Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bee therapy products, in particular to a preparation method of a bee therapy product for reducing blood fat.
Background
Propolis is a viscous substance prepared by collecting vegetable resin from western bees, mixing with beeswax, pollen and gland secretion of bees, and chewing with bees, and has pleasant fragrance. The bee uses propolis to fill the gap of the honeycomb, smoothes the inner wall of the honeycomb, and prevents the rotting of foreign matters and the infection of germs in the honeycomb by the propolis. At present, propolis products at home and abroad are basically extracted by alcohol to obtain effective components. The traditional propolis alcohol extraction method has unacceptable pungent taste, is easy to generate anaphylactic reaction to alcohol allergic persons when in use, increases the allergen, has great limitation when being used as a raw material of cosmetics and oral health care products, and the propolis alcohol extraction liquid is not easy to dissolve in water, has low absorption utilization rate, and has part of water-soluble active ingredients which are not extracted. Other reported extraction methods include propolis extraction with chloroform, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, glycerol, oil extraction, supercritical extraction, etc., which are costly and do not completely extract the active ingredients. The reported propolis water extraction also adopts cold water extraction or hot reflux, the extraction efficiency is low, and the damage degree of bioactive components is large.
When diabetic dyslipidemia is combined with other atherosclerotic risk factors, the risk of coronary heart disease is greatly increased by the superposition of the risk factors. Such atherosclerotic risk factors are: age, hypertension, smoking and diabetes, postmenopausal women, family history of coronary heart disease, etc., the more risk factors, the greater the probability of onset. Therefore, aiming at diabetes complicated with dyslipidemia, a comprehensive treatment strategy based on syndrome-based medicine is adopted scientifically and reasonably aiming at reducing various risk factors, and the comprehensive treatment strategy comprises measures of effectively reducing weight, reducing insulin resistance, well controlling blood fat, controlling blood pressure, improving lipid metabolism disorder, improving blood circulation and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving one of the technical problems of the prior art or the related art.
Therefore, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of a bee therapy product for reducing blood fat comprises the following steps: (1) pre-selecting and grading raw materials, and removing impurities;
(2) placing the pre-selected raw materials into a refrigerated cabinet, freezing at-18 ℃ for 48h, rapidly placing the frozen raw materials into a crusher for crushing, immediately feeding the crushed raw materials into a 20-mesh vibrating screen, and returning large particles to the refrigerated cabinet;
(3) placing the crushed and sieved raw materials into an impregnation kettle, adding 80-95% ethanol, impregnating at normal temperature and continuously stirring, stopping stirring after 6-8h, standing for 2h, discharging supernatant, adding 90% ethanol, repeating the above process for 3 times, and mixing the solutions;
(4) the dipped solution enters a cooling reaction kettle, circular cooling is introduced into a reaction kettle jacket, mechanical stirring is carried out, the temperature is reduced to be below 5 ℃, the cooled solution enters a plate and frame type filter for filtering through a pump when the cooled solution is cold, the temperature of the solution is kept to be below 5 ℃, the filtrate enters a pressure reduction evaporator, and water bath heating is adopted;
(6) recovering ethanol vapor by condenser, injecting into solvent storage tank, recycling, recovering ethanol from filtrate to obtain propolis extract, adding alkaline surface and water, shaking repeatedly to dissolve propolis and alkaline surface, standing for 2-3 hr, and collecting supernatant.
The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: in the step (2), the crushing temperature is-5 +/-2 ℃.

The following describes a method for preparing a hypolipidemic bee therapy product according to some embodiments of the present invention.
The invention provides a preparation method of a bee therapy product for reducing blood fat, which comprises the following steps: (1) pre-selecting and grading raw materials, and removing impurities;
(2) placing the pre-selected raw materials into a refrigerated cabinet, freezing at-18 ℃ for 48h, rapidly placing the frozen raw materials into a crusher for crushing, immediately feeding the crushed raw materials into a 20-mesh vibrating screen, and returning large particles to the refrigerated cabinet;
(3) placing the crushed and sieved raw materials into an impregnation kettle, wherein the impregnation kettle is a reaction kettle equipped with a reflux condenser, freezing and crushing crude propolis, adding 95% ethanol according to the proportion of 1:4(g/ml), impregnating at normal temperature and continuously stirring, stopping stirring after 6-8h, standing for 2h, discharging supernatant, adding 90% ethanol, repeating the above process for 3 times, and combining the solution;
(4) the dipped solution enters a cooling reaction kettle, circular cooling is introduced into a reaction kettle jacket, mechanical stirring is carried out, the temperature is reduced to be below 5 ℃, the cooled solution enters a plate and frame type filter for filtering through a pump when the cooled solution is cold, the temperature of the solution is kept to be below 5 ℃, the filtrate enters a pressure reduction evaporator, and water bath heating is adopted;
In this example, the crushing temperature in step (2) was-5. + -.2 ℃ and it was difficult to crush propolis since it was in a semi-plastic state at normal temperature due to its physical properties, but crushing was easy at a temperature below-5 ℃.
In this example, the temperature during impregnation is 20-30 ℃;
specifically, the beeswax is greatly melted due to the over-high temperature, which causes difficulty in filtration; the time is prolonged due to the low solubility caused by the low temperature, and the dosage of the solvent is increased.
In this example, the heating temperature of the water bath in the step (4) was 30 to 45 ℃.
In particular, the temperature should be kept below 50 ℃ at this stage, so that evaporation and thermal denaturation of the active ingredients can be reduced.
A bee therapy product for reducing blood lipid comprises propolis extract prepared by the above preparation method.
