The assembling platform 3 is provided with a screw sleeve press-mounting machine 6 and an upper sleeve press-mounting machine 5, the screw sleeve press-mounting machine 6 is used for pressing the screw sleeve J1 into the lower end sleeve J2, and the upper sleeve press-mounting machine 5 is used for pressing the water-soluble colored wax filling sleeve 15, the upper sleeve J3 and the lower end sleeve J2 into a whole so as to facilitate filling;
the water-soluble color wax filling machine 7 is used for filling water-soluble color wax into the assembled colorful pen container J;
the water-soluble colored wax filling sleeve removing machine 8 is used for removing the water-soluble colored wax filling sleeve 15 from the two rows of filled colorful pens to complete the whole colorful pen assembling process.
Preferably, four corners of the spiral sleeve arranging plate 9 are provided with first positioning holes 902, four corners of the upper end surface of the insert plate 1001 of the lower sleeve arranging plate 10 are provided with second positioning holes 1007, four corners of the movable plate 1302 are provided with third positioning holes 1304, the diameters of the first positioning holes 902, the second positioning holes 1007 and the third positioning holes 1304 are the same, the hole positions are in one-to-one correspondence, and four corners of the outward end surfaces of the first plate 1201 and the second plate 1202 are provided with first bolts 1206 in one-to-one correspondence with the first positioning holes 902, the second positioning holes 1007 and the third positioning holes 1304.
Preferably, the four corners of the upper end surface of the upper socket insert plate 11 are provided with fourth positioning holes 1102, the diameter of each fourth positioning hole 1102 is consistent with that of each second positioning hole 1007, the hole positions correspond to the second positioning holes 1007 one by one, and the four corners of the upper plate 1401 and the lower plate 1402 facing outwards are provided with second bolts 1405 corresponding to the fourth positioning holes 1102 and the second positioning holes 1007 one by one.
The assembling method of the colorful pen assembling system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s1, stacking the spiral sleeves J1 above a spiral arranging plate 9 on a spiral sleeve swinging arranging machine 1 in a scattered manner, starting the spiral sleeve swinging arranging machine 1 to carry out swinging arrangement, so that spiral sleeve inserting holes 901 in the spiral arranging plate 9 are fully inserted into the spiral sleeves J1, and the lower ends of the spiral sleeves J1 face downwards;
s2, randomly stacking the lower end sleeves J2 above the lower end sleeve tidying plate 10 on the lower end sleeve tidying machine 2, starting the lower end sleeve tidying machine 2 to perform vibratory tidying, so that the lower end sleeve first insertion hole 1005 and the lower end sleeve second insertion hole 1006 on the lower end sleeve tidying plate 10 are fully inserted with the lower end sleeves J2, and the open ends of the lower end sleeves J2 are upward;
s3, vertically placing the wide side of the screw sleeve arranging plate 9 fully inserted with the screw sleeve J1 in the step S1 on the assembling platform 3, vertically placing the wide side of the screw sleeve assembling guide plate 12 on the left side of the screw sleeve arranging plate 9, inserting a first bolt 1206 on the first plate 1201 into a first positioning hole 902 on the screw sleeve arranging plate 9 to enable the upper end of the screw sleeve J1 to correspondingly face the first through hole 1204 of the first plate 1201 one by one, then turning over the screw sleeve assembling guide plate 12 and the screw sleeve arranging plate 9 to enable the screw sleeve assembling guide plate 12 to be located below and the screw sleeve arranging plate 9 to be located above, enabling the screw sleeve J1 to fall into a second through hole 1205 along the first through hole 1204 and the guide sleeve 1203, and taking out the screw sleeve arranging plate 9;
s4, vertically placing the broad sides of the screw sleeve assembling guide plate 12 fully inserted with the screw sleeve J1 in the step S3 and the lower end sleeve arranging plate 10 fully inserted with the lower end sleeve J2 in the step S2 on the assembling platform 3, enabling the lower end of the screw sleeve J1 to face the open end of the lower end sleeve J2 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, inserting a first bolt 1206 on the plate I1201 into a second positioning hole 1007, enabling the open end of the lower end sleeve J2 to be inserted into the first through hole 1204 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, overturning the screw sleeve assembling guide plate 12 and the lower end sleeve arranging plate 10 to enable the lower end sleeve arranging plate 10 to be positioned downwards, enabling the screw sleeve assembling guide plate 12 to be positioned upwards, and enabling the screw sleeve J1 to be inserted into the lower end sleeve J2 along the guide sleeve 1203 and the first through hole 1204;
s5, inserting the guide posts 1303 of the spiral sleeve assembling pressure plate 13 into the second through holes 1205 and the inner holes of the guide sleeves 1203 in the step S4 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, sleeving the third positioning holes 1304 on the movable plate 1302 with the first bolts 1206 on the second plate 1202, pressing the pressure plate 1301 downwards to enable the guide posts 1303 to be completely inserted into the inner holes of the guide sleeves 1203, and enabling the upper plane of the pressure plate 1301 to be parallel to the upper plane of the assembling platform 3 to assemble a spiral sleeve assembling piece;
s6, pushing the spiral sleeve pressing piece in the step S5 into the position below a pressure head in the spiral sleeve pressing machine 6, starting the spiral sleeve pressing machine 6, pressing the spiral assembly pressure plate 13 downwards by the pressure head, enabling the guide column 1303 to press the spiral sleeve J1 into the lower end sleeve J2, withdrawing the spiral sleeve pressing machine 6, removing the spiral sleeve assembly pressure plate 13 and the spiral sleeve assembly guide plate 12, and completing the assembly of the spiral sleeve J1 and the lower end sleeve J2;
s7, inserting the small end of the upper sleeve J3 downwards into the upper sleeve insertion plate 11, and fully inserting the upper sleeve first insertion hole 1101;
s8, vertically placing the wide edges of the upper sleeve inserting plate 11 in the step S7 and the lower sleeve arranging plate 10 assembled with the spiral sleeve J1 in the step S6 on the assembling platform 3, enabling the large ends of the upper sleeve J3 to face the end of the spiral sleeve J1 one by one, vertically placing the wide edges of the upper sleeve assembling guide plate 14 between the upper sleeve inserting plate 11 and the lower sleeve arranging plate 10, enabling the upper plate 1401 to face the upper sleeve inserting plate 11, enabling the lower plate 1402 to face the lower sleeve arranging plate 10, inserting the second bolts 1405 into the second positioning holes 1007 and the fourth positioning holes 1102 correspondingly, enabling the large ends of the upper sleeve J3 to be inserted into the upper sleeve second inserting holes 1404 of the upper plate 1401 one by one, and enabling the upper sleeve second inserting holes 1404 of the lower plate 1402 to be sleeved with the open ends of the lower sleeve J2 one by one;
s9, turning the upper sleeve inserting plate 11, the upper sleeve matching guide plate 14 and the lower sleeve arranging plate 10 in the step S8 to enable the upper sleeve inserting plate 11 to be on top and the lower sleeve arranging plate 10 to be on bottom, enabling the large ends of the upper sleeves J3 to be downward and the small ends to be upward to correspondingly fall into the upper sleeve second inserting holes 1404 and be sleeved outside the upper end of the lower sleeve J2, using a flat plate to beat the upper sleeves J3 which do not fall down, enabling all the upper sleeves J3 to be sleeved outside the upper end of the lower sleeve J2, then taking off the upper sleeve inserting plate 11, enabling the small ends of the upper sleeves J3 to penetrate through the upper plate 1402, and enabling 1/5-1/4 of the small ends to be located above the upper plate 1402;
s10, arranging pen sleeves 1503 on the water-soluble color wax filling sleeves 15, downwards sleeving the ends of the pen sleeves 1503 with one end downwards to correspond to the small ends of the assembled upper sleeves J3 in the step S9 one by one, sleeving every four rows of the upper sleeves J3 with one water-soluble color wax filling sleeve 15, sleeving every two rows of pen sleeves 1503 of each water-soluble color wax filling sleeve 15 with the first row of upper sleeves J3 and the third row of upper sleeves J3 respectively, sleeving every 6 water-soluble color wax filling sleeves 15 for 144 dazzling color pen containers J, pushing the whole assembly part into the lower part of an inner pressure head of an upper sleeve press-fitting machine 5, starting the upper sleeve press-fitting machine 5 to press down the water-soluble color wax filling sleeves 15, pressing the water-soluble color wax filling sleeves 15 and the dazzling color pen containers J into a whole, withdrawing the upper sleeve press-fitting machine 5, and taking out the 6 water-soluble color wax filling sleeves 15 together with the dazzling color pen containers J; repeating the previous action, sleeving a water-soluble color wax filling sleeve 15 on every four rows of upper sleeves J3, respectively sleeving the upper sleeves J3 on the second row and the fourth row on two rows of pen sleeves 1503 of each water-soluble color wax filling sleeve 15, putting the pen sleeves into the upper sleeve press-fitting machine 5 for press-fitting, and press-fitting the remaining 144 upper sleeves J3 and the water-soluble color wax filling sleeves 15 and taking out;
s11, feeding the water-soluble color wax filling sleeve 15 in the step S10 into a water-soluble color wax filling machine 7 for filling, and after the filled water-soluble color wax is cooled, using a shovel to shovel off the water-soluble color wax in the wax accommodating sinking groove 1501;
and S12, putting the water-soluble color wax filling sleeve 15 in the step S11 into a water-soluble color wax filling sleeve removing machine 8, and removing the water-soluble color wax filling sleeve 15 to obtain the assembled colorful pen.
The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high assembly efficiency, good assembly quality, difficult damage of parts and low production cost, can be assembled and finished by 576 colorful pens within 20 minutes, and simultaneously, an operator only needs to operate a machine for press mounting, the assembly is not laborious, and the labor intensity of the operator is reduced.
