Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to solve the technical problem of poor resource allocation effect of an IP multimedia subsystem IMS network architecture in a 5G network system, the application provides a communication scheme acting on an IP multimedia subsystem IMS slice network. It is emphasized that the 5G network system described herein is used to provide further understanding of the present application and is not to be construed as limiting the network system of the present application. The communication method applied to the IMS slice network of the IP multimedia subsystem can also be applied to subsequent network systems of the 5G network system.
The application discloses a communication method acting on an IP multimedia subsystem IMS slice network, which comprises the following steps:
s1010: the user terminal UE registers with the core network.
S1020: the unified data management function UDM records the slice information NS-ID of the user terminal UE.
It is understood that the core network described herein may be designed using SBA Architecture (Service Based Architecture), i.e., a Service-Based Architecture. Specifically, the core network splits an original whole with multiple functions into multiple individuals with independent functions. An individual here can be understood as a network element. And the user terminal UE registering the core network may be understood as the user terminal UE sending a registration request to the core network.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the 5G core network may be divided into a control panel and a user panel. The unified Data management function udm (unified Data management) is a management part of the control panel user subscription Data, and is responsible for management of user identification, subscription Data, authentication Data, and registration management of service network elements of the user. When the user terminal UE registers the 5G core network, the UDM records at least the slice information NS-ID of the user terminal UE, the public Land Mobile network plmn (public Land Mobile network), the user number, and other subscription data information.
S1030: the serving call session control function SCSCF slice registers the service in the network repository function NRF.
S1040: the network repository function NRF records at least the public land mobile network PLMN, the number segment, the address pool, the slice information NS-ID of the serving call session control function SCSCF slice as registration information.
It can be understood that a Serving-Call Session Control Function (SCSCF) slice is a Call Control core module in an IP Multimedia subsystem (ims) (IP Multimedia subsystem) core network, and is responsible for functions such as registration authentication of a terminal, Session Control, and user service information management.
It should be noted that, after the SCSCF implements slicing in the 5G network, the high-rate and low-delay characteristics of the sliced network can be more effectively utilized. Different SCF slice networks with different service call session control functions are selected according to different service requirements, and high-speed, effective and reliable service capability can be provided.
In a specific embodiment provided by the present application, when a service call session control function SCSCF slice process is started, the service call session control function SCSCF slice may automatically initiate a registration request to a network warehousing function nrf (nf redundancy function) in a 5G core network.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the NRF is responsible for performing registration, management, and status detection of the serving network element, so as to implement automatic management of the serving network element. When each service network element is started, the network warehousing function NRF is required to register to provide the service. The registered registration information includes a service network element type, an address, a service list, and the like.
In a specific embodiment provided by the present application, after the SCSCF slice initiates a registration request to the NRF, the NRF responds to the registration request of the SCSCF slice. Meanwhile, the network repository function NRF records at least the PLMN, number segment, address pool, and slice information NS-ID of the SCSCF slice as registration information, and waits for the user terminal UE to find and match.
It should be further noted that, the inventor finds that the SCSCF network elements of the service call session control function in the current 5G network all directly obtain the SCSCF network element address of the service call session control function after querying the home Subscriber server hss (home Subscriber server) by querying the ICSCF network element of the call control function, and does not use the NRF to find the SCSCF address of the service call session control function. Such a workflow cannot flexibly select a SCSCF network that is suitable for the service call session control function required by the current network, and multiple sets of IP multimedia subsystem IMS devices must be deployed to be selectively used as network slices, so that the network resources cannot be effectively and reasonably utilized.
Therefore, the inventor sets up the SCSCF slice and registers the SCSCF slice with service to the NRF network element. The SCSCF slice provides PLMN, number segment, address pool, slice information NS-ID, etc. as registration information, so that other network elements can find, match and use SCSCF slice through different conditions, thereby providing high-speed, effective and reliable network resources and realizing reasonable distribution of network resources.
S1050: the user terminal UE registers a service call session control function SCFCF slice in an IP multimedia subsystem IMS.
S1060: the IP multimedia subsystem IMS records the service call session control function SCSCF slice domain name or the service call session control function SCSCF slice address of the user terminal UE.
It is to be understood that the IP Multimedia subsystem ims (IP Multimedia subsystem) is used to describe the network ngn (next Generation network) architecture for implementing IP-based telephony and Multimedia services. The IP multimedia subsystem IMS defines a complete architecture and framework that allows for the aggregation of voice, video, data and mobile network technologies over an IP-based infrastructure. Specifically, the IP multimedia subsystem IMS may be understood as a system architecture that unifies a core network into an all-IP network structure and achieves convergence of a fixed network and a mobile communication network.
The IP multimedia subsystem IMS in turn comprises:
a Proxy Call Control Function pcsccf (Proxy-Call Session Control Function) as a unified entry point for the IP multimedia subsystem IMS to visit the network. All session messages originated from and terminated at the IP multimedia subsystem IMS are passed through the proxy call control function P-CSCF;
an Interrogating-Call Session Control Function, ICSCF, for selecting a suitable service Call Session Control Function, SCSCF, for incoming calls to the proxy Call Control Function, pcsccf, in the home network; and provides access to an external IP multimedia subsystem IMS network of the visited network;
the SCSCF is used as a call control core module in an IMS core network of an IP multimedia subsystem and is responsible for functions of registration authentication, session control, user service information management and the like of a terminal.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment provided in the present application, step S1050 and step S1060 may be further embodied as:
and the user terminal UE initiates a registration request to the IP multimedia subsystem IMS network. After receiving the registration request, the proxy call control function PCSCF forwards the registration request to the interrogating call control function ICSCF. The interrogating call control function ICSCF looks up the slice information NS-ID of the user terminal UE to the unified data management function UDM. The unified data management function UDM sends at least the slice information NS-ID, the public land mobile network PLMN, the subscriber number of the user terminal UE as first reply information to the interrogating-call control function ICSCF. And the ICSCF calls a network warehousing function NRF to search a service call session control function SCCF slice according to the first reply information. When the network repository function NRF finds the SCSCF slice of the service call session control function corresponding to the first recovery information, the network repository function NRF sends the domain name or address of the SCSCF slice of the service call session control function corresponding to the first recovery information to the ICSCF of the interrogating call control function. The interrogating call control function ICSCF forwards the registration request to the serving call session control function SCSCF slice address. And after the SCSCF slice agrees with the registration request, the user terminal UE completes the registration in the IP multimedia subsystem IMS. The proxy call control function PCSCF records the domain name or address of the serving call session control function SCSCF slice of the current user terminal UE.
It should be noted that, in the previous step S1020, when the user terminal UE registers the 5G core network, the unified data management function UDM records at least the subscription data information such as the slice information NS-ID, the public land mobile network PLMN, and the user number of the user terminal UE. The interrogating call control function ICSCF may look up the slice information NS-ID of the user terminal UE to the unified data management function UDM. The unified data management function UDM sends at least the slice information NS-ID, the public land mobile network PLMN, the subscriber number of the user terminal UE as first reply information to the interrogating-call control function ICSCF.
It should be noted that, in the previous step S1040, when the SCSCF slice initiates a registration request to the NRF, the NRF records at least PLMN, number segment, address pool, and slice information NS-ID of the SCSCF slice as registration information, and waits for discovery and matching of the UE. The interrogating call control function ICSCF may invoke the network repository function NRF to search for the serving call session control function SCSCF slice according to the first reply information. When the network repository function NRF finds the SCSCF slice of the service call session control function corresponding to the first recovery information, the network repository function NRF sends the domain name or address of the SCSCF slice of the service call session control function corresponding to the first recovery information to the ICSCF of the interrogating call control function.
It should be emphasized that, after the SCSCF is configured in slices, the UE can provide slice information NS-ID or PLMN, user number, user address, etc. according to its own usage requirement, so that the NRF can flexibly find and discover the SCSCF slices according to the usage requirement of the UE, and use the SCSCF slices, thereby providing high-speed, efficient, and reliable network resources, and implementing reasonable allocation of network resources.
It should be further noted that, in a specific embodiment provided by the present application, after the NRF sends the domain name of the SCSCF slice corresponding to the first reply information to the ICSCF; the ICSCF can also analyze the domain name of SCSCF slice to determine the SCSCF slice address. Finally, the ICSCF forwards the registration request to the SCSCF slice address.
And after the SCSCF slice agrees with the registration request, the user terminal UE completes the registration in the IP multimedia subsystem IMS. The proxy call control function PCSCF records the domain name or address of the serving call session control function SCSCF slice of the current user terminal UE.
Referring to fig. 2, the following discloses a performance of the communication method according to the present application when a user equipment UE initiates a call.
S1070: the calling terminal UE-A initiates a calling request to the IP multimedia subsystem IMS.
It is understood that the call terminal UE-a may be understood as a user terminal UE initiating a call request to the IP multimedia subsystem IMS. Correspondingly, the user terminal UE to which the call request is finally transmitted may be referred to as called terminal UE-B.
The call request thus comprises at least: the user number of the current calling terminal UE-A, the service call session control function SCSCF slice domain name of the current calling terminal UE-A, the user number of the called terminal UE-B, the public land mobile network PLMN of the called terminal UE-B and other identification information.
S1080: the IP multimedia subsystem IMS looks up the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B to the unified data management function UDM.
In a specific embodiment provided by the present application, the searching for the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B from the unified data management function UDM by the IP multimedia subsystem IMS may specifically be represented as:
the proxy call control function PCSCF receives the call request, identifies the service call session control function SCSCF slice domain name of the current call terminal UE-A, and forwards the call request to the service call session control function SCSCF slice of the corresponding domain name. Then the SCSCF slice receives the call request and forwards the call request to the ICSCF. And the ICSCF calls a unified data management function UDM to search the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B according to the call request.
It should be noted that, in the previous step S1020, when the called terminal UE-B registers as the user terminal UE in the 5G core network, the unified data management function UDM records at least the subscription data information such as the slice information NS-ID, the public land mobile network PLMN, and the user number of the user terminal UE. The interrogating call control function ICSCF may invoke the unified data management function UDM to look up the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B based on said call request.
S1090: and the IP multimedia subsystem IMS searches the registration information of the SCSCF slice of the first service call session control function registered by the called terminal UE-B from the network storage function NRF according to the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B.
S1100: the IP multimedia subsystem IMS selects the first SCSCF slice according to the registration information of the first SCF slice, and forwards the call request of the call terminal UE-A to the first SCF slice.
S1110: the SCSCF slice sends a call request of a calling terminal UE-A to a called terminal UE-B.
It is noted that for ease of description, the serving call session control function SCSCF slice with which the called terminal UE-B is registered is referred to as the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice.
In step S1040, when the first SCSCF initiates a registration request to the NRF, the NRF records at least PLMN, number segment, address pool, and slice information NS-ID of the first SCSCF as registration information.
Therefore, the ICSCF can call the NRF to search the registration information of the SCSCF slice of the first service call session control function registered by the UE-B of the called terminal according to the slice information NS-ID of the UE-B of the called terminal. When the network repository function NRF finds the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice registered by the called terminal UE-B, the network repository function NRF sends the domain name or address of the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice to the interrogating call control function ICSCF.
In another specific embodiment provided by the present application, the communication method further includes the following steps:
and the IP multimedia subsystem IMS sends an access instruction to the first service call session control function SCSCF slice according to the registration information of the first service call session control function SCSCF slice registered by the called terminal UE-B. And when the IP multimedia subsystem IMS does not receive a response instruction from the first SCSCF slice within the preset time, judging that the first SCSCF slice has a fault. The IP multimedia subsystem IMS provides the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B, the registration information of the failed first service call session control function SCSCF slice to the network repository function NRF, and requests the network repository function NRF to re-search for a second service call session control function SCSCF slice different from the first service call session control function SCSCF slice. The IP multimedia subsystem IMS sends an access instruction to the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice. And under the condition that the IP multimedia subsystem IMS receives a response instruction from the second service call session control function SCSCF slice within the preset time, forwarding the call request of the call terminal UE-A to the second service call session control function SCSCF slice. And the second SCSCF slice transmits the call request of the calling terminal UE-A to the called terminal UE-B.
It can be understood that, in step S1100, there may be a case where the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice has a failure, so that the call request of the calling terminal UE-a cannot be issued to the called terminal UE-B by the failed first serving call session control function SCSCF slice. Therefore, the communication method provided by the present application further requires detecting the working state of the SCSCF slice of the first service call session control function registered by the called terminal UE-B.
Specifically, the inquiry call control function ICSCF sends an access instruction to the first service call session control function SCSCF slice according to the registration information of the first service call session control function SCSCF slice registered by the called terminal UE-B. When the inquiry call control function ICSCF does not receive a response instruction from the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice within a preset time, it may determine that the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice has a failure.
Under the condition that the ICSCF judges that the SCSCF slice of the first service call session control function has a fault, the ICSCF needs to provide slice information NS-ID of a called terminal UE-B and registration information of the SCSCF slice of the first service call session control function with the fault to a network warehousing function NRF and requests the NRF to search a SCSCF slice of a second service call session control function different from the SCF slice of the first service call session control function.
The NRF reselects a second SCSCF slice which meets the use requirement of the called terminal UE-B and is not the first SCF slice according to the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B and the registration information of the failed first SCF slice.
For example, the network repository function NRF may select the other serving call session control function SCSCF slice, which the called terminal UE-B has registered, as the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice.
The selection scheme may be the slice of the other serving call session control function SCSCF that the called terminal UE-B has registered for the last time. Or the SCSCF slice of other service call session control function with more times of use by the called terminal UE-B. Or the called terminal UE-B uses other service call session control function SCSCF slices with longer duration.
And after the network warehousing function NRF determines the SCSCF slice of the second service call session control function, the registration information of the SCF slice of the second service call session control function is sent to the ICSCF.
The ICSCF determines the domain name or address of the registration information of the SCSCF slice according to the registration information of the SCSCF slice, and sends an access instruction to the SCSCF slice.
If the inquiring call control function ICSCF receives a response instruction from the second service call session control function SCFSF slice within the preset time, the inquiring call control function ICSCF forwards the call request of the call terminal UE-A to the second service call session control function SCFSF slice. And the second SCSCF slice transmits the call request of the calling terminal UE-A to the called terminal UE-B.
If the interrogating call control function ICSCF does not receive a response instruction from the second service call session control function SCCF slice within the preset time, the interrogating call control function ICSCF sends slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B, registration information of the first service call session control function SCCF slice and registration information of the second service call session control function SCCF slice to the network repository function NRF. Requesting the network hosting function NRF to re-search for a third serving call session control function SCSCF slice different from the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice and different from the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice. Until a service call session control function SCSCF slice response meeting the use requirement of the called terminal UE-B is available.
It should be emphasized that, after the SCSCF is configured in slices, the UE as the call terminal UE-a can provide slice information NS-ID or information such as PLMN, subscriber number, and subscriber address according to its own usage requirement, so that the NRF can flexibly search and find the SCSCF slices according to the usage requirement of the UE, and use the SCSCF slices, thereby providing high-speed, effective, and reliable network resources, and implementing reasonable allocation of network resources.
Meanwhile, the communication method can also aim at the use requirement of the called terminal UE-B, and flexibly search and find the SCSCF slice with the service call session control function suitable for the called terminal UE-B according to the slice information NS-ID provided by the called terminal UE-B or the information of the public land mobile network PLMN, the user number, the user address and the like by the network warehousing function NRF according to the use requirement of the called terminal UE-B, and transmit the information by using the SCF slice with the service call session control function SCF, thereby providing high-speed, effective and reliable network resources and realizing the reasonable distribution of the network resources.
The communication method acting on the IMS slice network of the IP multimedia subsystem disclosed by the application does not need to fixedly issue the domain name of a Service Call Session Control Function (SCSCF) by a unified data management function (UDM). The communication method comprises the steps that a call inquiry control function ICSCF accesses a unified data management function UDM to obtain slice information NS-ID of user terminal UE; searching a service call session control function SCSCF slice in a network storage function NRF by combining the public land mobile network PLMN of the user terminal UE, the user number and other signing data information; selecting a service call session control function SCSCF slice which is matched with the current user service requirement; thereby completing the service request processing of the user. The SCSCF slice with the service call session control function is flexibly selected, so that the operation efficiency and stability of the IMS network are improved, and the technical effect of reasonably utilizing network resources is further achieved.

the network warehousing function NRF13 is further configured to discover a serving call session control function SCSCF slice corresponding to the first recovery information; for sending the domain name or address of the serving call session control function SCSCF slice corresponding to the first reply information to the interrogating call control function ICSCF.
In a specific embodiment provided by the present application, the user terminal UE11 registers a serving call session control function SCSCF slice in the IP multimedia subsystem IMS 14; the IP multimedia subsystem IMS14 records the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 domain name or the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 address of the user terminal UE 11. In a specific application scenario, the following may appear:
the user terminal UE11 initiates a registration request to the IP multimedia subsystem IMS14 network. After receiving the registration request, the proxy call control function PCSCF142 forwards the registration request to the interrogating call control function ICSCF 143.
When the UE11 registers in the 5G core network, the UDM12 records at least subscription data information such as the slice information NS-ID, PLMN, and user number of the UE 11. The interrogating call control function ICSCF143 may look up the slice information NS-ID of the user terminal UE11 to the unified data management function UDM 12. The unified data management function UDM12 sends at least the slice information NS-ID, public land mobile network PLMN, and user number of the user terminal UE11 as first reply information to the interrogating-call control function ICSCF 143.
When the SCSCF slice 141 sends a registration request to the NRF, the NRF13 records at least PLMN, number segment, address pool, and slice information NS-ID of the SCSCF slice 141 as registration information, and waits for discovery and matching of the UE 11. The interrogating call control function ICSCF143 may call the network repository function NRF13 to search the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 based on the first reply information. When the network repository function NRF13 finds the SCSCF slice 141 of the SCSCF corresponding to the first reply information, the network repository function NRF13 sends the domain name or address of the SCSCF slice 141 of the SCSCF corresponding to the first reply information to the ICSCF143 of the interrogating call control function.
It should be emphasized that, after the SCSCF is configured to be sliced, the UE11 can provide slice information NS-ID or PLMN, user number, user address, etc. according to its own usage requirement, so that the NRF13 can flexibly search and find the SCSCF slice 141 of the SCSCF according to the usage requirement of the UE11, and use the SCSCF slice 141 of the SCSCF, thereby providing high-speed, efficient, and reliable network resources, and implementing reasonable allocation of network resources.
The interrogating call control function ICSCF143 then forwards the registration request to the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 address. After the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 agrees to the registration request, the user terminal UE11 is registered in the IP multimedia subsystem IMS 14. The proxy call control function PCSCF142 records the domain name or address of the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 of the current user terminal UE.
The following discloses the interactive behaviour in the communication system 100 when a call is initiated by the user terminal UE 11.
When the user terminal UE11 initiates a call request to the IP multimedia subsystem IMS14 as a calling terminal UE-a, the proxy call control function PCSCF142 receives the call request, identifies the domain name of the SCSCF slice 141 of the service call session control function of the current calling terminal UE-a, and forwards the call request to the SCSCF slice 141 of the service call session control function corresponding to the domain name.
The serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 receives the call request and forwards it to the interrogating call control function ICSCF 143. The interrogating call control function ICSCF143 invokes the unified data management function UDM12 to find the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B based on the call request.
The interrogating-call control function ICSCF143 may invoke the network repository function NRF13 to search for registration information of the first serving-call session control function SCSCF slice 141 to which the called terminal UE-B is registered, based on the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B. When the network repository function NRF13 finds the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141, the network repository function NRF13 sends the domain name or address of the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 to the interrogating call control function ICSCF 143.
Then, the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 selects the first SCSCF slice 141 according to the registration information of the first SCSCF slice 141, and forwards the call request of the call terminal UE-a to the first SCSCF slice 141.
And finally, the SCSCF slice 141 of the first service call session control function issues a call request of the calling terminal UE-A to the called terminal UE-B.
In another embodiment provided herein, the IP multimedia subsystem IMS14 is further configured to: according to the registration information of a first service call session control function SCSCF slice registered by a called terminal UE-B, sending an access instruction to the first service call session control function SCSCF slice; when a response instruction from a first SCSCF slice is not received within a preset time, judging that the first SCF slice has a fault; providing the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B and the registration information of the failed first service call session control function SCCF slice to a network warehousing function NRF, and requesting the network warehousing function NRF to search a second service call session control function SCSCCF slice different from the first service call session control function SCCF slice again; sending an access instruction to a second service call session control function SCSCF slice; under the condition that a response instruction from a second service call session control function SCSCF slice is received within preset time, forwarding a call request of a call terminal UE-A to the second service call session control function SCSCF slice;
the SCSCF slice 141 is also configured to receive an access instruction from the IP multimedia subsystem IMS when serving as a first SCSCF slice registered by the called terminal UE-B;
the SCSCF slice 141 is also configured to send a response instruction to the IP multimedia subsystem IMS as a second SCSCF slice different from the first SCSCF slice; and is also used for sending the call request of the calling terminal UE-A to the called terminal UE-B.
It can be understood that the first SCSCF slice may have a failure, so that the call request of the calling terminal UE-a cannot be issued to the called terminal UE-B by the failed first SCSCF slice.
Therefore, the communication system 100 provided by the present application may further detect the working state of the SCSCF slice of the first service call session control function registered by the called terminal UE-B.
The following reveals the interactive behaviour in the communication system 100 when there is a failure in the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice.
The interrogating call control function ICSCF143 sends an access instruction to the first service call session control function SCSCF slice according to the registration information of the first service call session control function SCSCF slice registered by the called terminal UE-B. When the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 does not receive a response instruction from the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice within a preset time, it may determine that the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice has a failure.
In case the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 determines that the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice has a failure, the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 needs to provide the network repository function NRF13 with slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B, registration information of the failed first serving call session control function SCSCF slice, and request the network repository function NRF13 to re-search for a second serving call session control function SCSCF slice different from the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice.
The network repository function NRF13 reselects a second SCSCF slice that satisfies the UE-B usage requirement of the called terminal and is not the first SCSCF slice according to the slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B and the registration information of the failed SCSCF slice.
For example, the network repository function NRF13 may select the other serving call session control function SCSCF slice, as the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice, with which the called terminal UE-B is registered.
The selection scheme may be the slice of the other serving call session control function SCSCF with which the called terminal UE-B has last registered. Or the SCSCF slice of other service call session control function with more times of use by the called terminal UE-B. Or the called terminal UE-B uses other service call session control function SCSCF slices with longer duration.
When the network repository function NRF13 determines the second SCSCF slice, it sends the registration information of the second SCSCF slice to the interrogating-call control function ICSCF 143.
The interrogating call control function ICSCF143 determines a domain name or an address of the registration information of the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice according to the registration information of the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice, and sends an access instruction to the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice.
If the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 receives a response instruction from the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice within a preset time, the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 forwards the call request of the call terminal UE-a to the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice. And the second SCSCF slice transmits the call request of the calling terminal UE-A to the called terminal UE-B.
If the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 does not receive a response instruction from the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice within a preset time, the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 sends slice information NS-ID of the called terminal UE-B, registration information of the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice, registration information of the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice to the network repository function NRF 13. The network hosting function NRF13 is requested to re-search for a third serving call session control function SCSCF slice different from the first serving call session control function SCSCF slice and different from the second serving call session control function SCSCF slice. Until a service call session control function SCFCF slice response meeting the use requirement of the called terminal UE-B is available.
It should be emphasized that, after the SCSCF is configured in slices, the UE11 serving as the UE-a can provide slice information NS-ID or information such as PLMN, subscriber number, and subscriber address according to its own usage requirement, so that the NRF13 can flexibly search and discover the SCSCF slice 141 serving as the SCSCF and use the SCSCF slice 141 serving as the SCSCF according to the usage requirement of the UE11, thereby providing high-speed, efficient, and reliable network resources and realizing reasonable allocation of network resources.
Meanwhile, the communication system 100 can also aim at the use requirement of the called terminal UE-B, and flexibly search and find the SCSCF slice 141 with the service call session control function suitable for the called terminal UE-B according to the slice information NS-ID provided by the called terminal UE-B or the information of the public land mobile network PLMN, the user number, the user address and the like, and transmit the information by using the SCF slice 141 with the service call session control function, so that high-speed, effective and reliable network resources are provided, and reasonable distribution of the network resources is realized.
It should be noted that, in another specific embodiment provided by the present application, after the NRF13 sends the domain name of the SCSCF slice 141 corresponding to the first reply information to the ICSCF 143; the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 may also resolve the domain name of the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141, determining the address of the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141. Finally the interrogating call control function ICSCF143 forwards the registration request to the serving call session control function SCSCF slice 141 address.
The communication system 100 acting on the IMS slice network of the IP multimedia subsystem disclosed in the present application does not require the domain name of the serving call session control function SCSCF to be fixedly issued by the unified data management function UDM. The communication system 100 accesses the unified data management function UDM12 to acquire the slice information NS-ID of the user terminal UE11 through the inquiry call control function ICSCF143, and then searches the service call session control function SCSCF slice 141 in the network repository function NRF13 in combination with the subscription data information of the public land mobile network PLMN, the user number, and the like of the user terminal UE 11; selecting a service call session control function SCSCF slice 141 matching the current user service requirement; thereby completing the service request processing of the user. The SCSCF slice 141 with the service call session control function is flexibly selected, so that the operation efficiency and stability of the IMS network are improved, and the technical effect of reasonably utilizing network resources is achieved.
