1) the invention can effectively relieve eye fatigue, promote eye blood circulation, recover eyesight, simultaneously clear orifices and improve eyesight by rubbing and pressing a plurality of acupuncture points such as big bone cavity, bright eye acupuncture point, phoenix eye acupuncture point, backward stream acupuncture point and the like, and has the function of treating myopia, amblyopia, astigmatism, glaucoma, cataract and other eye diseases.
2) When a patient takes the traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine can be used for treating simultaneously, the stiff incense in the invention can play the roles of soothing the nerves and calming the nerves, inducing resuscitation and restoring consciousness and improving eyesight, has an auxiliary effect on treating eye diseases of the patient, can improve the treatment effect, shortens the treatment period and can recover the eye diseases more quickly.

The invention provides a technical scheme that:
a ball massage method for alleviating eye diseases, comprising the steps of:
step 1: preparing a hot water barrel in advance, putting the sterilized towel into the hot water barrel, and adding boiled water for soaking;
step 2: guiding the patient to sit straight and relax, putting both hands on the operating table, taking out the towel from the hot water bucket when the water temperature is reduced to 35-40 deg.C, and applying on both hands of the patient for 2-5 min;
and step 3: when the patient is subjected to hot compress in the step 2, burning a piece of nut incense, putting the nut incense at a position 3-5m away from the patient, wherein the hot compress time is 1min, pressing and pinching the two hands of the patient by using fingers after the hot compress is finished, and wiping the hands of the patient cleanly by using a towel, wherein the nut incense is made of a plurality of materials such as agilawood powder, sweet wormwood, fat, cortex albiziae, polygala tenuifolia, cooked cassia seed, radix ophiopogonis, mint leaves and the like, can play a role in calming the nerves and calming the mind, and is capable of inducing resuscitation and restoring consciousness, and the cassia seed and the radix ophiopogonis play a role in improving the eyesight, and has an auxiliary role in treating eye diseases of the patient;
and 4, step 4: sleeving a ball massager on a palm, simultaneously extending the hand into hot water in a hot water barrel, heating the balls of the ball massager, wiping the balls after heating is finished, coating essential oil on the balls, ordering a patient to close eyes and nourish the mind, controlling the ball massager to be C-shaped by half holding the palm, kneading and pressing a large bone cavity of the patient by using the balls on the palm and the balls on fingers for 3-5min, sequentially kneading and pressing the Mingyou acupoint and the Fengyou acupoint after kneading and pressing for 1-3min, and kneading and pressing the Fengyou acupoint for 3-5 min;
and 5: after the massage step in the step 4 is completed, opening the palm, kneading and pressing the hind stream acupoint of the patient by using the balls on the fingers for 5min, putting the ball massager into hot water in a hot water bucket again to heat the balls after the kneading and pressing are completed, wiping the ball on the fingers to knead and press the famous-eye acupoint of the patient after the heating is completed, wherein the kneading and pressing time is 10-12 min;
step 6: after step 5 is finished, taking down the ball massager on the palm, and finishing the massage after the eye health care of the patient, wherein the eye health care massage comprises the following steps:
step A: kneading and pressing the Cuanzhu points on the two sides of the face of the patient for 30s by using the threads of the thumbs of the two hands;
and B: kneading and pressing the Jingming acupoints on two sides of the patient's face for 1min with the index finger threads of both hands;
and C: kneading and pressing four hundred points on both sides of the face of the patient for 30s by using the threads of the index fingers of the two hands;
step D: pressing the threaded surfaces of the thumbs of the two hands on the temples on the two sides of the patient respectively, naturally relaxing and bending the other fingers, firstly kneading the temples for 10s with the thumbs, then scraping the eyebrows to the tips of the eyebrows with slight force by using the inner sides of the second joints of the index fingers of the two hands without moving the thumbs, and repeatedly scraping and kneading for 30 s;
step E: kneading and pressing the Fengchi point of the patient for 30s by using the threads of the index finger and the middle finger of the two hands;
after the massage is finished, the patient can be instructed to look far for 1min and look near for 1min alternately for 3 times.

patient 2: the medical history, the right eye myopia 300 degrees, the left eye myopia 200 degrees, the vision data after treating for one week and one month by using the technical scheme of the invention are shown in table 1;

patient 3: the medical history, the right eye myopia 200 degrees, the left eye myopia 200 degrees, the vision data after treating for one week and one month by using the technical scheme of the invention are shown in table 1;

The data show that the method can effectively relieve myopia, amblyopia and astigmatism, recover eyesight, protect eyes and prevent relapse, and meanwhile, when a patient takes the traditional Chinese medicine, the method can improve the treatment effect, shorten the treatment period and recover eye diseases more quickly.
