In an initial state, the upper sealing plate 19 and the lower sealing plate 19 respectively seal the guide pipe 16 between the first pressure storage chamber 13 and the nozzle 15, the guide pipe 16 between the second pressure storage chamber 14 and the heating cavity 11, and the first pressure storage chamber 13 and the heating cavity 11 and the second pressure storage chamber 14 and the nozzle 15 are communicated through the through hole 20, at the moment, high-pressure hot air in the second pressure storage chamber 14 is ejected outwards through the nozzle 15, and meanwhile, the heating cavity 11 carries out hot air flow conveying on the first pressure storage chamber 13;

In the process of conveying nylon plastic cloth, the transmission roller 7 continuously rotates and drives the incomplete gear 21 to rotate through the bevel gear assembly 24, the incomplete gear 21 drives the driven gear 22 and the central rod 18 to intermittently rotate, after the central rod 18 rotates, switching between hot air injection and hot air supplement of the first pressure storage chamber 13 and the second pressure storage chamber 14 is achieved, intervals exist in rotation of the central rod 18, time is provided for hot air supplement of the first pressure storage chamber 13 and the second pressure storage chamber 14, required high-pressure hot air can be formed in the first pressure storage chamber 13 and the second pressure storage chamber 14, an electric driving mechanism of the central rod 18 does not need to be additionally arranged, use cost is reduced, the structure is simple, and use is convenient.
The nozzle 15 upwards sprays the hot gas flow, dries the back to the nylon plastic cloth, produces the higher air of humidity at the top of stoving case 8, starts the carousel 27 and rotates, and carousel 27 drives piston 26 through connecting rod 28 and is reciprocating motion in the air exchange groove, sucks out the moisture in the stoving case 8 for keep dry in the stoving case 8, and then improved the drying effect of stoving case 8 to the nylon plastic cloth.
The shifting plate 30 is started to rotate back and forth, when the shifting plate 30 rotates and contacts with the sealing rod 29, the sealing rod 29 can be shifted to move, the sealing rod 29 moves back and forth under the action of the shifting plate 30 and a return spring, the motion of the sealing rod 29 and the piston 26 is designed, when the sealing rod 29 in the air exhaust hole moves down, the air exhaust hole is opened, the piston 26 moves down, and moisture in the drying box 8 can be smoothly pumped into the air exchange groove; then the sealing rod 29 in the air exhaust hole moves upwards to reset, the sealing rod 29 in the air exhaust hole moves downwards, the piston 26 moves upwards, and the moisture in the air exchange groove is exhausted through the air exhaust hole, so that the function of stably and unidirectionally exhausting the moisture in the drying box 8 is realized, the problem that the moisture can move back to the inside of the drying box 8 is solved, and the moisture exhausting effect is improved.
When the transmission roller 7 rotates, the chain assembly 36 drives the rotary table 27 and the main gear 32 to rotate, and the rotary table 27 drives the piston 26 to reciprocate after rotating to discharge moisture; after the main gear 32 rotates, the auxiliary gear 33 is driven to rotate reversely, the main gear 32 and the auxiliary gear 33 drive the steering disc 34 and the shifting plate 30 to rotate back and forth through the round rod group 35, and the shifting plate 30 which rotates back and forth drives the two sealing rods 29 to move in a staggered manner; the device drives piston 26 and seals pole 29 through transmission roller 7 and carry out moisture discharge work automatically, need not additionally to set up piston 26 and the electric drive mechanism who seals pole 29, has reduced use cost, simple structure, convenient to use.
