Background
The anti-drop dipstick is characterized in that a clamp groove is additionally formed in the tube head of the existing dipstick, so that the handle of the dipstick is clamped to prevent dropping, and the lower end of the existing dipstick is fixed to the machine body through the bamboo joint type tube joint in interference fit with the dipstick tube. This kind of anticreep mode needs the customer both hands to operate, holds the dipstick pipe in one hand and pulls out the dipstick hard in the other hand promptly. However, in practical application, the two-hand operation is inconvenient, the insertion and extraction position of the dipstick is limited, and the like, so that a customer can select to insert and extract the dipstick with one hand, the excessive tension in the process of one-hand operation can easily cause the interference fit failure of the pipe joint at the lower end of the dipstick pipe, so that the lower end of the dipstick pipe is separated, and the greater the pulling-out force required by the dipstick handle, the more easily the dipstick pipe at the fixed part of the machine body is separated.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an oil dipstick provided in the embodiment of the present application is an anti-drop oil dipstick, including: the first section 10a and the second section 20 are coaxially spliced along a first direction F; the first section 10a is connected with a handle 10c, the second section 20 is a pipe head, and the oil dipstick 30 is arranged in the pipe head; the circumferential surface of the first section 10a is provided with a key 21, the circumferential surface of the second section 20 is provided with a boss 11, the key 21 is rotatably connected with the first section 10a around a shaft extending in a second direction so as to switch between a first station and a second station, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction F; when the key 21 is in the first station, the key 21 is clamped with the boss 11, and when the key 21 is in the second station, the key 21 is separated from the boss 11; a first elastic reset member 22 (which may be a coil spring) is further disposed between the first segment 10a and the key 21, and the first elastic reset member 22 is configured to provide a restoring force for the key 21 to rotate from the second station to the first station. When the key 21 is pressed, the key 21 is separated from the boss 11 when the key 21 is switched to the second station, the first section 10a and the second section 20 do not need to be pulled apart by two hands, and when the first section 10a and the second section 20 are required to be combined, the key 21 automatically resets and is kept at the first station under the action of the first elastic resetting piece 22, so that the first section 10a and the second section 20 are stably combined.
In a specific embodiment, the specific clamping manner of the key 21 and the boss 11 is as follows: the surface of the key 21 facing the first section 10a is provided with a first clamping groove U1, the boss 11 is formed with a first clamping block 11a, and when the key 21 is at the first station, the first clamping block 11a is clamped in the first clamping groove U1.
In a specific embodiment, the surface of the key 21 adjacent to the boss 11 in the first direction F is formed with a first chamfered surface P1; the first latch 11a is formed with a second chamfered surface P2 on a surface thereof adjacent to the key 21 in the first direction F. When the first section 10a and the second section 20 need to be plugged in the first direction F, the second chamfered surface P2 can automatically lift the first chamfered surface P1, so as to conveniently clamp the first clamping block 11a in the first clamping groove U1.
In a specific embodiment, the boss 11 is further formed with second latches 11b arranged at intervals in the first direction F with the first latch 11 a; a second clamping groove is formed between the first clamping block 11a and the second clamping block 11b, and when the key 21 is located at the first station, the structure between the inner wall surface of the first clamping groove U1 and the first oblique cutting plane P1 is clamped in the second clamping groove. The bonding strength of the key 21 and the boss 11 is further improved.
In a specific embodiment, the first latch 11a forms a curved structure that opens toward the key 21 in the first direction F, and the first catching groove U1 has a shape that matches the extended trajectory of the first latch 11 a. The second elastic restoring member 12 provides a uniform restoring elastic force for the second segment 20, so that the first segment 10a can be ejected along the first direction F without being easily inclined and locked.
In the above, the first section 10a is connected with the handle 10c, and the second section 20 is a pipe head, which is just an example, and the second section may be connected with the handle and the first section is a pipe head.

1. the circumferential surface of the first section is provided with a key, the circumferential surface of the second section is provided with a boss, the key is rotatably connected with the first section around a shaft extending in a second direction so as to switch between a first station and a second station, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; when the key is positioned at the first station, the key is clamped with the boss, and when the key is positioned at the second station, the key is separated from the boss;
the first elastic reset piece is arranged between the first segment and the key and used for providing restoring force for the key to rotate from the first station to the second station.
2. The dipstick according to claim 1, wherein a first clamping groove is formed in a surface of the key facing the first section, a first clamping block is formed on the boss, and the first clamping block is clamped in the first clamping groove when the key is at the first station.
3. The dipstick of claim 2, wherein the surface of the key adjacent to the boss in the first direction is formed with a first chamfered surface;
and a second inclined cutting surface is formed on the surface of the first clamping block close to the key in the first direction.
4. The dipstick according to claim 3, wherein the boss is further formed with second blocks arranged at intervals with the first blocks in the first direction;
and a second clamping groove is formed between the first clamping block and the second clamping block, and when the key is positioned at the first station, the structure between the inner wall surface of the first clamping groove and the first inclined plane is clamped in the second clamping groove.
