Description

Wood drying method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of forestry, and particularly relates to a drying method of wood.
Background
The drying of wood is an important link in wood processing and production, directly influences the quality and the utilization rate of wood, and is particularly important under the condition that forest resources are in short supply day by day.
Chinese patent publication No. CN1815115A also discloses a method for quickly drying wood, which comprises heating wood to 70-98 ℃ under the condition of steam as protective gas, then preserving heat for a certain period of time, then rapidly cooling, and repeating the process, and quickly drying the wood by using temperature gradient and water content gradient. The method can accelerate drying speed and save energy while ensuring no cracking. Chinese patent publication No. CN106403519A discloses a drying method, which relates to the use of dry powder treatment to reduce the cracking rate of wood to a certain extent. Chinese patent publication No. CN102873730A discloses a pretreatment method for shortening wood drying time, which uses a roller press to treat wood, and has the advantages of shortening wood drying time, saving energy, simple equipment structure, convenient operation, safe use, reducing production cost, etc.
Although various methods of drying wood have been disclosed in the prior art, the prior art methods all suffer from certain problems, particularly with respect to the control of the rate of cracking of wood, which needs to be improved. The invention adopts intermittent heating and drying and is matched with the soaking treatment of the nano titanium dioxide aqueous solution, thereby effectively reducing the cracking rate of the plate and effectively reducing the deformation phenomenon of the plate.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the wood drying method, which effectively ensures the quality of wood, avoids the phenomena of cracking, deformation and the like, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, improves the drying efficiency and shortens the time.
In order to solve the technical problem, the wood drying method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
A. sawing the wood into boards with required sizes;
B. placing the board in a wood drying chamber, and performing steam drying by adopting an intermittent heating mode;
C. cooling the wood after steam drying, putting the wood into a water tank, soaking the wood in a nano titanium dioxide aqueous solution for 2 to 3 days, and then carrying out microwave and ultrasonic drying;
D. wrapping two ends of the soaked wood with tin-platinum paper, placing the wood in a ventilation position, and drying the liquid to obtain the finished wood.
Further, in the step B of the method, an intermittent heating mode is adopted; the intermittent heating mode is as follows: in the first stage, the temperature is raised from 30 ℃ to 50-65 ℃ within 5-15min, and the temperature is maintained for 1-2 h; in the second stage, the temperature is raised to 70-85 ℃ within 5-15min and maintained for 2-2.5h, and in the third stage, the temperature is raised to 95-100 ℃ within 10-15min and maintained for 1.5-2.5 h; during the temperature rise, the wood drying chamber is kept full of saturated steam.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the inventor finds that the intermittent heating steam drying mode of the invention is matched with the soaking treatment of the nano titanium dioxide aqueous solution, so that the cracking of wood is effectively prevented, the deformation of the board can be reduced, the follow-up processing treatment of the board is facilitated, and the quality of the board is improved.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:
