water inflow is finished, the air pressure balancing chamber adjusts the liquid inlet pipeline to keep atmospheric pressure, and the detergent stored in the detergent pump is prevented from being sucked backwards after the pressure of the liquid inlet pipeline is reduced.
2. The washing water supply device as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the air pressure balancing chamber comprises an atmospheric pressure communicating port, a liquid inlet pipeline communicating port and a floating ball; wherein,
the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port is communicated with the liquid inlet pipeline;
the atmospheric pressure communication port is an opening and is communicated with the external environment;
the floating ball is arranged in the air pressure balance chamber and can move in the air pressure balance chamber.
3. The washing water supply device as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port is provided with at least one rib, and the rib forms a baffle grid at the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port.
4. The washing water supply device as claimed in claim 3, wherein:
the liquid inlet pipeline is provided with a vent hole corresponding to the liquid inlet pipeline communicating port of the air pressure balance chamber;
the air pressure balance chamber is arranged on the liquid inlet pipeline corresponding to the vent hole and is communicated with the liquid inlet pipeline.
5. The washing water supply device as claimed in claim 3, wherein:
the liquid inlet pipeline and the air pressure balance chamber are of an integrated structure, and the liquid inlet pipeline is communicated with the external environment pressure through the air pressure balance chamber.
6. The washing water supply device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:
when washing water flows in the liquid inlet pipeline, the floating ball floats to be close to the atmospheric pressure communication port;
when the liquid inlet pipeline stops water inlet, the floating ball falls under the action of pressure difference to be close to the liquid inlet pipeline communication opening, and the pressure in the liquid inlet pipeline is balanced under the action of atmospheric pressure.
7. A clothes treating apparatus using the washing water supply device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
