In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the seal driving assembly 60 further includes a second nut 63. One end of the screw 61 penetrates through the valve connector 10 and then is in threaded connection with the second nut 63, so that one end of the screw 61 is connected with the valve connector 10.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 6, the sealing driving assemblies 60 of the external occluder for purging a pipeline according to embodiments of the present invention have a plurality of sets, and the plurality of sets of sealing driving assemblies 60 are uniformly disposed around the periphery of the pipeline 70.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a connector body 11 of an external pipeline purging occluder provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes a first flange 111, a second flange 113, and a connector barrel 112. The first flange 111 is used for installing a valve, the second flange 113 is arranged at intervals with the first flange 111 along the axial direction of the pipeline 70, and the connecting cylinder 112 is used for connecting the first flange 111 and the second flange 113. The through hole is definitely formed through the first flange 111, the second flange 113 and the connecting cylinder 112, the sleeve 12 is fixed on the second flange 113, and the seal driving assembly 60 is connected with the second flange 113.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 6, a valve mounting hole is formed on the first flange 111 of the external pipeline purging plugging device provided in the embodiments of the present invention, so as to facilitate connection between the connector body 11 and the valve. Of course, a gasket must be installed between the valve and the first flange 111.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 6, the abutting arc surface of the clamping block 31 of the pipe plugging device provided by the present invention is provided with a plurality of protruding components 311 arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the abutting arc surface, the protruding components 311 are used for enhancing the abutting force between the clamping block 31 and the outer wall of the pipe, and each protruding component 311 includes a plurality of protruding structures arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the abutting arc surface. Alternatively, the protruding structure may be a protruding square, a protruding pointed cone, or the like.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the present invention provides a rear abutment 40 of a pipe blanking plug comprising an abutment barrel 42 and a third flange 41. The abutment cylinder 42 is adapted to abut against the seal ring 50, and the third flange 41 is connected to the abutment cylinder 42. The other end of the screw 61 penetrates the third flange 41 in the axial direction of the pipe 70 and is screwed to the first nut 62.

Claims (9)

1. Pipeline sweeps external use plugging device, its characterized in that includes:
the valve connecting piece is used for installing a valve and comprises a connecting piece body positioned at one end of the pipeline and a sleeve connected with the connecting body, the sleeve extends along the axial direction of the pipeline and is sleeved outside the pipeline, and the connecting piece body is provided with a through hole to communicate the pipeline and the valve;
the driving sleeve is sleeved between the outer wall of the pipeline and the sleeve in the radial direction of the pipeline and can slide in the axial direction of the pipeline, the driving sleeve is provided with an inner conical cambered surface, and the large end of the inner conical cambered surface is close to one side of the valve connecting piece;
the clamping mechanism comprises a plurality of clamping blocks arranged around the periphery of the pipeline and a clamping ring used for being sleeved on the outer wall of the pipeline, and the outer wall of each clamping block is provided with an outer cone cambered surface matched with the inner cone cambered surface and a butt cambered surface used for being abutted against the outer wall of the pipeline; the butt arc surface is provided with a clamping ring clamping groove used for clamping with a clamping ring; each clamping block is located between the outer wall of the pipeline and the sleeve along the radial direction of the pipeline, and one end of each clamping block is used for being abutted against the valve connecting piece;
the rear butt joint piece is sleeved on the periphery of the pipeline and can slide along the axial direction of the pipeline;
the sealing ring is sleeved between the outer wall of the pipeline and the sleeve along the radial direction of the pipeline and is positioned between the driving sleeve and the rear abutting part along the axial direction of the pipeline; and
and the sealing driving assembly is used for driving the valve connecting piece and the rear abutting piece to be close to each other along the axial direction of the pipeline, so that the driving sleeve drives the clamping mechanism to be clamped and fixed on the periphery of the pipeline, and the rear abutting piece and the driving sleeve extrude the sealing ring, so that the sealing ring is radially deformed to seal the sleeve.
2. The line purging external occluder of claim 1, wherein the collar is a resilient collar structure having a tendency to expand radially outwardly of the line.
3. The external pipeline purging occluder of claim 1, wherein the sealing drive assembly comprises a screw rod and a first nut, one end of the screw rod is connected with the valve connecting piece, and the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the rear abutment member along the axial direction of the pipeline and then is in threaded connection with the first nut; the first nut is abutted to the rear abutting part, and the rear abutting part is driven to approach the valve connecting part by rotating the first nut.
4. The external pipeline purging occluder of claim 3, wherein the seal driving assembly further comprises a second nut, and one end of the screw rod is threaded through the valve connector and then connected to the second nut, so as to connect the one end of the screw rod to the valve connector.
5. The line purging external occluder of claim 4, wherein the seal drive assembly has a plurality of sets disposed uniformly around the circumference of the line.
6. The external pipeline purging stopper according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the connector body comprises a first flange for mounting a valve, a second flange spaced from the first flange along an axial direction of the pipeline, and a connecting cylinder for connecting the first flange and the second flange; the sleeve is connected with the second flange, and the sealing driving assembly is connected with the second flange.
7. The external pipeline purging occluder of claim 6, wherein the first flange is provided with a valve mounting hole.
8. The external pipeline purging stopper according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the abutment cambered surface is provided with a plurality of protrusion assemblies which are used for enhancing the abutment force with the outer wall of the pipeline and are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the abutment cambered surface, and each protrusion assembly comprises a plurality of protrusion structures which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the abutment cambered surface.
9. The external pipeline purging stopper according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the rear abutment member comprises an abutment cylinder extending into the sleeve and adapted to abut against the sealing ring, and a third flange connected to the abutment cylinder, and the other end of the threaded rod is threaded to the first nut after penetrating through the third flange in the axial direction of the pipeline.
