Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an interconnection architecture diagram of a broadband and narrowband system. The interconnection gateway is used as intercommunication equipment between the broadband system and the narrowband system and has the functions of number mapping and signaling conversion; the broadband system can provide a broadband network for terminals in its area through its base station, and correspondingly, the narrowband system also provides a narrowband network for terminals in its area through its base station. The following first describes terminals related to a wideband and narrowband system:
1) Broadband terminals, which are terminals that can only access broadband networks. The communication between any two broadband systems at the broadband network side can be realized through the gateway inside the broadband network side, the user of the broadband terminal can open an account in a certain broadband system, the broadband system for opening an account is taken as the home system of the user, and other broadband networks are taken as roaming systems of the user. In addition, after the user of the broadband terminal opens an account in the broadband system, the broadband system that opened the account (i.e., the home system of the user) will assign a unique identifier, such as a number or code, to the user for logging into the broadband system.
2) A narrowband terminal, which is a terminal that can only access a narrowband network. Any two narrowband systems on the narrowband network side can also communicate through the gateway inside the narrowband network side, a user of the narrowband terminal opens an account in a certain narrowband system, the narrowband system of opening an account is used as the home system of the user, and other narrowband systems are used as roaming systems of the user. In addition, after the user of the narrowband system opens an account in the narrowband system, the narrowband system that opens an account (i.e. the home system of the user) will assign a unique identifier, such as a number or code, for logging into the narrowband system to the user.
In practical application, the information under the narrowband network can be received by adjusting the receiving frequency point without opening an account in the narrowband system in part of the narrowband, and the narrowband terminal is not related to the narrowband terminal.
3) The dual mode terminal is a terminal capable of simultaneously accessing a broadband system and a narrowband system. The user of the dual-mode terminal opens an account in a broadband system and a narrowband system respectively, the broadband system of opening an account is used as the home system of the user on the broadband network side, the narrowband system of opening an account is used as the home system of the user on the narrowband network side, and correspondingly, other broadband systems are used as roaming systems of the user on the broadband network side and other narrowband systems are used as roaming systems of the user on the narrowband network side. In addition, after the user of the dual-mode terminal opens an account in the broadband system and the narrowband system, the broadband system which opens an account (namely the home system of the user on the broadband network side) allocates a unique identifier for logging in the broadband system to the user, and the narrowband system which opens an account (namely the home system of the user on the narrowband network side) allocates a unique identifier for logging in the narrowband system to the user.
It should be noted that, for the home system of the user, which includes the configuration file of the user, for executing the functions of user authentication and authorization, the user terminal may not depend on other systems for performing the service after accessing the system; for the roaming system of the user, the user does not open an account in the system, but the terminal of the user can also be accessed from the system (i.e. the user roams to the system), after the user accesses from the roaming system, the roaming system informs the home system of the user so as to enable the home system to mark the system currently accessed by the user.
The following further describes the implementation of the group service of the hybrid group call at the present stage:
the terminals of the group members in the hybrid group call comprise a broadband terminal and a narrowband terminal at the same time, or the terminals of the group members comprise dual-mode terminals. Before the group service of the hybrid group call starts, an administrator creates the hybrid group call in a certain system (broadband system or narrowband system). The system for creating the hybrid group call is subsequently used as a control center, and each group member needs to be pulled up, so that a home group can be set for the system, and the home group comprises the identification of each group member in the hybrid group call; other systems than the system that created the hybrid group call may be set with a roaming group that includes the identification of the home system of the group members for each group member of the system.
After a certain group member initiates a group service in the hybrid group call, for any roaming group, the control center needs to inform the system corresponding to the roaming group to pull up each group member in the roaming group, but because the group member can move across systems, the control center needs to interact with the system corresponding to the roaming group and the roaming system currently accessed by the group member for multiple times to finish the pull-up. Of course, for group members in the home group that are not in any roaming group, once cross-system movement occurs, the control center needs to interact with the system that creates the hybrid group call and the roaming system that the group members currently access for multiple times to complete the pull-up.
Therefore, although the roaming group is divided at the present stage, once the group members move across the area, the whole roaming group cannot be directly pulled up, and the control center needs to interact for many times to pull up all the group members, so that the group calling efficiency is low.
And, for the user of the dual mode terminal, once they have been opened in the broadband system and the narrowband system, respectively, there is an identification of logging in the broadband system and an identification of logging in the narrowband system. For users of dual mode terminals to pull them into a group, both of their identities need to be added to the hybrid group call, i.e., a user of a dual mode terminal is identified as two group members in the hybrid group call. Therefore, if the dual-mode terminal is simultaneously connected to the broadband system and the narrowband system, the dual-mode terminal is pulled up twice according to the above procedure, and because the control center is located at one side of the broadband system or the narrowband system, the call control policies at two sides of the broadband system and the narrowband system are often inconsistent, which causes inconsistent experiences of users of the dual-mode terminal in the same hybrid group call.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a group service processing method, where the group service processing method is applied to an interconnection gateway, and a method flowchart of the method is shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
s10, receiving a group call request of the hybrid group call.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the group call request may be initiated by an administrator, or may be initiated by any group member in the hybrid group call, or a group member with authority, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
S20, acquiring group information of the hybrid group call to determine a plurality of group members in the hybrid group call based on the group information.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the interconnection gateway receives the group call request for the hybrid group call, the group information of the hybrid group call can be further acquired, and the group information can be carried by the group call request and also can be acquired by the interconnection gateway querying the stored information. The group information at least comprises the identification of each group member in the mixed combination, and at least one group member in the mixed group call can be determined based on the identification. In addition, the group information may also include other information, such as administrator information and attribute information of the hybrid group call, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The method is characterized in that the internet is used for inquiring group information to illustrate, an administrator creates a mixed group call in a certain system (a broadband system or a narrowband system), and the system for creating the mixed group call can upload related group information to an interconnection gateway, and the interconnection gateway is used as a control center of a subsequent group service.
For easy understanding, the embodiment of the invention provides a group service scenario of a hybrid group call. Referring to the architecture example of the broadband narrowband system shown in fig. 3, the broadband system side includes broadband systems 1, 2, 3, and the narrowband system side includes narrowband systems 1, 2, 3. Assume that an administrator creates a hybrid group call in broadband system 1, in which the identities of group members include a, b, c, d, e and f, and the home systems of group members a and b are broadband system 1, the home system of group member c is broadband system 2, the home systems of group members d and e are narrowband system 1, and the home system of group member f is narrowband system 2. Thus, the broadband system 1 may upload the group information of the hybrid group call to the interworking gateway, and the interworking gateway determines the group members a, b, c, d, e and f in the hybrid group call.
S30, determining an access system of each group member through the home system of each group member.
In the embodiment of the invention, the interconnection gateway determines the access system of the group member through determining the attribution system of each group member in the mixed combination.
For ease of understanding, the description will continue with the mixed group call consisting of group members a, b, c, d, e and f described above. Because after the hybrid group call is created, the cross-system movement of some group members can be avoided, and for this reason, the interconnection gateway can monitor the access system of each group member in the hybrid group call. In the specific implementation process, the access systems of the group members a and b are determined through the broadband system 1, the access system of the group member c is determined through the broadband system 2, the access systems of the group members d and e are determined through the narrowband system 1, and the access system of the group member f is determined through the narrowband system 2. Thus, the interconnection gateway serves as a control center, and the home systems (broadband system and narrowband system) of the group members in the hybrid group call are the same in class.
Taking group members a and b as an example, since the broadband system 1 is the home system of group members a and b, the broadband system 1 can determine in time the roaming system to which the group members a and b have access even if the group members a and b move across systems. For the description of the group member a, assuming that the group member a does not move across areas and the access system is the broadband system 1, the interconnection gateway can request the access information of the group member a from the broadband system 1, and determine that the access system of the group member a is the broadband system 1 according to the access information returned by the broadband system 1; assuming that the group member a has moved across the area, it roams to the broadband system 2, and therefore its access system is the broadband system 2, the interconnection gateway may also request the access information of the group member a from the broadband system 1, and determine that the access system of the group member a is the broadband system 2 according to the access information returned by the broadband system 1. It should be noted that, the access information of the group member a is used to characterize the roaming status of the group member a, that is, whether the group member a roams and the broadband system roamed when the roaming occurs.
In other embodiments, the internet gateway may also record the access systems of the group members in the hybrid group call in real time, so as to reduce the response time after the group call is initiated. Specifically, step S20 "determining the access system of each group member through the home system of each group member" may employ the following steps:
access information uploaded by the attribution system of each group member is called, and the access information is used for representing the roaming state of the attribution group member; the access system for each group member is determined based on the roaming status.
In the embodiment of the invention, the home system of each group member uploads the acquired access information to the Internet gateway in real time, and the Internet gateway records the access information in real time, because the access information can represent the roaming state of the group member, namely whether the group member roams or not and the system roamed to when the group member roams, the Internet gateway can directly determine the access system of each group member based on the recorded access information after receiving the group calling instruction,
taking the broadband system 1 as the home system of the group members a and b as an example, the broadband system 1 can report the access information of the group members a and b to the interconnection gateway without issuing any instruction from the interconnection gateway.
And S40, issuing an access notification to the determined access system so as to pull at least one group member corresponding to the determined access system into the hybrid group call through the determined access system.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the access system of each group member is determined, the interconnection gateway can respectively send an access notification to each determined access system, and the access system simultaneously pulls at least one group member corresponding to the access system into the hybrid group call after receiving the access passage, thereby completing one group call.
For ease of understanding, the description will continue with the mixed group call consisting of group members a, b, c, d, e and f described above. Assume that in the hybrid group call, group member b, c, e, f moves across systems, wherein group member roams to broadband system 2, group member c roams to broadband system 3, group member e roams to narrowband system 2, and group member f roams to narrowband system 1. Then via the above steps, the interconnection gateway determines that the respective access systems of group members a, b, c, d, e and f are broadband system 1, broadband system 2, broadband system 3, narrowband system 1, narrowband system 2, and narrowband system 1, respectively, and then the interconnection gateway may determine that the group member accessing broadband system 1 includes group member a, the group member accessing broadband system 2 includes group member b, the group member accessing broadband system 3 includes group member c, the group member accessing narrowband system 1 includes group members d and f, and the group member accessing narrowband system 2 includes group member e.
The interconnection gateway may issue access notifications to the broadband system 1, the broadband system 2, the broadband system 3, the narrowband system 1, and the narrowband system 2, respectively, to implement: group member a is pulled into the hybrid group call by broadband system 1, group member b is pulled into the hybrid group call by broadband system 2, group member c is pulled into the hybrid group call by broadband system 3, group members d and f are pulled into the hybrid group call simultaneously by narrowband system 1, and group member e is pulled into the hybrid group call by narrowband system 2.
In the specific implementation process, step S40 "send an access notification to the determined access system to pull at least one group member corresponding to the determined access system into the hybrid group call" may be the following steps:
dividing each group member into corresponding interconnection groups according to the access systems, wherein the access systems of at least one group member in the same interconnection group are the same; and respectively issuing an access notification to the access systems corresponding to the interconnection groups so as to pull at least one group member in the corresponding interconnection group into the mixed group call through the access system corresponding to each interconnection group.
In the embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of understanding, the description will be continued with the mixed group call composed of the group members a, b, c, d, e and f. Assuming that, through the above steps, the interconnection gateway determines that the access systems of the group members a, b, c, d, e and f are the broadband system 1, the broadband system 2, the broadband system 3, the narrowband system 1, the narrowband system 2 and the narrowband system 1 respectively, then the interconnection gateway may obtain 5 interconnection groups according to the access system division, namely, the interconnection group 1 corresponding to the broadband system 1, the interconnection group 2 corresponding to the broadband system 2, the interconnection group 3 corresponding to the broadband system 3, the interconnection group 4 corresponding to the narrowband system 1 and the interconnection group 5 corresponding to the narrowband system 2. Group a in the interconnection group 1, group b in the interconnection group 2, group c in the interconnection group 3, group d and f in the interconnection group 4, and group e in the interconnection group 5. Obviously, compared with the attribution group and the roaming group divided in the prior art, the division of the interconnection group can enable the broadband system and the narrowband system to be in the same level, and the control center of the group call is arranged at the interconnection gateway.
Further, after the interconnection gateway obtains the interconnection group, the interconnection gateway respectively transmits a notification to the access system corresponding to the interconnection group, and after receiving the notification, the access system simultaneously pulls all group members in the corresponding interconnection group into the hybrid group call, thereby completing one-time group call.
Continuing with the example of group a in interconnect 1, group b in interconnect 2, group c in interconnect 3, group d and f in interconnect 4, and group e in interconnect 5.
The interconnection gateway respectively transmits notifications to the broadband system 1, the broadband system 2, the broadband system 3, the narrowband system 1 and the narrowband system 2, the broadband system 1 pulls up the group member a in the interconnection group 1, the broadband system 2 pulls up the group member b in the interconnection group 2, the broadband system 3 pulls up the group member c in the interconnection group 3, the narrowband system 1 pulls up the group members d and f in the interconnection group 4, and the narrowband system 2 pulls up the group member e in the interconnection group 5, so that the group members a, b, c, e and f are pulled into the mixed group call.
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention may further implement that the user of the dual mode terminal is pulled into the group only once, and the step S30 of dividing each group member into corresponding interconnection groups according to the access system may include the following steps:
determining at least one group member group in the mixed group call, wherein the group member group comprises two group members corresponding to the same dual-mode terminal; selecting a target group member for dividing the interconnection group from two group members of each group member group; for each target group member and other group members not belonging to any group member group in the mixed group call, dividing the target group members into corresponding interconnection groups according to the access systems of the target group members.
In the embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of understanding, the description will be continued with the mixed group call composed of the group members a, b, c, d, e and f. Assuming that the group member a and the group member b are respectively the identifications of the users of the broadband terminal, the group member c and the group member d are respectively the identifications of the users of the dual-mode terminal on the broadband system side and the narrowband system side, and the group members e and f are respectively the identifications of the users of the narrowband terminal, in the embodiment of the invention, the hybrid group call comprises a group member group, and the group member group consists of the group member c and the group member d.
Further, for a group member group consisting of group member c and group member d, one of group member c and group member d may be selected as a target group member of the user division interconnection group. Assuming that the target group member is group member c, then dividing group members a, b, c, e and f into corresponding interconnection groups respectively, and finally dividing the interconnection groups into:
an interconnection group 1 corresponding to the broadband system 1, an interconnection group 2 corresponding to the broadband system 2, an interconnection group 3 corresponding to the broadband system 3, an interconnection group 4 corresponding to the narrowband system 1, and an interconnection group 5 corresponding to the narrowband system 2. The group 1 includes group member a, the group 2 includes group member b, the group 3 includes group member c, the group 4 includes group member f, and the group 5 includes group member e.
In practical application, for the group member group, one group member with the highest signal strength of the access system can be selected from the two group members as the target group member. Thus, the pulling-in efficiency of the mixed group call is improved.
The group service processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to the interconnection gateway, can respond to the group call request of the hybrid group call, acquire the group information of the hybrid group call to determine a plurality of group members in the hybrid group call, further determine the access system of each group member through the attribution system of each group member, and issue an access notification to the determined access system to pull at least one group member corresponding to the determined access system into the hybrid group call through the determined access system. Therefore, the group service using the interconnection gateway as the control center can be realized, the group calling can be rapidly completed without multiple interactions even if the group members move across the system, and the group calling efficiency is greatly improved.
Based on the group service processing method provided in the foregoing embodiment, in an embodiment of the present invention, a device for executing the group service processing method is correspondingly provided, and a schematic structural diagram of the device is shown in fig. 4, including:
a group member determining module 10, configured to receive a group call request of a hybrid group call; acquiring group information of the hybrid group call to determine a plurality of group members in the hybrid group call based on the group information;
