Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of preparation of blend oil, and particularly relates to camellia seed blend oil suitable for pregnant women and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Women are weak during pregnancy and need edible oil with more balanced nutrition. However, the special blend oil products for the people are few in the current market, and the market is vacant. DHA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid essential to human body, has important physiological regulation and energy supply to human body, is an important fatty acid component in brain, nerve and visual cells, can promote the functional development of the brain and vision of infants during pregnancy, improves the visual acuity of the infants, and is beneficial to the improvement of intelligence, learning and memory abilities. What is needed by pregnant women is not only oleic acid, linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid, but also the addition of long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, mainly DHA. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a blend oil which is suitable for pregnant women and has more comprehensive nutrition through reasonable and scientific proportioning.

The safflower seed oil has high linoleic acid content of 67.5-86% and low linolenic acid content, and may be used as edible oil in France, America, Australia and other countries, and has the functions of lowering blood fat, lowering cholesterol, softening blood vessel, dilating artery and preventing cardiac and cerebral vascular diseases. The walnut oil is common vegetable oil, and the n-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) content is the highest. Linolenic acid is important for growth and development, has the functions of improving eyesight and reducing blood fat, and also has important effect on regulating attention and cognitive processes. Linolenic acid is important for the health of brain, retina, skin and kidney of fetus, and long-term deficiency of linolenic acid can affect attention and cognitive development. The mother is the main provider of nutrition for the fetus and baby, so the pregnant and lactating mothers pay special attention to the intake of linolenic acid. The unsaturated fatty acid in the corn oil is higher than 80 percent, wherein the oleic acid is about 29.67 percent, the linoleic acid is about 51.7 percent, and the gamma-linolenic acid is 1.02 percent; soybean oil has a saturated fatty acid content of about 16%, is mainly composed of 13.76% palmitic acid and 2.21% stearic acid, is nutritious, free of cholesterol, and has a solubilizing effect on cholesterol accumulated in blood.
The camellia seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acid, comprises 72.5-83.6% of oleic acid and 5.4-9.8% of linoleic acid, and contains abundant sterol, squalene, tocopherol and phenolic compounds and a large number of natural antioxidants with various beneficial biological activities besides the unsaturated fatty acid, so that the activity of enzymes of pregnant women can be improved, the physique can be improved, the immunity function can be improved, the metabolism of the pregnant women can be enhanced, and constipation can be prevented.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, by adjusting the content of each component in the blend oil, each physical and chemical index of the blended blend oil meets the relevant national standard. The ratio of n-6 to n-3 fatty acid is 4-6:1, which is the most suitable fatty acid composition ratio, and the blend oil has high sterol and squalene contents, and the sterol has high nutritive value and strong physiological activity, and can promote the growth and development of fetus. The squalene can improve immunity and acquired stress ability of human body, and is very beneficial for infants.
