背景技术
无纺布是人们生活中最常见的布料之一,但是现有的无纺布存在防水性不足的问题,一旦下雨或水溅,很容易弄湿而对人们穿着的舒适性造成不便,甚至长时间穿着潮湿的衣服极易造成风湿等慢性疾病。疏水性的无纺布料虽然形成外接屏障,解决了布料的防水性,但此类布料的人体皮肤的吸收性较差,因此容易出现身体热量和汗液无法释放的问题,造成布料的闷热。为了解决上述问题,具有外疏水性和内亲水性的无纺布料成了研究的热点。中国专利CN201610887602公开了一种外层亲水内层输水的棉质布料,该布料被水浸湿后,内层布料的网状结构能够将内部的水快速排出至不了外层,保持内层干爽。但是,该布料的材料制备方法较复杂且采用的亲水材料并非纺织领域常见的原料制成,因此推广难度较大,同时,该布料采用内疏水层,因此人们在穿着过程中的亲肤性较差。
发明内容
1. 需要解决的技术问题
本发明需要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种内亲水外疏水无纺布及其制备方法,解决现有技术制备难度大,穿着的亲肤性较差的问题。
2. 技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种内亲水外疏水无纺布,包括亲水层、无纺布基层、疏水层;所述亲水层热压在所述无纺布基层底面;所述亲水层为由经纬织法编织而成的棉纤维织布,且表面涂覆有亲水材料;所述疏水层通过水刺法附在所述无纺布基层顶面;所述疏水层由疏水纤维编制而成,且表面分布有若干网眼。
上述的内亲水外疏水无纺布,其中,还包括隔离层;所述隔离层为二氧化硅粒子层,所述隔离层设置在所述无纺布基层和亲水层之间。
上述的内亲水外疏水无纺布,其中,所述隔离层的二氧化硅粒子呈120°倾斜布置。
上述的内亲水外疏水无纺布,其中,所述亲水材料按质量分数计,包含以下组分:十二烷基苯磺酸8-12份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚9-10份、表面活性剂4-6份、乙醇0.2-0.4份。
上述的内亲水外疏水无纺布,其中,所述亲水层经纱之间的间距为1-2mm,纬纱之间的间距为0.5-1mm。
上述的内亲水外疏水无纺布,其中,所述疏水层由1.2D、1.5D的聚丙烯晴纤维编织而成。
本发明同时公开了一种内亲水外疏水无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将十二烷基苯磺酸、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、表面活性剂和乙醇按照质量比混合,放入离心机低速搅拌10min,再高速搅拌5min,得到所述亲水材料;
步骤2,将经纱和纬纱按照经纬法编织成所述亲水层,并在表面喷涂步骤1制备的亲水材料;
步骤3,聚丙烯腈纤维编织成所述疏水层,并通过水刺法加固在所述无纺布基层顶面;
步骤4,将表面活性剂、粘接剂和二氧化硅分子筛混入纯水中混合得到亚稳态泡沫;
步骤5,采用泡沫喷涂法在所述无纺布基层底面喷涂步骤4制备的亚稳态泡沫,随后烘干定型得到所述隔离层;
步骤6,采用热压方式将步骤2制备的亲水层粘接在所述隔离层底面,自然冷却得到所述内亲水外疏水无纺布。
上述的抗撕裂无纺布制备方法,其中,所述步骤6的热压温度为60-100℃。
上述的抗撕裂无纺布制备方法,其中,所述步骤4的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸、粘接剂为PH-501F。
上述的抗撕裂无纺布制备方法,其中,所述步骤5的烘干温度为110℃,定型温度为145~155℃。
3. 有益效果
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的无纺布采用内亲水外疏水的布置,在抵御外界水溅的同时,能够提供较好的亲肤性,在保持防水功能的基础上,具有较好的穿着舒适性;
(2)本发明的无纺布以常见的疏水纤维和亲水材料为原料,且采用的编织和连接工艺均为常见的纺织工艺,因此制备难度较低,便于对现有设备进行改造加以推广。

上述的内亲水外疏水无纺布,其中,还包括隔离层5;所述隔离层为二氧化硅粒子层,所述隔离层5设置在所述无纺布基层2和亲水层1之间。

步骤5,采用泡沫喷涂法在所述无纺布基层2底面喷涂步骤4制备的亚稳态泡沫,随后在110℃下烘干,并在150℃下定型5min得到所述隔离层5;
步骤6,采用100℃热压,将步骤2制备的亲水层1粘接在所述隔离层5底面,自然冷却得到所述内亲水外疏水无纺布。

Claims (7)

1.一种内亲水外疏水无纺布,其特征在于:包括亲水层(1)、无纺布基层(2)、疏水层(3);所述亲水层(1)热压在所述无纺布基层(2)底面;所述亲水层(1)为由经纬织法编织而成的棉纤维织布,且表面涂覆有亲水材料;所述疏水层(3)通过水刺法附在所述无纺布基层(2)顶面;所述疏水层(3)由疏水纤维编织而成,且表面分布有若干网眼(4);
还包括隔离层(5),所述隔离层为二氧化硅粒子层,所述隔离层(5)设置在所述无纺布基层(2)和亲水层(1)之间,所述隔离层(5)的二氧化硅粒子呈120°倾斜布置;
该内亲水外疏水无纺布由以下步骤制得:
步骤1,将十二烷基苯磺酸、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、表面活性剂和乙醇按照质量比混合,放入离心机低速搅拌10min,再高速搅拌5min,得到所述亲水材料;
步骤2,将经纱和纬纱按照经纬法编织成所述亲水层(1),并在表面喷涂步骤1制备的亲水材料;
步骤3,聚丙烯腈纤维编织成所述疏水层(3),并通过水刺法加固在所述无纺布基层(2)顶面;
步骤4,将表面活性剂、粘接剂和二氧化硅分子筛混入纯水中混合得到亚稳态泡沫;
步骤5,采用泡沫喷涂法在所述无纺布基层(2)底面喷涂步骤4制备的亚稳态泡沫,随后烘干定型得到所述隔离层(5);
步骤6,采用热压方式将步骤2制备的亲水层(1)粘接在所述隔离层(5)底面,自然冷却得到所述内亲水外疏水无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内亲水外疏水无纺布,其特征在于:所述亲水材料按质量分数计,包含以下组分:十二烷基苯磺酸8-12份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚9-10份、表面活性剂4-6份、乙醇0.2-0.4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内亲水外疏水无纺布,其特征在于:所述亲水层(1)经纱之间的间距为1-2mm,纬纱之间的间距为0.5-1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内亲水外疏水无纺布,其特征在于:所述疏水层(3)由1.2D、1.5D的聚丙烯腈纤维编织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内亲水外疏水无纺布,其特征在于:所述步骤6的热压温度为60-100℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种内亲水外疏水无纺布,其特征在于:所述步骤4的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸、粘接剂为PH-501F。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种内亲水外疏水无纺布,其特征在于:所述步骤5的烘干温度为110℃,定型温度为145~155℃。
