Meanwhile, the detection result is displayed and fed back to the recovery address in a preposed mode, so that disputes and communication cost in the recovery process are reduced.
Therefore, after the recovery detection is carried out on the equipment to be recovered by the equipment recovery terminal held by the staff to obtain the appearance image in the detection data, the method for processing the appearance image of the recovery detection is provided.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an appearance image processing method for recycling detection, and as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the appearance image processing method for recycling detection includes steps S100 to S103:
s100, acquiring an appearance image to be processed;
s101, calling a preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image and determining a loss area;
s102, adding a detection mark in the loss area, and setting the detection mark in the appearance image; wherein the detection flag is used to characterize the loss;
and S103, issuing the processed appearance image to a corresponding equipment recovery terminal.
The equipment recovery terminal finishes detecting data and sends the detecting data to the detecting server, and the detecting data comprises an appearance image.
After the appearance image is obtained, the appearance image is detected by calling a preset image model detection layer. The preset image model detection layer comprises a traditional image detection model for detecting appearance flaws of the equipment, the preset image model detection layer is called to detect the appearance images, the detection of the appearance images is completed on one side of the detection server, loss positions of the appearance images are determined, and loss areas are determined.
The image model detection layer is preset to detect loss or flaws of each surface of the appearance image of the equipment to be recovered.
In one embodiment, the preset image model detection layer includes a front model detection layer and a back model detection layer.
The front model detection layer is used for detecting the front of the equipment to be recovered, and the back model detection layer is used for detecting the back of the equipment to be recovered. In one embodiment, the front model detection layer outputs a loss type, a txt document formed by pixel points of a loss frame and a picture with a detection frame; and the back model detection layer outputs loss types, txt documents formed by pixel points of the loss frames and pictures with detection frames.
In one embodiment, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an appearance image processing method for recycling detection according to another embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, a process of invoking a preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image and determine a worn position in step S101 includes step S200:
and S200, calling a preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image, obtaining a loss frame, and determining a loss area.
When the appearance image enters the preset image model detection layer, the detected loss type and the pixel point (x, y, w, h) of the frame in the range of the loss are output, and the conversion principle of the picture is marked according to a labelImg picture marking tool, which is as follows:

the obtained pixel points and categories are converted into regular txt documents with the five values of X, Y, W and H separated by spaces, and the regular txt documents can be used as the basis for detecting loss positioning. And then transmitting the pictures and the documents with the loss detection frames to the background to determine the loss areas.
As shown in fig. 2, the process of adding a detection flag to the worn area in step S102 and setting the detection flag in the appearance image includes step S201:
s201, adding a detection identifier in the loss area through a picture marking tool.
In one embodiment, the picture annotation tool comprises a LabelImg picture annotation tool; the detection identifier comprises a label or a label.
For example: the method comprises the steps of installing a labelImg picture marking tool on a detection server, distinguishing the front side or the back side of equipment to be recovered of an appearance image, setting a label type, setting a picture reading path and a pixel document storage path, and then inputting pictures and documents transmitted by image detection respectively.
In one embodiment, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an appearance image processing method for recycling detection according to another embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the appearance image processing method for recycling detection according to another embodiment further includes step S300:
s300, acquiring an artificial mark, and setting the artificial mark in the appearance image.
The manual identification is a detection identification added by a relevant person through operating a picture marking tool or other tools.
In one embodiment, the method for processing an appearance image of a recycling inspection according to yet another embodiment further includes step S301:
s301, acquiring manual operation information, and adjusting the detection identifier according to the manual operation information.
For example, when an operator who manually operates information enters an intervention interface, the labelImg picture marking tool is automatically opened, an appearance image is automatically acquired and determined, the operator can find the opened picture reading document to perform loss increasing and deleting marking operation on the operator, and then the operation is saved. The detection server adds and deletes information to the operator and writes the information back to the database, so that the operator can conveniently backtrack in the later period if the operator intervenes by mistake.
In one embodiment, adjusting the detection flag further comprises: and deleting the detection identifier. And manually deleting the detection identification by an operator according to the manual operation information.
In the method for processing an appearance image for recycling detection according to any of the embodiments, after the appearance image to be processed is obtained, a preset image model detection layer is called to detect the appearance image, and a loss area is determined. Furthermore, a detection mark is added in the loss area, the detection mark is arranged in the appearance image, the processed appearance image is issued to the corresponding equipment recovery terminal, and the requirement that the recovery detection is finished by the staff of the equipment recovery terminal is met. Based on this, need not staff's professional knowledge, can retrieve the terminal through equipment and show to the user and retrieve the testing result. The traditional professional detection is performed to the user side in a preposed mode, and therefore labor cost and communication cost are effectively reduced.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of an embodiment of an external appearance image processing apparatus for recycling detection, and as shown in fig. 4, the external appearance image processing apparatus for recycling detection according to an embodiment includes:
an image obtaining module 100, configured to obtain an appearance image to be processed;
the region determining module 101 is configured to invoke a preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image and determine a loss region;
the identifier adding module 102 is configured to add a detection identifier in the wear area, and set the detection identifier in the appearance image; wherein the detection flag is used to characterize the loss;
and the image feedback module 103 is configured to issue the processed appearance image to the corresponding device recycling terminal.
After the appearance image to be processed is obtained, the appearance image processing device for recycling detection calls the preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image and determine the loss area. Furthermore, a detection mark is added in the loss area, the detection mark is arranged in the appearance image, the processed appearance image is issued to the corresponding equipment recovery terminal, and the requirement that the recovery detection is finished by the staff of the equipment recovery terminal is met. The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium, on which computer instructions are stored, and when the instructions are executed by a processor, the method for processing the appearance image of the recovery detection in any embodiment is realized.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, the computer program can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a terminal, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods of the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a RAM, a ROM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
Corresponding to the computer storage medium, in one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, where the computer device includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the method for processing the appearance image of the recycling detection in any one of the embodiments described above is implemented.
The computer device may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method for processing an appearance image for recycling detection. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
After the computer equipment obtains the appearance image to be processed, a preset image model detection layer is called to detect the appearance image, and a loss area is determined. Furthermore, a detection mark is added in the loss area, the detection mark is arranged in the appearance image, the processed appearance image is issued to the corresponding equipment recovery terminal, and the requirement that the recovery detection is finished by the staff of the equipment recovery terminal is met. Based on this, need not staff's professional knowledge, can retrieve the terminal through equipment and show to the user and retrieve the testing result. The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing an appearance image for recovery detection is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an appearance image to be processed;
calling a preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image and determining a loss area;
adding a detection mark in the loss area, and setting the detection mark in the appearance image; wherein the detection flag is used to characterize the loss;
and issuing the processed appearance image to a corresponding equipment recovery terminal.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predetermined image model detection layer comprises a front model detection layer and a back model detection layer.
3. The method for processing the appearance image for recycling detection according to claim 1, wherein the step of calling a preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image and determine the loss position comprises the steps of:
and calling a preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image, obtaining a loss frame and determining a loss area.
4. The method for processing the appearance image of the recycling detection according to claim 1, wherein the process of adding the detection mark in the loss area and setting the detection mark in the appearance image comprises the steps of:

5. The method for processing an appearance image of a recycling inspection according to claim 1, wherein the picture labeling tool comprises a LabelImg picture labeling tool; the detection identifier comprises a label or a label.
6. The method for processing the appearance image of the recovery inspection according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising the steps of:

the image acquisition module is used for acquiring an appearance image to be processed;
the area determining module is used for calling a preset image model detection layer to detect the appearance image and determining a loss area;
the mark adding module is used for adding a detection mark in the loss area and setting the detection mark in the appearance image; wherein the detection flag is used to characterize the loss;
and the image feedback module is used for issuing the processed appearance image to the corresponding equipment recovery terminal.
9. A computer storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method for processing an appearance image of a recycling detection according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the method for processing the appearance image of the recycling detection according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
