(1) the paper cans to be labeled are sequentially placed on the feeding inclined plate 3, and feeding of the paper cans is controlled through the two material clamping cylinders 5; (2) when the paper tank reaches the material receiving plate 9 from the inclined feeding plate, the linear transverse moving module 7 controls the linear longitudinal moving module 8 to transversely move; (3) then the linear longitudinal moving module 8 controls the material pushing claw 10 to move longitudinally, and at the moment, the material pushing claw 10 drives the paper cans on the material receiving plate 9 to move towards the labeling device; (4) the material pushing claw pushes the paper can to rotate on the labeling rotating shaft 112, and then the paper can rotates along with the labeling rotating shaft; (5) placing the label paper on a negative pressure conveyor belt, and positioning the label paper through a positioning cylinder 110; (6) then, label sticking paper is conveyed, and when the label sticking paper is conveyed to be close to the labeling rotating shaft 112, the conveying box 103 is lifted through the lifting module 102, so that one side end of the label sticking paper is tightly attached to the paper can; the label paper can be tightly adhered to the surface of the paper can along with the conveying of the label paper and the rolling of the paper can; (7) then the negative pressure conveying mechanism is reset, the fine cutting cylinder 117 lifts one end of the lifting frame 119 upwards, so that the other end of the lifting frame 119 drives the fine cutting rotating shaft 115 to be close to the paper can downwards; (8) the fine cutting motor drives the fine cutting rotating shaft 115 to rotate, and the fine cutting rotating shaft 115 drives the fine cutting blade to rotate and cut the paper cans; (9) after cutting, the finish cutting mechanism is reset, the discharging handle 114 is positioned at the inner side of the labeling rotating shaft at the beginning, and the discharging handle 114 is driven by the discharging linear module 113 to slide towards the outer side of the labeling rotating shaft; (10) the discharging handle 114 pushes out the paper can on the labeling rotating shaft from the outer side of the labeling rotating shaft, and then the discharging handle 114 resets, so that a new labeling operation can be started.
