本发明公开了一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料及其制备方法,一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料,包括凝胶基质、银离子、环糊精、银离子释放剂,所述凝胶基质包括藻酸盐、菊花提取物和决明子粉末,所述凝胶基质内藻酸盐的重量成分比例为30‑60%,此敷料抗菌效果好,使用时间长,制备简单。

本发明属于医用抗菌辅料领域,尤其涉及一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料及其制备方法。
背景技术
海藻酸盐为原料研发的海藻纤维具有无毒性、高吸水成凝胶性、高透氧性、良好的生物相容性、整体易去除性、良好的生物降解吸收性、止血性能、能促进伤口愈合、高离子吸附性等优越特性,已被广泛应用于生物医学的研究。海藻酸作为可吸收止血材料,其对细菌生长有抑制作用。藻酸生物敷料从天然海藻中提取,加工过程中使用的材料没有任何毒性,因而海藻酸纤维生物敷料对人体无毒。
银及其化合物以其优良的抗菌和抑菌性能已经在医学、卫生等领域得到了广泛应用。银离子因其抗菌能力强等优点被选用作抗菌材料已有悠久的历史,银离子被认为具有广谱的抗菌活性,对革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌、真菌及部分病毒等均有抗菌作用,甚至对一些耐药菌株都显示出很强的抗菌作用。载银离子敷料因其持续释放出用于抗菌、抑菌的银离子或原子,从而避免伤口感染。

本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料及其制备方法。
本发明的的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料,包括凝胶基质、银离子、环糊精、银离子释放剂,所述凝胶基质包括藻酸盐、菊花提取物和决明子粉末,所述凝胶基质内藻酸盐的重量成分比例为30-60%。
优选的,所述环糊精的总重量成分比例不小于90%。
一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料的制备方法,包括
将海藻酸盐和β-环糊精,混合加入去离子水,在高温下,边搅拌边添加,完全添加后搅拌半小时加入菊花提取物和决明子粉末继续搅拌,搅拌完全后,加入银离子和银离子释放剂继续搅拌,逐渐降温至室温得到凝胶基质,凝胶基质上加入环糊精将凝胶基质包裹得到敷料。
本发明的有益效果:
此敷料抗菌效果好,使用时间长,制备简单。

一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料的制备方法,包括
将海藻酸盐和β-环糊精,混合加入去离子水,在高温下,边搅拌边添加,完全添加后搅拌半小时加入菊花提取物和决明子粉末继续搅拌,搅拌完全后,加入银离子和银离子释放剂继续搅拌,逐渐降温至室温得到凝胶基质,凝胶基质上加入环糊精将凝胶基质包裹得到敷料。

1.一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料,其特征在于:包括凝胶基质、银离子、环糊精、银离子释放剂,所述凝胶基质包括藻酸盐、菊花提取物和决明子粉末,所述凝胶基质内藻酸盐的重量成分比例为30-60%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料,其特征在于:所述环糊精的总重量成分比例不小于90%。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的藻酸盐缓释抗菌敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:将海藻酸盐和β-环糊精,混合加入去离子水,在高温下,边搅拌边添加,完全添加后搅拌半小时加入菊花提取物和决明子粉末继续搅拌,搅拌完全后,加入银离子和银离子释放剂继续搅拌,逐渐降温至室温得到凝胶基质,凝胶基质上加入环糊精将凝胶基质包裹得到敷料。
