DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
As shown in fig. 1, the circulation pump-out device of the present application comprises a return pipe 10, a water tank 20 and a pump-out pipe 30, wherein the pump-out pipe 30 can pump water from the water tank 20 to be conveyed to a flushing area 200, and the return pipe 10 can return water in the flushing area 200 to the water tank 20.
In this embodiment, the water tank 20 of this embodiment includes a backflow area 21, a particle collecting area 22 and a water collecting area 23, and a filtering mechanism 24 is disposed above the backflow area 21 in the water tank 20, and the filtering mechanism 24 can filter water drained from the backflow pipe 10, so that the water flows back into the backflow area 21, and particles filtered out of the water flow into the particle collecting area 22; the recirculation zone 21 communicates with the water collection zone 23 for supplying water to the water collection zone 23. That is, in operation of the circulation pump-out device of the present embodiment, the filtering mechanism 24 can be used to filter particles in the water and collect the filtered particles in the particle collection region 22.
The filtering mechanism 24 of the embodiment includes a partition plate 241 and an inclined screen 242, wherein an upward end of the inclined screen 242 is connected with the partition plate 241, and an overflow plate 243 is fixedly connected at a position where the inclined screen 242 is connected with the partition plate 241; the overflow plate 243 cooperates with the partition plate 241 to form a transition zone 201 for receiving water discharged from the return pipe 10.
It will be appreciated that the transition mechanism 24 of the present embodiment is operated by first receiving the water discharged from the return pipe 10 by the transition zone 201, then discharging the overflowed water onto the inclined screen 242, and filtering the particles in the water by using the structural characteristics of the inclined screen 242, so that the water flowing onto the inclined screen 242 can be buffered, and the inclined screen 242 can be ensured to sufficiently filter the water.
The overflow plate 243 is vertically fixed on the partition plate 241, so as to increase the capacity of the transition zone 201, further reduce the flow rate of water overflowing from the transition zone 201, and further facilitate the filtration of particles in water by the inclined screen 242.
In this embodiment, the discharge opening of the inclined screen 242 of this embodiment communicates with the particle collection zone 22 to enable particles to fall into the particle collection zone 22 along the plane of the inclined screen 242.
It will be appreciated that the particles filtered out by the inclined screen 242 will automatically roll on the inclined screen 242 under the influence of gravity into the particle collection zone 22, which on the one hand will act to automatically recover the particles and on the other hand will act to prevent the particles from clogging the inclined screen 242, thereby ensuring long term effective operation of the inclined screen 242.
In this embodiment, the recirculation zone 21 and the water collection zone 23 are communicated by a connection channel 25, and the connection channel 25 is disposed at the bottom of the water tank 20, wherein the caliber of the connection channel 25 is smaller than the depth of the recirculation zone 21. When the water in the backflow area 21 flows into the water collecting area 23 through the connecting channel 25, the channel caliber of the connecting channel 25 for circulating water is reduced, so that the flow rate of the water flowing into the water collecting area 23 through the connecting channel 25 is increased, and the water can circulate when entering the water collecting area 23.
Further, a baffle 251 is disposed on an opening of the connection channel 25 facing the water collecting area 23, and a cavity diameter formed by the baffle 251 and a bottom of the pool 20 is gradually reduced from a direction away from the backflow area 21, so as to further increase a flow rate of water flowing to the water collecting area 23.
In this embodiment, the inclined plate 231 is fixedly connected in the water collecting area 23 of this embodiment, the inclined plate 231 is disposed at an upper position of the baffle 251, the inclined plate 231 is tilted upward from a direction away from the baffle 251, the water inlet pipe orifice of the pump drainage pipe 30 is disposed at an upper position of the inclined plate 231, and the projection of the inclined plate 231 toward the pump drainage pipe 30 can cover the pump drainage pipe 30, so that water sprayed outwards by the baffle 251 can flow back to the upper surface of the inclined plate 231, and thus water extracted from the water collecting area 23 during operation of the pump drainage pipe 30 is water discharged into the water collecting area 23 by the baffle 251, and a part of slurry contained in water discharged into the water collecting area 23 can be deposited on the inclined plate 231. The slurry specifically means that the particle size of the impurity particles contained in the water is smaller than the filter holes of the inclined screen 242, so as to further improve the power effect of the circulating pump drainage device on the impurities in the water.
The vertical plate 232 is vertically and fixedly connected to one downward end of the inclined plate 231 in the embodiment, and the projection of the baffle 251 toward the vertical plate 232 can cover the vertical plate 232, so that the slurry on the inclined plate 231 can be precipitated in the region formed by the cooperation of the vertical plate 232 and the inclined plate 231.
Further, a preset gap is formed between the downward end of the inclined plate 231 and the baffle 251 in this embodiment, so that water in the water collecting area 23 can circulate in the area where the inclined plate 231 is located, so that the water flow in the water collecting area 23 is smooth, and in addition, the slurry in water can be pushed to the area where the vertical plate 232 is located, so that the slurry is further facilitated to be deposited on the inclined plate 231.
In summary, the circulating pump drainage device provided by the application has the advantages that through reasonable structural arrangement, when the circulating pump drainage device works, water in a flushing area can be recovered by the recovery pipe, particles in the water are filtered by the filtering mechanism, then water is supplied to the water collecting area by the reflux area, so that the purpose of circulating water is achieved, and meanwhile, particles filtered by the filtering mechanism can be collected by the particle collecting area, so that the use requirement of enterprises is met.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above-described embodiments represent only a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the appended claims.
