技术领域
本发明属于风洞试验技术领域,具体涉及一种用于大型环境风洞高温转轴动密封旋转连杆机构组件。
背景技术
首先,在现有风洞结构设计中,常规风洞结构的动密封通常是使用O型圈密封、油封密封、迷宫密封或毛刷密封,此类密封首先可靠性低、使用寿命短、摩擦功率消耗大、维修周期短、对旋转轴的振动、偏摆较为敏感;其次无法达到零泄漏的密封要求,因此并不适合长时期在环境风洞高温(-10℃~112℃)、高密封性(3%过氧化氢消毒剂或模拟剂等腐蚀性介质)、大湿度范围:20%~80%(0~40℃)的试验状态中使用。
其次,在现有风洞结构设计中,转动的设计通常是使用电机、减速机驱动齿轮或者蜗杆转动,进而得到齿轮或者蜗轮的转动运动。如果需要多个转轴同时转动,也就需要安装相同数量的驱动装置,该方案缺点是驱动点数量多,控制同步性差,控制系统复杂,同时制作成本高。如果结构上采用传统平行四边形机构,利用平行四边形机构平行轴间的同向等角速传动,可以解决单驱动、多转轴转动同步性的问题,但由于传统平行四边形机构在连杆的连接部位只有一个旋转自由度,受到加工或安装误差等因素影响,难以确保机构运动平稳无别卡。
当前,亟需发展一种用于大型环境风洞高温转轴动密封旋转连杆机构组件。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于大型环境风洞高温转轴动密封旋转连杆机构组件。
本发明的用于大型环境风洞高温转轴动密封旋转连杆机构组件,其特点是,所述的旋转连杆机构组件包括连杆a、连杆b、连杆c、连杆d、壳体、叶片组件、上端盖、上轴承座、博格曼机械密封件、O型密封圈a、O型密封圈b、不锈钢基自润滑轴承、下轴承座、下端盖和驱动装置;
所述的壳体为方形框体,上轴承座和驱动装置安装在壳体的上表面,下轴承座安装在壳体的下表面;
所述的叶片组件包括N组,N≥1,每组2个叶片,共2N个叶片;叶片组件竖直并列排列在壳体的方形框体内腔中,叶片组件的上下两端通过不锈钢基自润滑轴承分别连接于上轴承座与下轴承座上,并通过O型密封圈b密封;博格曼机械密封件安装于叶片组件的叶片圆轴段,并通过上端盖连接在上轴承座上;下端盖通过O型密封圈a密封连接在下轴承座上;
所述的连杆a有1个,连杆c有2N-1个,连杆b有N个,连杆d有N-1个;
叶片组件与驱动装置连接的一组叶片,2个叶片的上端分别通过方形孔轴与连杆a和1个连杆c转动连接,连杆a、1个连杆c和1个连杆b构成1个位于水平平面的平行四边形机构;剩余的各组叶片,2个叶片的上端分别通过方形孔轴与2个连杆c转动连接,每2个连杆c和1个连杆b构成剩余的N-1个位于水平平面的平行四边形机构;各叶片的下端均插入并固定在不锈钢基自润滑轴承的中心轴上;
N组平行四边形机构通过N-1个连杆d前后串联连接,形成位于水平平面的并列的平行四边形机构;驱动装置驱动连杆a往返运动,通过连杆a带动叶片组件在-45°~+45°范围内进行旋转运动,实现大型环境风洞洞体通气率的连续可调。

博格曼机械密封件6安装于叶片组件3圆轴段,并通过上端盖4连接在上轴承座5上;
