The third limiting portion 311 may also be an annular structure or one or more convex strips independently arranged along the circumferential direction.
In some embodiments, the sealing plug 3 has elasticity, which is beneficial to achieve a tight fit with the inner surface of the accommodating cavity 15, and also enables the second limiting portion 16 and the third limiting portion 311 to overcome the resistance of the second limiting portion 16 and the third limiting portion 311 to the push rod 2 by applying a larger external force after the second limiting portion 16 and the third limiting portion 311 are contacted, so as to prevent the second limiting portion 16 and the third limiting portion 311 from completely preventing the movement of the push rod 2.
In some embodiments, the sealing plug 3 is made of a rubber material.
In some embodiments, the drug delivery device further comprises a needle or guard plug removably attached to the barrel 1 at the first port 101, the needle being used to inject a liquid to a predetermined site, and the guard plug being supportable in a nasal cavity or the like.
In some embodiments, the sealing plug 3 comprises a plug body 31 and a tail portion 32 extending from the plug body 31, the barrel 1 comprises a mounting portion 11 for mounting a needle, and the length of the tail portion 32 is greater than the length of the mounting portion 11. The arrangement can push all the medicines in the mounting part 11 out through the tail part 32, and medicine residue is avoided.
Based on the drug delivery device in each of the above embodiments, the present invention also provides a drug delivery method, including:
when the first blocking part 231 is in the first state, the push rod 2 is pushed to slide relative to the cylinder 1, and when the first blocking part 231 is contacted with the end face of the second port 102, the first administration is finished; and
the state of the first blocking part 231 is switched to the second state, and the push rod 2 is continuously pushed to slide relative to the cylinder 1 until the second administration is completed.
In some embodiments, switching the state of the first barrier 231 to the second state includes:
the first stopper 231 is pressed to reduce the size of the push rod 2 so that the push rod 2 can pass through the second port 102.
In some embodiments, before pushing the push rod 2 to slide relative to the barrel 1, the method of administering the drug further comprises:
the push rod 2 is slidably engaged with the inner surface of the accommodating chamber 15 through the second port 102.
The positive technical effects of the drug delivery device in the various embodiments described above are equally applicable to the method of drug delivery and will not be described in detail here.
The administration device and the administration method provided by the invention can be suitable for liquid medicines, powdery solid medicines or solid-liquid mixed medicines, can be suitable for being injected into a human body, and can also be suitable for being sprayed to certain parts of the human body.
The structure and operation of one embodiment of the drug delivery device of the present invention will now be described with reference to figures 1 to 7 of the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cylinder 1 has a cylindrical structure, the cylinder 1 has a stepped structure, the cylinder 1 includes a mounting portion 11, a first cylinder portion 12, a second cylinder portion 13, and a holding portion 14, the mounting portion 11 has a diameter smaller than that of the first cylinder portion 12, and the first cylinder portion 12 has a diameter smaller than that of the second cylinder portion 13. The hand-held portion 14 is attached to an end of the second barrel portion 13 remote from the first barrel portion 12.
The accommodating cavity 15 is arranged inside the barrel 1, the accommodating cavity 15 comprises a third accommodating part 151, a second accommodating part 152 and a first accommodating part 153, the third accommodating part 151 is arranged inside the mounting part 11, the second accommodating part 152 is arranged inside the first barrel part 12, and the first accommodating part 153 is arranged inside the second barrel part 13. The third receiving portion 151 has a diameter smaller than that of the second receiving portion 152, and the second receiving portion 152 has a diameter smaller than that of the first receiving portion 153. The second receiving portion 152 is used to store medicine, and the second receiving portion 152 and the first receiving portion 153 are used to receive the push rod 2. The diameter change of the second receiving portion 152 and the first receiving portion 153 forms a first stopper portion 154.
The end of the third housing 151 remote from the second housing 152 forms the first port 101 of the cylinder 1, the first housing 153 extends to the end of the handle 14 remote from the second cylinder 13, and the end of the first housing 153 remote from the second housing 152 forms the second port 102 of the cylinder 1. An end face of the hand grip portion 14 at an end remote from the second cylinder portion 13 forms an end face of the second port 102.
The second position-limiting portion 16 is disposed in the second accommodating portion 152 and is close to the third accommodating portion 151. The second stopper portion 16 may be provided at a position capable of storing a dose required for two administrations.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the putter 2 includes a pressing portion 21, a putter body 22, an operable lever 23, and a putter head 24, and the putter body 22 and the operable lever 23 are integrally connected to the pressing portion 21, respectively. The pressing portion 21 has a flat plate structure. The head 24 is connected to one end of the putter body 22 remote from the pressing portion 21.
The push rod body 22 includes a first push rod body 221, a second stopper 222, and a second push rod body 223, and a cross-sectional area of the second stopper 222 is larger than a cross-sectional area of the first push rod body 221. The length of the first push rod body 221 is substantially equal to the length of the second receiving portion 152.
The first push rod body 221 comprises 4 extension rods connected with each other, an included angle of 90 degrees is formed between any two adjacent extension rods, and the cross section of the first push rod body 221 in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the push rod 2 is in a cross shape. The second barrier 222 may be a circular plate type structure.
The second push rod body 223 and the operable lever 23 are integrally connected to the pressing portion 21, respectively. The length of the second push rod body 223 is greater than the length of the operable lever 23. There is a gap 25 between the second pushrod body 223 and the operable lever 23 in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the pushrod 2.
A groove 224 is formed at a position of the second push rod body 223 adjacent to the second blocking portion 222, and a second hook 225 is formed on an inner wall of the groove 224.
There is a gap between the operable lever 23 and the second stopper 222. The first stopper 231 is located at an end of the operable lever 23 near the second stopper 222. A first hook 233 is provided at an end of the first blocking portion 231, which is adjacent to the second push rod body 223.
The operable lever 23 is further provided with a recessed portion 232, and the recessed portion 232 is located on a side of the first blocking portion 231 close to the pushing portion 21. A protruding part 234 is arranged between the recessed part 232 and the first blocking part 231, a first groove 235 is arranged between the protruding part 234 and the first blocking part 231, and a second groove 236 is arranged between the protruding part 234 and the recessed part 232.
The second putter body 223 and the operable lever 23 may be both of a long bar plate type structure, and both sides of the operable lever 23 may be provided with recesses 232, respectively.
As shown in fig. 7, the sealing plug 3 includes a plug body 31 and a tail portion 32, and the plug body 31 is provided with a third stopper 311. The sealing plug 3 is mounted on the stem head 24. After the plunger 2 is inserted into the receiving cavity 15, the sealing plug 3 is located in the second receiving portion 152, and the tail portion 32 is located in the third receiving portion 151. The tail portion 32 has a diameter smaller than that of the third accommodation portion 151. The length of the tail part 32 is greater than that of the third accommodating part 151, so that all the medicine in the accommodating cavity 15 can be pushed out by the push rod 2, and medicine residue is avoided.
The administration device in this example is used (taking liquid medication into the nasal cavity as an example):
connecting a detachable needle head to the mounting part 11 of the barrel body 1 of the drug delivery device, and sucking the liquid medicine from the medicine bottle to the position where the third limiting part 311 on the sealing plug 3 is in contact with the second limiting part 16 on the barrel body 1; then, the needle of the mounting part 11 is replaced by a nasal cavity protective plug body, the push rod 2 is pushed to carry out first dosing, and when the first blocking part 231 of the push rod 2 abuts against the end face of the second port 102 of the barrel body 1, first dosing is finished; then, the finger touches the concave portion 232 and presses to incline the operable lever 23 toward the second plunger body 223, so that the end of the first blocking portion 231 close to the second plunger body 223 is inserted into the groove 224, and the first hook 233 and the second hook 225 are hooked, and then the plunger 2 is pushed continuously until the liquid medicine is completely extruded, thereby completing the second dosing.
When the drug delivery device is used for drug delivery, the thumb of the right hand can be used for abutting against the pushing part 21, the index finger and the middle finger are placed at the handheld part 14 at the rear end of the barrel body 1, the thumb and the index finger of the left hand are respectively placed at the concave parts 232 at the two sides, the thumb of the right hand pushes the push rod 2 for drug delivery, and slow and accurate drug delivery can be achieved.
Through the description of the embodiment of the drug delivery device, the embodiment of the drug delivery device can realize accurate dosing twice continuously, the accuracy of the dose is high, and the operation is convenient.

Claims (15)

1. A drug delivery device, comprising:
a barrel (1) provided with a first port (101), a second port (102) and a containing cavity (15) communicated with the first port (101) and the second port (102), wherein the first port (101) is used for enabling medicine to flow out; and
a push rod (2) slidably engaged with an inner surface of the housing chamber (15) through the second port (102), the push rod (2) being provided with a first stopper (231), the first stopper (231) having a blocking state in which the first stopper (231) is in contact with an end surface of the second port to prevent the push rod (2) from sliding relative to the barrel (1) and a retracted state; in the retracted state, the push rod (2) is reduced to a size that can pass through the second port to continue sliding the push rod (2).
2. The drug delivery device according to claim 1, wherein the push rod (2) comprises a push part (21), a push rod body (22) and an operable rod (23), the push rod body (22) and the operable rod (23) are respectively connected with the push part (21), the first blocking part (231) is arranged on the operable rod (23), and in the blocking state, a gap (25) is formed between the push rod body (22) and the operable rod (23) so that the first blocking part (231) abuts against the end surface of the second port (102); in the retracted state, the first stopper (231) is inclined in a direction approaching the push rod body (22), thereby reducing the push rod (2) to a size capable of passing through the second port (102).
3. The drug delivery device according to claim 2, wherein the operable lever (23) is provided with a recess (232), the recess (232) is located on a side of the first blocking portion (231) close to the pushing portion (21), and the recess (232) is pressed to tilt the operable lever (23) in a direction close to the push rod body (22).
4. The medication delivery device according to claim 2, wherein the push rod body (22) is provided with a groove (224), and the operable lever (23) is pressed to cause an end of the first blocking portion (231) adjacent to the push rod body (22) to be inserted into the groove (224).
5. The drug delivery device according to claim 4, wherein an interference fit is formed between one end of the first blocking portion (231) close to the push rod body (22) and the groove (224).
6. The drug delivery device of claim 4, further comprising a retaining structure configured to retain an end of the first stop (231) proximate the pushrod body (22) in the groove (224).
7. The drug delivery device according to claim 6, wherein the retaining structure comprises a first hook (233) disposed at one end of the first blocking portion (231) near the push rod body (22) and a second hook (225) disposed at an inner wall of the groove, and the first hook (233) and the second hook (225) are in hooking connection.
8. The medication delivery device according to claim 2, wherein the operable lever (23) is provided with a projection (234) on a side of the first blocking portion (231) adjacent to the pushing portion (21).
9. The drug delivery device according to claim 8, characterized in that a first groove (235) is provided between the first stop (231) and the protrusion (234), and a second groove (236) is provided on the side of the protrusion (234) remote from the first stop (231).
10. The drug delivery device according to claim 1, characterized in that a first limit part (154) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (15), the push rod (2) is provided with a second limit part (222), and the second limit part (222) is contacted with the first limit part (154) to prevent the push rod (2) from sliding relative to the barrel (1).
11. The drug delivery device according to claim 10, characterized in that the receiving chamber (15) has a first receiving portion (153) with a larger cross-sectional area and a second receiving portion (152) with a smaller cross-sectional area, and a transition portion between the first receiving portion (153) and the second receiving portion (152) forms the first stopper portion (154).
12. The drug delivery device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, further comprising a sealing plug (3), wherein the sealing plug (3) is mounted at the end of the push rod (2), the sealing plug (3) is tightly matched with the inner surface of the accommodating cavity (15), a second limiting part (16) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (15), and a third limiting part (311) matched with the second limiting part (16) is arranged on the outer surface of the sealing plug (3).
13. A drug delivery device according to claim 12, wherein the sealing plug (3) comprises a plug body (31) and a tail portion (32) extending from the plug body (31), the barrel (1) comprising a mounting portion (11) for mounting a needle, the tail portion (32) having a length greater than the length of the mounting portion (11).
14. A method of drug delivery based on a drug delivery device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 13, comprising:
when the first blocking part (231) is in a first state, the push rod (2) is pushed to slide relative to the cylinder body (1), and when the first blocking part (231) is in contact with the end face of the second port (102), first administration is completed;
and the state of the first blocking part (231) is switched to a second state, and the push rod (2) is continuously pushed to slide relative to the cylinder body (1) until the second administration is finished.
15. The administration method according to claim 14, wherein switching the state of the first barrier (231) to the second state comprises:
pressing the first stopper 231 to reduce the size of the push rod 2 so that the push rod 2 can pass through the second port 102.
