s9 cell removal, supernatant harvest:
removing all cells in the culture solution, and collecting the supernatant after cell culture to obtain the skin repair essence rich in the cell activity factors.
S10 degradation and preparation:
adding a substance capable of decomposing protein (preferably trypsin) into the skin repair essence prepared in the last step, degrading macromolecular protein into short peptide, and removing substances with molecular weight of more than 3500 daltons to obtain the skin repair essence which is rich in cell active factors and is suitable for being absorbed by human skin, namely specially-made liquid III.

Mesenchymal stem cell activation method 2 (culture concentrate method with addition of secretion of neural stem cells):
A. preparing a neural stem cell culture solution: StemPro neural Stem cell serum-free culture Medium (StemProNSCSFM, available from Life technologies, Cat. A10509-01) + GlutaMax supplement (available from Life technologies, Cat. 35050-
B. Inoculating the neural stem cells into the culture solution prepared in the last step at the density of 1x10^5/ml to 5x10^5/ml, and culturing for 24-48 hours;
C. removing the neural stem cells (by centrifugation or filtration), and concentrating the rest culture solution (containing neural stem cell secretion) to 1/5-1/20 (the concentration ratio is hooked with the subsequent addition ratio; if the concentration ratio is 1/5, the next addition ratio is 2-20%, if the concentration ratio is 1/20, the next addition ratio is 0.5-5%, and if the concentration ratio is 1/10, the next addition ratio is 1-10%);
D. adding the concentrated solution into the mesenchymal stem cell culture solution in the step (2) in a volume ratio of 0.5-20%, and continuing to culture for 6-24 hours.
The components of the neural stem cell culture solution are as follows:
StemPro neural Stem cell serum-free culture medium (StemProNSCSFM) is a well-known culture medium kit in the art, and can be purchased from Lifetechnologies, Inc., article No. A10509-01, and the kit consists of KNOCKOUTDMEM/F12 (article No. 12660-012), recombinant human bFGF (article No. PHG0024), recombinant human EGF (article No. PHG0314), and StemProurelsupply (article No. A10508-01).
KNOCKOUTDMEM/F12 is a low osmolarity medium supplied by Life technologies, Inc. without L-glutamine or HEPES buffer, cat No. 12660-.
bFGF (basic fibroblast growth factor) is a cytokine known in the art, and has a strong mitogenic proliferative activity on a variety of cells such as fibroblasts, vascular endothelial cells, neurons and glial cells.
EGF (epidermal growth factor) is a cytokine known in the art that stimulates epithelial cells and the proliferation of various cells.
StemProneuralesupplent is a serum-free nutritional supplement provided by Life technologies, Inc., Cat No. A10508-01, and can be used for growth and expansion of human and murine neural stem cells and neural progenitor cells.
GlutaMax supplement is available from Life technologies, Inc. under Cat 35050-.
Step four: s11, adding the special liquid I, the special liquid II and the special liquid III according to the adding proportion of 20 percent, 30 percent and 20 percent by weight, adding a proper amount of purified water, stirring and mixing to form colloid.

the second special liquid comprises: sorbitol fatty acid ester, lanolin, 70% maltitol, and glycerol; liquid paraffin, sodium cholate, 1, 3-butanediol, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, water and perfume;
the third special liquid is skin repair essence.

The skin lotion according to claim 1 for promoting skin metabolism, which comprises: wherein the first special liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: phytol: 0.1-3 parts; extract of soybean seeds: 0.1-2 parts; 1,3 propylene glycol: 3 parts of a mixture; glycerol: 5 parts of the raw materials.
