Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an interconnect architecture diagram for a broadband and narrowband system. The interconnected gateway is used as intercommunication equipment between the broadband system and the narrowband system, and has the functions of number mapping and signaling conversion; the broadband system can provide a broadband network for the terminal in the area through the base station, and correspondingly, the narrowband system also provides a narrowband network for the terminal in the area through the base station. First, a terminal related to a wide-and-narrow-band system is explained below:
1) a broadband terminal, which is a terminal that can only access a broadband network. The communication between any two broadband systems at the broadband network side can be realized through the internal gateway, the user of the broadband terminal can open an account in a certain broadband system, the opened broadband system is used as the home system of the user, and other broadband networks are used as the roaming system of the user. In addition, after a user of the broadband terminal opens an account in the broadband system, the opened broadband system (i.e. the home system of the user) assigns a unique identifier, such as a number or a code, for logging in the broadband system to the user.
2) And the narrowband terminal is a terminal which can only access the narrowband network. Any two narrow-band systems at the narrow-band network side can also communicate through the internal gateway, a user of the narrow-band terminal opens an account in a certain narrow-band system, the opened narrow-band system is used as the home system of the user, and other narrow-band systems are used as the roaming system of the user. In addition, after a user of the narrowband system opens an account in the narrowband system, the opened narrowband system (i.e. the home system of the user) assigns a unique identifier, such as a number or a code, for logging in the narrowband system to the user.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, there is a part of narrow bands where account opening is not needed in the narrow band system, and information in the narrow band network can be received by adjusting the receiving frequency point, and the invention is not related to such narrow band terminals, and the narrow band terminal in the invention is a terminal where account opening is needed.
3) A dual-mode terminal is a terminal capable of accessing a broadband system and a narrowband system simultaneously. The user of the dual-mode terminal respectively opens an account in a certain broadband system and a certain narrowband system, the opened broadband system is taken as the home system of the user at the broadband network side, the opened narrowband system is taken as the home system of the user at the narrowband network side, correspondingly, the other broadband systems are the roaming systems of the user at the broadband network side, and the other narrowband systems are the roaming systems of the user at the narrowband network side. In addition, after a user of the dual-mode terminal opens an account in the broadband system and the narrowband system, the broadband system (i.e. the home system of the user on the broadband network side) that opens an account allocates a unique identifier for logging in the broadband system to the user, and the narrowband system (i.e. the home system of the user on the narrowband network side) that opens an account allocates a unique identifier for logging in the narrowband system to the user.
It should be noted that, for the home system of the user, it contains the configuration file of the user, and is used to execute the functions of user identity authentication and authorization, and the service performed after the terminal of the user accesses the system may not depend on other systems; for the roaming system of the user, the user does not have an account in the system, but the terminal of the user can also access from the system (i.e. the user roams to the system), and after the user accesses from the roaming system, the roaming system notifies the home system of the user so as to make the home system mark the system which the user currently accesses.
The group service implementation of the present-stage hybrid group call is further explained as follows:
the terminals of the group members under the mixed group calling simultaneously comprise a broadband terminal and a narrowband terminal, or the terminals of the group members comprise a dual-mode terminal. Before the group service of the hybrid group call starts, the administrator creates the hybrid group call in a certain system (a broadband system or a narrowband system). The system for creating the hybrid group call is subsequently used as a control center, and each group member needs to be pulled up, so that an attribution group can be set, wherein the attribution group comprises the identification of each group member under the hybrid group call; systems other than the system that created the hybrid group call may be configured with a roaming group that includes an identification of the group member's home system as each group member of the system.
After a group member initiates a group service in a hybrid group call, for any roaming group, the control center needs to notify the system corresponding to the roaming group to pull up each group member in the roaming group, but because the group members move across systems, the control center needs to interact with the system corresponding to the roaming group and the roaming system currently accessed by the group members for many times to complete the pulling up. Of course, once the group members in the home group that are not in any roaming group move across systems, the control center is required to interact with the system for creating the hybrid group call and the roaming system currently accessed by the group members for many times to complete the pull-up.
Therefore, although the roaming group is divided at the present stage, once the group members move across the area, the whole roaming group cannot be pulled up directly, and the control center needs to interact for many times to pull up all the group members, so that the group calling efficiency is very low.
And, once the user of the dual-mode terminal has an account opened in the broadband system and the narrowband system, the user has an identifier of logging in the broadband system and an identifier of logging in the narrowband system. For a user of a dual-mode terminal to pull it into a group, both of its identities need to be added to the hybrid group call, i.e. the user of one dual-mode terminal in the hybrid group call is identified as two group members. Therefore, if the dual-mode terminal accesses the broadband system and the narrowband system at the same time, the dual-mode terminal may be pulled up twice according to the above procedure, and since the control center is located at one side of the broadband system or the narrowband system, the call control policies on both sides of the broadband system and the narrowband system are often inconsistent, which causes the experience of the user of the dual-mode terminal to be inconsistent in the same mixed group call.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a group service processing method, where the group service processing method is applied to an internet gateway, and a flowchart of the method is shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
and S10, receiving the group call request of the mixed group call.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the group call request may be initiated by an administrator, or may be initiated by any group member in the hybrid group call, or a group member with an authority, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And S20, acquiring the group information of the mixed group call to determine a plurality of group members in the mixed group call based on the group information.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the internet gateway receives the group calling request aiming at the mixed group calling, the group information of the mixed group calling can be further obtained, and the group information can be carried by the group calling request and can also be obtained by inquiring the stored information by the internet gateway. The group information at least comprises the identification of each group member in the mixed combination, and at least one group member in the mixed group call can be determined based on the identification. In addition, the group information may also include other information, such as administrator information and attribute information of the hybrid group call, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The group information is inquired by the internet to explain, an administrator creates a mixed group call in a certain system (a broadband system or a narrowband system), the system for creating the mixed group call can upload the related group information to an internet gateway, and the internet gateway is used as a control center of subsequent group services.
To facilitate understanding, the embodiment of the present invention provides a group service scenario of a hybrid group call. Referring to the architecture example of the wide-narrow band system shown in fig. 3, the wide band system side includes wide band systems 1, 2, 3, and the narrow band system side includes narrow band systems 1, 2, 3. Suppose that an administrator creates a hybrid group call in the broadband system 1, where the identities of the group members include a, b, c, d, e, and f, and the home systems of the group members a and b are the broadband system 1, the home system of the group member c is the broadband system 2, the home systems of the group members d and e are the narrowband system 1, and the home system of the group member f is the narrowband system 2. Thus, the broadband system 1 may upload the group information of the hybrid group call to the internet gateway, which determines the group members a, b, c, d, e, and f in the hybrid group call.
S30, determining the access system of each group member through the home system of each group member.
In the embodiment of the invention, the interconnected gateway determines the access system of the group member through the home system of the group member by determining the home system of each group member in the mixed combination.
For ease of understanding, the above description continues with a mixed group call consisting of group members a, b, c, d, e, and f. After the hybrid group call is established, some of the group members in the hybrid group call inevitably move across systems, so that the internet gateway can monitor the access system of each group member in the hybrid group call. In the specific implementation process, the access systems of the group members a and b are determined through the broadband system 1, the access system of the group member c is determined through the broadband system 2, the access systems of the group members d and e are determined through the narrowband system 1, and the access system of the group member f is determined through the narrowband system 2. Therefore, the interconnected gateway is used as a control center, and the grades of the home systems (the broadband system and the narrowband system) of all the group members in the mixed group calling are the same.
Taking group members a and b as an example, since the broadband system 1 is the home system of the group members a and b, even if the group members a and b move across systems, the broadband system 1 can determine the roaming systems accessed by the group members a and b in time. The group member a is used for explaining, and assuming that the group member a does not move across areas and the access system thereof is the broadband system 1, the internet gateway can request the access information of the group member a from the broadband system 1, and the access system of the group member a is determined to be the broadband system 1 through the access information returned by the broadband system 1; assuming that the group member a has moved across the area and roams to the broadband system 2, and therefore the access system is the broadband system 2, the internet gateway may also request the broadband system 1 for the access information of the group member a, and determine that the access system of the group member a is the broadband system 2 through the access information returned by the broadband system 1. The access information of the group member a is used to indicate the roaming state of the group member a, that is, whether or not the group member a roams and the broadband system to which the group member a roams when roaming occurs.
In other embodiments, the internet gateway may also record the access systems of the group members in the hybrid group call in real time, so as to reduce the response time after the group call is initiated. Specifically, the step S20 "determining the access system of each group member through the home system of each group member" may adopt the following steps:
calling the uploaded access information of the affiliation system of each group member, wherein the access information is used for representing the roaming state of the affiliated group member; an access system for each group member is determined based on the roaming status.
In the embodiment of the invention, the home system of each group member uploads the obtained access information to the internet gateway in real time, the internet gateway records the access information in real time, and the access information can represent the roaming state of the group member, namely whether the group member roams and the system to which the group member roams when the group member roams, so that the internet gateway can directly determine the access system of each group member based on the recorded access information after receiving the group call command,
taking the broadband system 1 as an example, as the home system of the group members a and b, the broadband system 1 can report the access information of the group members a and b to the internet gateway without issuing any instruction by the internet gateway.
And S40, issuing an access notification to the determined access system so as to pull at least one group member corresponding to the determined access system into the hybrid group call.
In the embodiment of the invention, after determining the access systems of all group members, the internet gateway can respectively send access notifications to the determined access systems, and the access systems simultaneously pull at least one group member corresponding to the access system into the mixed group calling after receiving the access, thereby completing one group calling.
For ease of understanding, the above description continues with a mixed group call consisting of group members a, b, c, d, e, and f. Assume that group members b, c, e, f in the hybrid group call have cross-system mobility, wherein group member roams to broadband system 2, group member c roams to broadband system 3, group member e roams to narrowband system 2, and group member f roams to narrowband system 1. Then, through the above steps, the internet gateway determines that the access systems of the group members a, b, c, d, e, and f are respectively the broadband system 1, the broadband system 2, the broadband system 3, the narrowband system 1, the narrowband system 2, and the narrowband system 1, and then the internet gateway may determine that the group member accessing the broadband system 1 includes the group member a, the group member accessing the broadband system 2 includes the group member b, the group member accessing the broadband system 3 includes the group member c, the group member accessing the narrowband system 1 includes the group members d and f, and the group member accessing the narrowband system 2 includes the group member e.
Then the internet gateway can issue access notification to the broadband system 1, the broadband system 2, the broadband system 3, the narrowband system 1, and the narrowband system 2, respectively, so as to implement: group member a is pulled into the mixed group call by the broadband system 1, group member b is pulled into the mixed group call by the broadband system 2, group member c is pulled into the mixed group call by the broadband system 3, group members d and f are simultaneously pulled into the mixed group call by the narrowband system 1, and group member e is pulled into the mixed group call by the narrowband system 2.
In a specific implementation process, step S40, "issue an access notification to the determined access system, so that at least one group member corresponding to the access system is pulled into the hybrid group call through the determined access system" may include the following steps:
dividing each group member into corresponding interconnected groups according to the access systems, wherein the access systems of at least one group member in the same interconnected group are the same; and respectively issuing access notification to the access systems corresponding to the interconnection groups so as to pull at least one group member in the corresponding interconnection group into the mixed group call through the access system corresponding to the interconnection group.
In the embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of understanding, the mixed group call composed of the group members a, b, c, d, e, and f is used for description. Assuming that through the above steps, the interconnection gateway determines that the access systems of the group members a, b, c, d, e, and f are the broadband system 1, the broadband system 2, the broadband system 3, the narrowband system 1, the narrowband system 2, and the narrowband system 1, respectively, and then the interconnection gateway may obtain 5 interconnection groups according to the access system division, that is, the interconnection group 1 corresponding to the broadband system 1, the interconnection group 2 corresponding to the broadband system 2, the interconnection group 3 corresponding to the broadband system 3, the interconnection group 4 corresponding to the narrowband system 1, and the interconnection group 5 corresponding to the narrowband system 2. Further, the interconnected group 1 includes a group member a, the interconnected group 2 includes a group member b, the interconnected group 3 includes a group member c, the interconnected group 4 includes group members d and f, and the interconnected group 5 includes a group member e. Obviously, compared with the attribution group and the roaming group divided in the existing scheme, the division of the interconnection group can enable the broadband system and the narrowband system to be in the same level, and the control center of the group call is arranged at the interconnection gateway.
Further, after obtaining the interconnection group, the interconnection gateway sends a notification to the access systems corresponding to the interconnection group, and after receiving the notification, the access systems pull all group members in the corresponding interconnection group into the mixed group call at the same time, thereby completing one group call.
Continuing with the example of including group member a in interconnect group 1, group member b in interconnect group 2, group member c in interconnect group 3, group members d and f in interconnect group 4, and group member e in interconnect group 5.
The interconnection gateway respectively issues notification to the broadband system 1, the broadband system 2, the broadband system 3, the narrowband system 1 and the narrowband system 2, the broadband system 1 pulls up the group member a in the interconnection group 1, the broadband system 2 pulls up the group member b in the interconnection group 2, the broadband system 3 pulls up the group member c in the interconnection group 3, the narrowband system 1 pulls up the group members d and f in the interconnection group 4, and the narrowband system 2 pulls up the group member e in the interconnection group 5, so that the group members a, b, c, e and f are pulled into the mixed group call.
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention may also implement that the user of the dual-mode terminal is pulled into the group only once, and the following steps may be adopted in the step S30 "divide each group member into corresponding interconnected groups according to the access system":
determining at least one group member group in the mixed group call, wherein the group member group comprises two group members corresponding to the same dual-mode terminal; selecting a target group member for dividing an interconnection group from two group members of each group member group; and for each target group member and other group members which do not belong to any group member group in the mixed group call, dividing the target group members and other group members into corresponding interconnected groups according to the access systems.
In the embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of understanding, the mixed group call composed of the group members a, b, c, d, e, and f is used for description. Assuming that a group member a and a group member b are respectively identifiers of users of a broadband terminal, a group member c and a group member d are respectively identifiers of users of a dual-mode terminal at a broadband system side and a narrowband system side, and a group member e and a group member f are respectively identifiers of users of a narrowband terminal, the hybrid group call in the embodiment of the present invention includes a group member group, and the group member group is composed of the group member c and the group member d.
Further, for a group member group consisting of a group member c and a group member d, one of the group member c and the group member d may be selected as a target group member of the user-divided interconnected group. Assuming that the target group member is a group member c, subsequently, the group members a, b, c, e and f are respectively divided into corresponding interconnection groups, and the finally divided interconnection groups include:
an interconnection group 1 corresponding to the broadband system 1, an interconnection group 2 corresponding to the broadband system 2, an interconnection group 3 corresponding to the broadband system 3, an interconnection group 4 corresponding to the narrowband system 1, and an interconnection group 5 corresponding to the narrowband system 2. Further, the interconnected group 1 includes a group member a, the interconnected group 2 includes a group member b, the interconnected group 3 includes a group member c, the interconnected group 4 includes a group member f, and the interconnected group 5 includes a group member e.
In practical applications, for the group member group, one group member with the highest signal strength of the access system may be selected from the two group members as the target group member. Therefore, the pull-in efficiency of the hybrid group call is improved.
The group service processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to an internet gateway, can respond to a group call request of a mixed group call, acquires group information of the mixed group call to determine a plurality of group members in the mixed group call, further determines an access system of each group member through a home system of each group member, and issues an access notification to the determined access system so as to pull at least one group member corresponding to the access system into the mixed group call through the determined access system. Therefore, the group service with the Internet gateway as the control center can be realized, even if the group members move across systems, the group calling can be rapidly completed without multiple interactions, and the group calling efficiency is greatly improved.
Based on the group service processing method provided in the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention correspondingly provides a device for executing the group service processing method, where a schematic structural diagram of the device is shown in fig. 4, and the device includes:
a group member determining module 10, configured to receive a group call request of a hybrid group call; acquiring group information of the hybrid group call to determine a plurality of group members in the hybrid group call based on the group information;
a group call pull-in module 20, configured to determine an access system of each group member through a home system of each group member; and issuing an access notification to the determined access system so as to pull at least one group member corresponding to the access system into the hybrid group call through the determined access system.
