As shown in fig. 1 and 10, when the clamping mechanism 5 and the sewage inflow pipe fitting 3 are in a clamping state, the left ends of the two clamping blocks 502 are tightly contacted with the right end surface of the second annular limiting block 301, so that when the clamping mechanism 5 moves leftwards, the second annular limiting block 301 can be driven to move leftwards, and the fastening mechanism 4 is more reliable when the sewage inflow pipe fitting 3 and the connecting pipe fitting 2 are fastened.
Specific use and action of the embodiment: in the invention, when the water inlet at the right end of the valve main body 1 needs to be connected with sewage water inlet pipe fittings 3 with different calibers, firstly, the connecting pipe fitting 2 is installed at the water inlet at the right end of the valve main body 1, then the right end of the connecting pipe fitting 2 is fastened and connected with the water outlet at the left end of the sewage water inlet pipe fitting 3 through the matching of the clamping mechanism 5 and the fastening mechanism 4, when the two water inlet pipe fittings 3 are connected, the two second chain wheels 507 simultaneously drive the two first chain wheels 505 to rotate through the chains by rotating the synchronous rod 506, so that the two rotating nuts B504 synchronously rotate, and the two clamping screw rods 503 simultaneously move towards opposite directions under the internal thread action of the two rotating nuts B504, so that the two clamping blocks 502 simultaneously move towards opposite directions, then the sewage water inlet pipe fitting 3 is clamped by the two clamping blocks 502, and the left ends of the two clamping blocks 502 are contacted with the right end face of the second annular limiting block 301;
Then, one worm 404 is rotated to drive the second bevel gear to rotate, so that the synchronous shaft 405 drives the other first bevel gear to rotate through the second bevel gear at the other end, so that the two worms 404 can rotate in opposite directions simultaneously, then, the two worm gears and the two rotating nuts A406 are driven to rotate in opposite directions simultaneously through the two worms 404 rotating in opposite directions simultaneously, and as the two fastening screws 403 are symmetrically distributed, the two fastening screws 403 simultaneously move leftwards under the action of internal threads of the two rotating nuts A406, and then, the clamping mechanism 5 and the sewage inlet pipe fitting 3 are driven to move leftwards through the concave driving plate 402, so that the butt joint of a water outlet at the left end of the sewage inlet pipe fitting 3 and a conical cylinder at the right end of the connecting pipe fitting 2 can be rapidly completed;
When in use, sewage flows into the right end of the connecting pipe fitting 2 through the water outlet at the left end of the sewage inlet pipe fitting 3, then sequentially enters the valve body 1 through the inside of the driving shell 202 and the inside of the filtering shell 201, and then is discharged through the water outlet at the left end of the valve body 1; when sewage passes through the driving shell 202, the hydraulic impeller 2010 is driven to rotate under the action of water flow, then the hydraulic impeller 2010 drives the first belt pulley to rotate through the rotating shaft, the first belt pulley drives the second belt pulley to rotate through the belt, so that the reciprocating screw 803 starts to rotate, then the screw nut 804 drives the cleaning brush 801 to reciprocate back and forth on the right side of the filter screen plate 7 under the action of two opposite threaded grooves on the reciprocating screw 803, then the plugs attached to the right side of the filter screen plate 7 are cleaned through the cleaning brush 801, and then the cleaned impurities fall into the plug collecting box 207 to be stored, and when the plug collecting box 207 is cleaned, only the sealing baffle 203 is required to be opened, and then the plug collecting box 207 is extracted from the filter shell 201 to be cleaned.
